“Cost tracking and scheduling”
Pros
Right from the start, this software has been very simple to use and it helps a lot with cost analysis and scheduling my work. It also makes all the features much more accessible which has been a big plus. I'd definitely recommend it especially since I had already used it at my previous company and had a good experience there too. Overall, I'm really happy with the product.
Cons
At first someone completely new to the software might find it a bit hard to manage. Once they understand how it works though, it becomes extremely useful and turns into one of the simplest apps to work with.

“Feature-rich with great support”
Pros
Once you get familiar with all the ins and outs, this software is amazing. Getting started and setting everything up can feel a little confusing at first but the support team is fantastic and everyone there is incredibly helpful.
Cons
There are so many features that it can feel confusing in the beginning. At first, it wasn't very clear to me how one thing impacted another.

“CRM with smart automation”
Pros
This is an incredibly capable CRM for marketing, sales and service. It connects really well with a wide range of platforms like Mailchimp, Shopify and WordPress through its large app marketplace. The software is also very easy to use and it gives a clear view of leads and customers while letting you keep quotes, documents, emails and basically every detail about a lead or client all in one accessible place. Another standout feature is the workflows tool which makes it simple to build an automated marketing funnel for every new lead.
Cons
Pricing is the biggest downside. The marketing hub starts at $20 per month for the starter plan but then jumps all the way to $800 per month for the professional plan. To really get full access to all the features, you pretty much need the professional tier and that definitely is not cheap. That said, the value you get for the money is honestly incredible so it is fair to say the pricing can still make sense. Even so, for a new business, it is a major investment.

“Reliable and easy to learn”
Pros
It really delivers on what it's designed to do and lives up to its name. Getting started is easy, learning it doesn't take long and there's plenty of helpful educational content and guidance available online.
Cons
The pricing felt quite high compared with other software options and there are times when doing simple tasks becomes more complicated than it should be.

“Gmail integration for sales”
Pros
One thing that works really well is the Gmail integration since emails from multiple employees all land in the same shared inbox. On top of that, the software is quite easy and simple to use. It fits really well for managing the sales pipeline and keeping contact management organized.
Cons
A few workflows could definitely be more efficient especially when it comes to linking revenue to clients and handling task management.

“good contact workflow tools”
Pros
Keeping contacts, leads and client interactions organized is much more manageable because everything can be separated into clear categories. It also helps a lot with client workflow and reaching multiple people quickly is a big plus especially when sending bulk emails.
Cons
Getting started takes some patience since first-time users need to pay close attention to understand how everything works. There's a bit of a learning curve at the beginning for new users.

“Free tools and academy”
Pros
Best of all, it's free!!!!! On top of that, they offer an academy where you can learn about marketing and sales so there's a lot to gain just by being on their site.
Cons
The downside is that the better features are paid and if you're a single user, you can't just purchase the specific tools you're interested in. You have to pay for the full package and it's expensive!!!

“Transcripts and tracking”
Pros
A few parts of this platform have worked really well for me. Being able to review the transcript after a call is a big plus especially when I miss a detail during the conversation. I also appreciate that I can handle everything directly inside the system without having to jump into another tool. On top of that, it does a good job of helping me stay on top of my conversations and keep track of them efficiently.
Cons
One thing I definitely wish it included is a built-in lead generation feature, like some of the other CRMs I've used. Another problem I've run into is duplicate leads. They do have something in place to stop duplicates but it hasn't worked reliably for me and as a salesperson that can create confusion and even put a deal at risk.

“Great for our team”
Pros
It keeps getting better and has been a big help across our marketing, sales and customer support efforts.
Cons
There's very little to complain about overall. The only thing I'd like to see is more flexibility in reporting, along with better visualizations for tracking data over different time periods.

“Reliable lead tracking”
Pros
Being able to use this CRM on my phone, desktop or tablet makes a big difference. I can stay on top of my leads from anywhere, share new information with the team right away and review leads in several different ways. It feels very efficient and dependable especially with the real-time updates.
Cons
At times, the number of notifications feels a bit excessive. I'd prefer clearer controls for understanding which alerts are turned on and it would help to silence some of them so I can still stay informed without having my workday constantly interrupted.

“Outreach automation”
Pros
Being able to build email and call sequences has been a huge help since it takes a lot of the manual work out of prospect outreach. Another big plus is that emails, texts and calls can all be logged under the contact record when you're using an integrated phone system.
Cons
One problem we ran into was with a discount that applied only during the first year of the contract. When renewal came around, the pricing change caught us off guard.

“Scales from startup”
Pros
Starting out with this CRM feels very accessible especially because you can begin with a lower-cost plan and still get everything needed to get up and running. As the business grows, the platform is also capable of growing with you which is one of the things I value most.
Cons
The only real challenge comes when moving from the early stage into a more advanced setup since there's a bit of a gap both in terms of knowledge required and pricing. Aside from that transition, I don't really have any complaints about the tool itself.

“CRM with analytics”
Pros
Having everything in one CRM has really helped us organize our marketing work under a single platform. There are plenty of useful capabilities but the top three that have made the biggest difference for us are these, 1) Lead workflow, We're able to set up the entire lead management process within the platform itself. It makes life much simpler for SDRs when it comes to tracking lead activity and following up properly. 2) Email campaigns, You can build landing pages and schedule email campaigns without much hassle. 3) Dashboards and analytics, The dashboards are simple and give a clear view of key success metrics which helps a lot when it comes to improving performance over time.
Cons
Pricing is definitely one of the downsides. It takes up a significant part of our marketing budget and as you start scaling, the platform becomes noticeably expensive. Another issue is that it comes with too many features and that can work against it. Some of the tools are not really necessary for our needs and in a few cases, other platforms handle those specific tasks better so paying for all of it does not always feel worthwhile. On top of that, more complex workflows are quite difficult to set up and the templates are not very convenient to customize, at least from my perspective.

“Responsive support”
Pros
Whenever I reach out, the customer support team is fantastic. They reply to every question in under an hour and are always willing to help. They're also very quick when it comes to answering anything related to pricing.
Cons
A few features especially around the email templates, don't always work reliably. Another limitation is that email tasks can only be assigned to contacts, not to company accounts.

Pros
There's a lot of useful content here around marketing, sales and other areas of running a business. I enjoy reading through it and applying the ideas to my own business whenever I can.
Cons
Recently, I've run into a bug with the email tracker. Even when I choose not to track an email or add the recipient to the CRM, it still automatically tracks them and adds them anyway.

“Fast setup with perfect fit”
Pros
It's ready to use in no time, very simple to handle and includes all the functions you typically need. For me, that makes it a perfect solution.
Cons
In a few areas, the features feel fairly basic especially when it comes to social media. If you need more depth there, you'll probably want a more specialized tool but for the essentials, the available features are enough.
