“CRM with handy forms”
Pros
An extremely good CRM system with plenty of tools built right into it. I especially love how simple it is to deploy pages and forms and the whole platform feels very user-friendly overall.
Cons
It is a bit more expensive compared to some other alternatives.

“Go-to client hub”
Pros
Keeping up with contacts across different roles nationwide is exactly why I use this and it has been an ideal first CRM for me. Most of the platform is genuinely pleasant to work with. Since we started using it, it has served as our single source of truth. Every department now relies on it to enter client information and confirm the details needed to close a sale, with sales and marketing using it the most. Before this, customer data was scattered everywhere and handled manually but now the whole process is much simpler and the information is far more accessible.
Cons
A few features are still missing and the system can be prone to outages. The interruptions are usually brief but when something urgent needs to get done, those hiccups can be really frustrating.

“Pipeline and integrations”
Pros
The sales pipeline layout is well organized and the interface works really nicely especially with the advanced filtering options. Connecting data to tools like BigQuery is also very convenient through the APIs.
Cons
Because there are so many features available, getting everything set up takes longer than usual.

“Contact lists and history”
Pros
Getting contacts into the system is easy and creating lists based on the type of contact or connection is really useful. It's been a very effective way for me to stay on top of my contacts. One thing I especially value is being able to add extra users which lets me see a full chronological history of every interaction without needing to check in with the employee directly. Sending emails to specific lists is also quick and convenient.
Cons
Starting out, I struggled a bit to understand how to use all the features. I was mostly trying to work it out on my own especially while dealing with import issues and not being able to see all the information I expected. At first, it can definitely feel a little confusing.

“Automation keeps me organized”
Pros
One of the best parts for me is the automation. It helps me stay on top of prospects and customers without needing to enter everything by hand which saves a lot of time.
Cons
Interface felt very user-friendly and it offered really great tools for managing customer information. The downside was that it didn't include many features for handling projects.

“Flexible lead workflows”
Pros
Using this software has been a very positive experience. It's user-friendly, the company feels professional and they keep rolling out excellent updates on a regular basis. The lead workflow is easy but it also offers plenty of customization to fit the way my business operates.
Cons
One limitation is that it's really centered on lead tracking only. After capturing the lead, you still have to handle the process of moving that information into the software used for your specific industry. That works well enough when you're dealing with high-value leads but in our case we also handle smaller jobs that just aren't worth tracking both here and in our main system. So really, it makes the most sense for managing bigger-ticket sales.

“Outreach automation”
Pros
Working in enterprise sales, we mainly rely on HubSpot for workflow and outreach automation. The custom sequences are really useful and the available templates make setup faster. It also provides analytics that help test different messaging and outreach language which is valuable for improving results. As a prospecting tool, it works very well and lets you track when prospects engage. The Salesforce sync is another big plus. It also keeps multiple outreach efforts aligned so if the marketing team has already contacted someone, that information updates automatically and the sales reps can immediately see it.
Cons
Since we already use other platforms for prospecting and CRM, adding HubSpot into the mix created an extra step in a lot of situations.

“CRM with lead management”
Pros
This is one of the best and most great CRMs available. The interface looks excellent and the whole process of capturing leads, managing them and handling deals or opportunities works exactly as it should. It performs well whether you're working with 10 leads or managing 1,000 customers.
Cons
At times, performance takes a hit because of their AWS servers so you may notice occasional lag or slowness when there's a large volume of data.

Pros
Working remotely is much easier when my colleagues and I can all stay involved in a project and manage it together in real time.
Cons
I mostly stick to the basic features and with so many available options the screen can feel a bit cluttered. That said, if I understood what more of those tools were for, I'd probably feel differently.

“Beginner-friendly dashboard”
Pros
It feels very easy to use. The dashboard is simple enough for beginners and the built-in guidance does a good job of showing you how to use the different features and get the most value from the app. Leads are kept organized and filtered based on what needs attention most which really helps with prioritizing work. The database is also very detailed and comprehensive, giving a business a lot of useful information to work with. It almost feels like having a magic wand when it comes to understanding customers because of how much detail you can collect. That level of insight is incredibly valuable for tailoring your business in a way that supports success.
Cons
At times, there are so many options that things can feel confusing. Some features could also use better explanations.

“All-in-one tool”
Pros
Getting our business processes into this CRM has been really easy. We're able to handle leads, sales and marketing communication all in one place for the most part which makes day-to-day management much easier. It's been a big help in keeping our team organized and on the same page.
Cons
There's a lot packed into the platform but certain tasks or fields still can't always be edited the way we need. Having more flexibility there would make a huge difference. For instance, it would be very helpful if we could rename "deals" to something like "Marketing Agreement."

“Customer insights and academy”
Pros
One thing this platform does really well is help you understand your customers more clearly and track the impact of your efforts. It makes it possible to measure your work in detail, spot gaps and improve based on what you uncover. Another big plus is the academy. Beyond the product itself, the training content there helps build your knowledge of the industry and adds a lot of extra value.
Cons
Getting started can feel a little overwhelming for new users because there are so many features and figuring out how to use everything takes some time. Once you become familiar with it though, it ends up making day-to-day work much more manageable.

“Flexible tool with free features”
Pros
Getting this CRM connected is easy and it works well on its own while also linking nicely with Marketing and other tools. It lets you keep an eye on both the sales pipeline and daily activity which is really helpful. Another big plus is that the free version already includes a lot of useful options.
Cons
There is not a lot to complain about but the reporting could offer more choices even though reports are included. Also, when it comes to larger or more complex businesses, the sales process features feel a bit limited.
