“User-friendly CRM insights”
Pros
Compared with a lot of other marketing and sales CRMs, this one is much more user-friendly and far easier to navigate. It really feels built for the marketing and sales space and I appreciate how much helpful content it offers through blogs, emails and other resources that help my company understand and apply best practices.
Cons
Because the database is so detailed, getting the most out of its tracking features and automation does require a lot of data entry. To fully benefit from everything it can do, you have to be ready to put in the time to input and manage that information.

“Client and email tracking”
Pros
Keeping up with clients and emails is much better with this software. Everything feels well organized and it makes transparency much simpler across the board.
Cons
Sometimes there are so many features that it's easy to lose my place. It's also difficult to figure out where the problem started or how to fix things when workflows break.

“Full customer history”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths here is the potential it offers especially when it comes to tracking customers. From chats to emails and phone calls, you can see the full history and understand the complete story behind every interaction.
Cons
At times, it can be pretty complicated to locate a specific feature within the settings and support isn't always available when needed.

“Sales automation”
Pros
This has been working really well for us as both a notification tool and a sales funnel platform. The workflow automation is especially helpful and the system can start calls back to back right away which saves a lot of time since there's no need to manually enter phone numbers or search for the next prospect to reach out to.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve if someone isn't familiar with using a CRM. With so many features built in, it can sometimes take a bit of effort to navigate to exactly the right place between contacts and companies. That said, once you've spent some time in the program, it becomes much less of an issue.

“Lead management tools”
Pros
Having delegate functions built in is really helpful when you need a system to manage work properly. One of the biggest advantages is that the service can be purchased based on what you actually need, unlike many other marketing platforms. I've mainly used the marketing and sales tools and they've worked very well. It also helps keep track of leads coming in from different sources. The Facebook integration is useful too since it gives better insight into campaigns and shows where the leads are coming from.
Cons
Premium version is very expensive which makes it out of reach for a lot of companies. With the startup discount though, it becomes a bit more manageable.

“Integrations and tracking”
Pros
Across the marketing tech stack, this works with almost everything. I've used it as a sales CRM and it handles a lot, from custom fields to detailed tracking so there's plenty of flexibility in what you can manage.
Cons
Occasionally it's not very obvious where certain features are or what the platform is actually capable of doing.

“Custom dashboards and support”
Pros
One thing this platform does really well is keep up with every activity we need to monitor. Whether it's an outbound or inbound call or an email, everything gets tracked and logged properly. The level of detail is excellent. Our custom dashboard was built around our KPIs and revenue goals so we can clearly see our progress for the day, week, quarter and year. It's also worth mentioning that the customer support team is fantastic even if that's not technically a feature. Whenever something comes up, we can jump on live chat with a support rep or reach out to our customer success manager and we usually get the answers we need. They're always improving the product, testing new features and overall they've been a pleasure to work with.
Cons
Mobile app still feels limited. It doesn't provide access to the Service area where tickets are stored which is a downside. Training and self-service resources could also be better since finding answers isn't always very simple. I'd also like to see more flexibility when creating custom properties because some fields, like Lifecycle Stage, are locked. It would be much better if we could create certain unique properties using our own terminology.

“Smart CRM for startups”
Pros
Getting started with this CRM is very easy and it feels a bit different from many of the other CRM tools available. It's a free option that does a really good job of helping manage clients, contacts and leads. The platform is smart, packed with useful features and makes handling contacts and tasks simple. Overall, it's a very user-friendly CRM and I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
If you need more advanced functionality, you'll have to upgrade to the pro plan. That said, for startups, it's still a really great option.

“Quick rollout”
Pros
Setup was clearly well planned and, with some prior experience, it didn't take long to get up and running. The overall sequence and progression made sense so working through it felt logical. That said someone who isn't familiar with CRMs might find it a bit intimidating at first.
Cons
Automation mattered a lot in my case but the pricing increase for it felt pretty steep. I had also planned to connect it with other automation tools and that ended up taking more time than expected while also adding extra costs.

“Candidate timing insights”
Pros
Being able to see how potential candidates interacted with our content before deciding when to reach out was incredibly valuable. It helped us nurture those relationships over time and connect with people at the moment that made the most sense.
Cons
With GDPR in place, I'm not sure we'd still be able to use as many of the tracking features as we relied on before.

“Flexible customization”
Pros
Right from the start, the platform offers a wide range of development options and custom work capabilities which is really important. Everything is built in a way that feels clear, accurate and flexible. Even though the site includes many functions, the structure is organized well enough that a new user would still feel encouraged to use the system.
Cons
There really are not many true downsides since the system is transparent and does what it promises. It gives users plenty of options for custom writing work and sales, along with tools to track sales as well. The only issue is the pricing after the free trial which feels a bit expensive. It would be much more user-friendly if there were a monthly payment option because charging annually requires a larger upfront cost before a user has fully confirmed their success with it.

“Comprehensive database”
Pros
A lot to appreciate here, the database is very comprehensive, the tools feel simple to use and getting everything deployed doesn't take much effort. Those parts of the product have been genuinely satisfying.
Cons

“Great value and training”
Pros
One thing that really stood out to me was the value. For the price, the features you get are very competitive compared with other CRMs in the market. They also do an excellent job supporting users with helpful resources. Their training videos and blog content are a fantastic example of what strong customer success should look like.
Cons
Coming from a Salesforce setup, the interface and overall navigation took some getting used to and it was not always clear where certain things were located. With more time in the system, I think that learning curve probably would have faded. I also felt the sales drip campaign tools could have offered more flexibility.

“Client tracking tools”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how much client-related information you can manage in one place. You can update or add details for any client, include contacts, keep notes, send emails and handle plenty of other tasks too.
Cons
As your business grows, the amount of information and reporting can become increasingly complicated to manage. At that point, you may need someone dedicated to handling the CRM so everything stays organized and doesn't get out of control.
