“CRM with broad integrations”
Pros
Connecting it with just about any other tool is very easy and the CRM itself is highly flexible for different ways of working.
Cons
It's the priciest option among mid-level CRMs and if your team is very large, this tool probably won't be worth the investment.

Pros
Getting started with this software is very easy and it's simple to use right away. It also comes with a lot of useful advantages that make it really convenient for me to work with on a regular basis.

“Inbound marketing platform”
Pros
It plays a key role in building a well-rounded inbound marketing framework. Because the platform has been around for a long time, it covers the essential pieces well, including contact management, lead nurturing and marketing automation.
Cons
Lead scoring still is not completely reliable and it does not fully reflect the actual stage of a lead.

“Event marketing hub”
Pros
Nearly every day, I'm in the platform using it as a central place to upload our event lists, keep everything organized, send out email campaigns and build landing pages. Having all of those tools together in one system has been really useful.
Cons
One area that still seems like it needs improvement is lead tracking especially when a lead gets passed from one contact to another before the deal is closed. We're still trying to work out the best way to follow that process and it feels like the platform could use an added feature to track that more clearly.

“Sales lead capture”
Pros
It's been really useful for bringing in sales leads especially through the link placed on the company website. That setup makes collecting inquiries easy and works well for generating new opportunities.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is having a link under the address so you can open the location directly on a map.

“Free CRM with full features”
Pros
Having access to the whole software suite at no cost is a huge plus. It comes with a fully functional CRM that helps me handle contacts, leads and sales efficiently. Since the CRM connects with Sales, Services and Marketing, it feels very complete and works especially well for a startup that's moving into a later stage of growth. The support team has also been very responsive and the training and education resources are genuinely useful for anyone who's just getting started.
Cons
Because there are so many features included, getting comfortable with the system took some time. There was definitely a learning curve when it came to managing everything in the beginning. Also some of the add-on packages can feel a bit expensive.

“Scalable and user-friendly”
Pros
Using the platform has been a really positive experience especially because it's so simple to work with and still scales well even on the free plan.
Cons
If sales volume is low, the pricing can be a stretch for smaller businesses or solo operators. That said, it still feels fair for everything included, as long as you're making use of the tools.

“Lead handling tools”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how many sales and marketing tasks this platform can cover. Right now, I rely on the inbox and chat tools every day to keep up with inbound leads and manage those conversations efficiently.
Cons
There are still a few gaps in the chat functionality. When a live chat comes through, there isn't a way to email the lead directly from there which would be very helpful. It also doesn't look at CRM ownership records to automatically route inbound leads to the right account owner.
