“CRM for sales teams”
Pros
As a sales tool, it covers just about everything professionals need and includes a wide range of features that outperform many competing CRMs.
Cons
Biggest downside is the cost and the pricing also changes based on how many contacts you have which can get expensive quickly.

“Chat and lead tools”
Pros
Biggest wins for our business have been the live chat, lead management and customer management features. The platform is very simple to work with and the community support plus Academy have been really helpful whenever we wanted to learn more. Connecting it to our business was easy as well although we did rely on a third-party tool, Zapier, for that setup.
Cons
Since we are still using the evaluation version and it has been performing really well, I honestly have not run into any major issues or felt that anything important is missing. That said, there is still room to improve the automation canvas so it feels more simple, similar to ActiveCampaign or Zoho Campaigns. I also have not found any part of the product difficult to use. Integration with my business was simple but I needed to use Zapier to parse the chat data being sent to my email.

“great fpr automation and support”
Pros
The platform comes with very complete modules that work easily and don't take advanced technical skills to learn. Its automation tools help you identify the right initiatives and nurture them properly which gives the marketing team more time to focus on higher-value work and manage their workload more efficiently. It's also user-friendly, helpful for tracking progress, useful for creating social media posts and includes great email templates along with responsive customer support.
Cons
Starter plan feels limited in what it offers and the jump in price to Marketing Hub Pro is quite steep which can be a real challenge for smaller startups. It could also be improved by offering more customization in certain areas, such as adding embedded calendars in emails to simplify bookings or allowing clients to complete information directly from an email with less friction.

“Quick learning and training”
Pros
Getting started with it is surprisingly simple. It doesn't take long for someone to understand how things work, often within just a few days. Bringing new sales team members up to speed is also very easy and the academy is a big help during training.
Cons
Nothing is completely flawless. That said, they do provide a space for feature requests and regularly roll out new updates every month. The newer ops hub still needs quite a bit of improvement though especially when it comes to syncing multiple object connections reliably.

“Feature-packed tool”
Pros
One thing that really works well here is how much is included in the free plan which makes it much easier to recommend to clients since they can test the core features without paying upfront. It also connects nicely with Outlook and Gmail and those are the email platforms most of my clients already rely on. The training resources are excellent too, with plenty of material available so it feels like a very welcoming platform for beginners.
Cons
There are a lot of features packed into the platform and that can make certain tools harder to locate or understand especially for someone who is not very comfortable with tech or CRMs. It is pretty easy to get lost in all the details.

“Lead conversion that works”
Pros
This tool has really helped our company turn leads into customers. New team members can start using it right away without much guidance which saves a lot of time and removes the need for training. It keeps our data accurate and runs much better than other CRM systems we've tried.
Cons
Every now and then, it throws an error when adding companies.

“Free CRM with handy features”
Pros
One thing that really works in its favor is that it's free with no usage limits which is a huge plus. The interface is also very convenient, out of the modern CRM systems I've used, this is one of the most user-friendly for everyday users. It does a good job of tracking customer activity and the website chat is another valuable feature especially since it's now available to everyone instead of only paid users. Email integration is useful too since I can send messages directly from the platform. Overall, it brings together a great set of practical features with a very approachable design. Even sticking with the free version, you can still have a very positive experience.
Cons
Feature that feels most limiting is the lack of extensibility. Unlike Salesforce Professional or Enterprise, this version doesn't let you create custom objects so if you wanted something like a separate "Project" object in the system, you can't do that. It also misses integration with Telegram which is another drawback for my workflow.

“Deal tracking and support are great”
Pros
Managing deals works really well here and the activity tracker, call logs and follow-up tasks help keep everything organized. The dashboard management is also very useful, duplication is one of the strongest features and navigation is simple to get around. Another big plus is the support team since they are available anytime by call or email and every query gets proper follow-up through the ticketing system.
Cons
The newer advanced reporting feature has made things a bit more complicated although it is still better than most other options available in the market.

“Email tracking updates!!”
Pros
Across our team, this has been a really strong CRM option for managing client relationships. The email tools are especially useful since they give me prompt updates on the messages I send out. I can quickly see whether a client opened the email, clicked the link or ignored it which helps a lot with follow-ups.
Cons
It has been a good software to work with overall and honestly, I have not run into anything I dislike about it.

“Clean alerts”
Pros
Standout for me has been the CRM's tracking, along with the overall look and feel of the platform. The notification feature has also been one of the best parts up to this point.
Cons
Nothing negative to mention at the moment. I may have a better sense of any downsides after using it for a few more months.
