“Clean and connected”
Pros
The interface is clean and easy and it integrates with nearly all the other software I use.
Cons
There's a small learning curve at the beginning but that's pretty normal with any software.

“simple and customizable”
Pros
Getting started with it feels very natural and there are plenty of ways to use it depending on what you need. The customization options are really useful and it works especially well for historical documentation.
Cons
Search function isn't as simple as it could be and I wish getting practical help was more easy. Also, most of the work still needs to be done through the web version.

“Very user-friendly”
Pros
Using this software has been really easy and that's easily the part I appreciate most about it. Everything feels simple to use without much effort.
Cons
The only downside for me is the price since it feels quite expensive.

Keeping up with my deals is really easy with this tool. I also appreciate that it automatically flags when a deal is "rotting," which is incredibly helpful.

“Flexible integrations and pricing”
Pros
One of the best parts is how well it connects with a wide range of other software so you can keep working with the tools you already know and prefer. I also really appreciate that you only pay for the services you actually need which makes it feel much more flexible.
Cons
User experience does take a bit of time to understand at first since it is not especially simple. On top of that, the sales funnels feel a little unusual and can seem a bit awkward to work with.

“Lead scoring and reporting”
Pros
It handles the day-to-day tasks marketers actually need especially lead scoring and list building. Since the email marketing platform is also very strong, it's been really useful having these different functions work together in one place. After you get familiar with the system, the CRM becomes easy to use and offers great reporting and tracking features.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve and it takes quite a bit of setup before the platform starts working the way you want it to. That initial implementation can be challenging but once everything is in place, the value is clear.

“Reliable lead tracking”
Pros
Handling inbound leads and separating prospects for our sales team has been really easy. The option to add notes for calls and emails also makes it much simpler to track activity and use those interactions for coaching and training.
Cons
Customizing client fields can be a bit tricky even though it's still manageable once you work through it. The template setup process could also be more aligned.

“Smart search and filters”
Pros
Navigating this software feels very easy and simple. Finding one client or several is simple, whether I search directly or narrow things down with filters like geographic location, onboarding date or activity status.
Cons
One issue I've noticed is that some categories don't always seem accurate after updates. I'm not completely sure whether that comes from the system itself or from how my organization's team enters the data but when I look up a client, there's sometimes incorrect information attached to their profile and it often has to be corrected manually.

“Integrations for teamwork”
Pros
One of the best things about this product is how well it connects with all of the client-facing software a company already uses at the corporate level. Its integrations with Gmail, Google Calendar and Slack make it really convenient to link and embed it into meeting tools, deals and other workflows. On top of that, it allows teams across the company to follow specific deals at the same time without needing access to anyone's private inbox. That adds a lot of efficiency and helps create better collaboration across the workplace.
Cons
Mobile app could be a bit more user-friendly, in my opinion. That said, I can also see why since so much of the product's value comes from its desktop functionality on Microsoft and OS platforms. Beyond that, I honestly can't think of much else to improve because the software delivers exactly what you need it to do and even goes beyond that.

“Ideal for small sales teams”
Pros
Getting started with it is very easy and it doesn't take long to become productive. For most businesses with 1 to 10 sales reps, it includes all the core tools needed to keep sales and marketing aligned while managing leads, deals and pipelines effectively.
Cons
It doesn't offer some of the more advanced capabilities you get with larger CRM platforms and the Sales Enterprise pricing is starting to feel expensive.

“Tool I keep using”
Pros
This is the tool I rely on constantly. It's far better than trying to piece together a bunch of separate apps and it manages to be both simple and really capable. I've used it across three different jobs and every time it's been a product I genuinely enjoyed working with.
Cons
It is a bit expensive but the level of power you get makes it worth it.

“Fast ROI and follow-ups”
Pros
This has been a really valuable tool and it can probably pay for itself within the first month through positive ROI. It makes the sales process much simpler and helps keep communication with leads timely and consistent, all from one message flow.
Cons
The only issue I ran into was having a bit of trouble getting the forecasting settings adjusted the way I wanted.

“Fast SaaS setup”
Pros
It's a true SaaS product so you can sign up on the web and be up and running the same day. Getting started is easy with CSV/Excel import and export and it's simple to build, adjust and start using right away.
Cons
One thing missing is LinkedIn messaging integration although I'm not sure whether that's an issue on this side or LinkedIn's. It would be really useful to log LinkedIn conversations there just like any other channel. Other than that, I can't point to much that isn't tied to me being on the free version. A lot of the features that would help users in larger environments are included in the paid plans, like VoIP calling through the computer, call recording, tracking links and video in email.

“Sleek interface and automation”
Pros
Keyboard snippets are a really handy touch, the marketing automation works very well and the interface looks polished and modern.
Cons
What bothered me was the extra cost for add-ons that other platforms include at no charge. The import process also felt awkward and with only 10 customizable fields available in the trial, I couldn't properly bring in my data to fully test it.

“Marketing toolkit”
Pros
Right from the beginning, this software caught me off guard in a good way. It delivers a lot and the range of features is impressive. Their technology feels ahead of the competition and they keep making updates that improve it even more. It covers all of my marketing needs by giving me the tools to stay connected with prospects while also supporting internal company communication through templates and integrations.
Cons
Because the platform is so powerful, it definitely comes with a learning curve and you need to invest some time in learning it to really get the full value. Understanding workflows is a big part of making the software work the way you need and that takes some skill at first although it becomes more manageable over time. They do provide plenty of training in different formats which helps but while some of it is free, the paid training options can become pretty expensive.
