“Easy lead generation”
Pros
Generating and managing leads with this tool is really easy. It also makes it much easier to run marketing campaigns successfully.
Cons
It works best when the internet connection is stable since performance depends on that.

“Quick setup but costly scaling”
Pros
Getting started with it was fast for our team and the email tracking works really well.
Cons
Once you try to grow with it, the costs keep climbing and overall it just didn't end up being the right fit for us.

“Helpful lead tracking”
Pros
Lead management works really well especially when it comes to assigning leads to different team members. The follow-up notifications are also very useful and help keep everything on track.
Cons
Email feature hasn't been very beneficial for us because messages often end up in the client's spam folder.

“Task tracking and cloud access”
Pros
Using it feels easy and the cloud storage along with task tracking has been really useful for keeping everything organized.
Cons
The biggest frustration is duplicate entries since they waste a lot of our time when we have to search through and identify them.

“All-in-one CRM”
Pros
After testing a bunch of contact management tools, this one came out way ahead. Having everything centralized in one place, plus being able to connect just about any other program or platform to the CRM, has been a massive game changer for our team.
Cons
Getting new employees up to speed has been challenging because the learning curve is fairly steep for us. That said, most of our staff had little to no background in contact management, CRM systems or anything similar before using it. It also takes people with some experience on the team to set everything up properly and keep the system running at a high level.

“Marketing reach”
Pros
This has been the best software for scaling marketing efforts and helping company campaigns grow on a large level.
Cons
There's nothing specific to complain about at this point because it supports lead generation well and also helps the company grow through bulk advertising. If I notice any issue later, I'll definitely update my review.

“Sales growth boost”
Pros
Having all the core CRM tools in one place really made a difference for me. Features like lead management, prospecting, client contact storage, data storage and analytics, sales pipeline management and dashboard reporting definitely improved my productivity. Together, these functions helped me work more efficiently, perform better and drive stronger sales growth.
Cons
I honestly haven't come across anything to dislike about this excellent CRM tool. As far as I can tell, there isn't any area that needs improvement or any betterment I could suggest.

“Beautiful design and integrations”
Pros
Right away, the visual design stands out and the platform does a really nice job of pulling in helpful information from the internet automatically without needing extra prompting. Setting up contacts and companies is very easy and the integration with Google and Gmail works really well. The option to store tickets was also a bonus I wasn't expecting and it has turned out to be genuinely useful.
Cons
It would be even better if the free version included the ability to store product information. The paid plans can get expensive especially considering there are cheaper alternatives out there that offer more.

“Shared company inbox”
Pros
Having a separate email system that everyone in the company can access and use is really helpful.
Cons
One thing that gets frustrating is that emails come into the system but the same messages also get sent to my Outlook account so I end up seeing duplicates.

“Lead generation that works”
Pros
After a year of using it with my team, it's made finding qualified leads much more manageable. The tools support every stage of the sales pipeline, from lead capture and email marketing to engagement tracking and getting it set up with the team was quick and easy.
Cons
The only area that could use some improvement is the time spent calling prospects. It's not a major issue but there's still a bit of room to make that part more efficient.

“Quick setup and integrations”
Pros
Getting it up and running is easy and one thing I really appreciate is being able to upload an Excel spreadsheet with all my contacts and companies so the data syncs quickly. It also connects with plenty of widely used business tools, including WooCommerce and WordPress which makes it even more useful.
Cons

“Customer journey tracking”
Pros
After using it for such a long time, it's hard to imagine working without it. Adding new customers and companies is simple and from there you can build out a complete customer journey and funnel to help guide them toward success. There are dedicated pages for deals, companies and customers, each with detailed information, plus plenty of filters to quickly find exactly what you need. It also connects with lots of other tools which makes it even more useful. One of the best parts is being able to keep track of every interaction with customers, from emails to phone calls and that's incredibly valuable.
Cons
There's a lot of information packed into the system and many things you can do with it. To really benefit from everything it offers, you need to spend some time digging into the software and learning how all the features work.

“perfect for email journeys”
Pros
Getting email journeys up and running is fairly easy with this tool. When you combine that with its strong contact management capabilities, it gives marketers a practical way to build complete email programs for their audience. Another plus is the built-in CRM which is definitely useful at first. That said, the benefit starts to fade once your team grows and you need to bring in a dedicated CRM platform because integrating with an external CRM is not nearly as convenient as it should be.
Cons
Support has been practically nonexistent, to put it plainly. I'm not sure whether this is just the case in India or if users elsewhere deal with the same thing but the experience has been frustrating. Their sales and marketing teams seem to have plenty of time to keep reaching out and honestly, if the support team gave even a small portion of that effort to actual customer issues, the experience would have been much better. Most of the time, when we raise a question, they either point us to a video or don't reply at all.

Pros
Its functionality has been excellent for our team. We can filter sort and build prospecting lists quickly which helps us reach more contacts every day. Having mobile access is also a major advantage.

Pros
Right out of the gate, this CRM connected easily with my Shopify store and gave me everything I needed to track sales, build new pages, manage leads and handle a lot more in one place. I've really enjoyed using it.

“Sales and marketing alignment”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths is that it works across the whole organization, not just for what the sales team needs to deliver. The collaboration it enables between Sales and Marketing is especially important in today's environment.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about, aside from the starter tier not including automation. At that level, it's mostly a contact repository with some task and pipeline management which is perfectly fine if all you need is the CRM side. Still, the real value of HS comes from how it can amplify work across multiple departments.

Pros
One feature I really appreciated was how quickly I could pull up data using a keyword search. It also does a very great job of tracking every interaction, follow-up and contact detail in one place.

“Packed with features”
Pros
It really covers all the bases and leaves almost nothing out. Whatever you're looking for, it's included. You can tell a huge amount of effort went into building this for everyone.
Cons
Because it tries to cater to everyone, it has also become pretty bloated. A lot of the features feel unnecessary for most users and it would benefit from being more aligned.
