“Sales and forecasting hub”
Pros
After trying several sales CRMs, I keep coming back to this one. The team is always rolling out new tools and features that help with sales, marketing and forecasting. It also improves company-wide collaboration, visibility and reporting and it connects with most other systems which makes it very convenient to use.
Cons
The downside is that it gets fairly expensive if you want access to the full feature set.

“Clean dashboard and lead tracking”
Pros
A big highlight for me is the dashboard along with the lead management tools. The dashboard feels clean, minimal and very user-friendly which makes the whole experience pleasant to use.
Cons
Honestly, there wasn't anything about it that I disliked.

“CRM with rich integrations”
Pros
Right out of the box, this CRM comes packed with features and plenty of integrations making it a really capable solution from the start.
Cons
It's an overall excellent tool though the pricing could be a bit lower and customer support could respond more quickly.

“Useful but cluttered”
Pros
Having a practical, ready-to-go tool right away is a big plus and it still offers good value even on the free plan.
Cons
For a team that just needs something simple and more narrowly focused, navigating all the different modules for sales, marketing and other areas can get a bit confusing. There are more features than necessary which makes it feel overloaded.

“Fits our workflow”
Pros
It connects really well with internet browsers, email providers and the company's full workflow from sales through delivery which makes everything work together nicely.
Cons
A few features take some time to figure out or get comfortable with. Setting up outgoing email can be a bit tricky and I also can't view my incoming mail directly inside the CRM.

“All-in-one that pays off”
Pros
This tool is a complete package, you get everything in one place which is a big advantage even if it comes at a price.
Cons
Having everything under one roof does make it a bit expensive. Still, compared with the main competitor, Salesforce, it feels worth the cost.

“Customer data in one place”
Pros
Having every customer interaction visible in one place makes a huge difference. The platform stays well organized and adds helpful context as conversations move forward so it's much easier to keep track of everything. Since all the important details live in one system, there's far less risk of missing or losing key information. We're on the startup plan right now and it's been a really practical option for bootstrapping our business.
Cons
At the beginning, the platform can feel pretty overwhelming. Figuring out which features and hubs are actually necessary takes some time and can be a bit intimidating. The pricing also seems like it could climb fast if it isn't monitored carefully.

“simple contact views”
Pros
Simple to use platform. The interface is pleasant and most of the time whatever you need is only a few clicks away. The way each contact is displayed, along with the option to customize the information shown, has been especially useful for our team since we need to see key details at a glance.
Cons
The onboarding process was a bit confusing. Some of the features introduced didn't really make sense for us to use right away which left a few gaps in our understanding of the platform's full capabilities and what steps we actually needed to take to get started.

“All operations together”
Pros
Using it feels very user-friendly and it lets us handle everything in one place, from sales and partnerships to marketing and basically the rest of our operations. We absolutely love it.
Cons
Even the downsides are hard to point out, the only thing I could joke about is that the logo is orange. Honestly, there's really not much to dislike.

“Clean pipeline”
Pros
Among the free CRM options available, this is easily one of the best. The sales pipeline has a clean, well-organized interface and the email tracking and notifications are really useful.
Cons
Nothing has really been a problem at this point. That said, I get the sense that the paid version offers a lot more power.

“Insightful newsletters”
Pros
When we were looking for a better way to stay connected with employees spread out across the country, this became our choice for email communication. We used it to build and send a newsletter and the whole process felt very easy. Right after signing up, customer service followed up with me which made getting started even better. Putting together what we needed was simple and the platform offered plenty of useful features, like embedding videos and adding links to PDFs. After sending everything out, we could track engagement on each section of the newsletter which was incredibly helpful for seeing what needed adjustment and what kind of content employees responded to most.
Cons
Overall, I really didn't run into many problems with the software. The only challenge I had was uploading a distribution list since there are a few specific requirements you have to follow for it to work correctly. Once I understood the format though, the process became pretty easy.

“Search and email tracking”
Pros
Two features I enjoy most are the quick search functionality and the option to track emails directly within the platform.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is the task and meeting management side. It would be really helpful to assign a task to a client without tying it to a specific meeting time and to have automated emails sent through the system for that.

“Clean interface and rich features”
Pros
I set it up for a client and connected it with other software in their workflow. The automatic integration with Elementor, once the plugin is installed, is a really nice touch. The interface looks clean and it comes with plenty of features.
Cons
There was one issue at one point and the support team took a while to get it resolved. Aside from that, we've been satisfied with it.

“Ready to use”
Pros
Getting started was very easy. Once I signed up, it felt pretty much ready to go right away without much setup.
Cons
A lot of the workflow still has to be handled manually. From the way I've used it, it feels more like an electronic Rolodex than a full CRM that actively moves contacts from cold leads to closed sales.

“Free CRM toolkit”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths here is the free version which honestly does more than most paid CRM platforms I've seen. The subscription tiers can get expensive but there are still a few ways to combine services and get the features you need at a reasonable cost. On top of that, there's a wide range of free tools available for anyone to use even if they aren't actively using the main product.
Cons
A downside is that it's not very clear what upgrading to the premium plans will actually cost once a business grows beyond what the free tools can handle. Live chat support also isn't available on the free plan which can be frustrating. Another limitation is that the number of email tracking notifications each month is restricted on the free plan compared with the starter tier.
