Startup-friendly value

Pros

Free plan packs in a ton of value for just about any business. If you're running a startup, this is definitely something you should have. And if you're trying to grow and scale, it still makes a lot of sense.

Cons

Honestly, nothing negative comes to mind. It has been excellent right from the start.

Easy lead management

Pros

The platform is simple to use and very user-friendly and it supports lead management from A to Z, from creating leads all the way through closing and account management.

Cons

There are a lot of add-on modules and you have to pay extra for each one.

Organized sales pipeline

Pros

Keeping contacts and leads organized with this tool has helped us stay on top of the sales pipeline and close more business. The features I value most are assigning leads to different team members, tracking potential deals through the pipeline, setting reminders for follow-ups and connecting email so engagement is visible.

Cons

One thing I'd still like is the option to tag certain contacts so it's easier to track what they're most interested in. It's possible this feature already exists and we just haven't explored it yet.

Helpful search but weak onboarding

Pros

The search function worked well and I appreciated how much detail was available for each file.

Cons

To be honest, I only used the software for around 2 to 3 weeks. It really didn't fit in with or adapt to the way my business currently operates. When I reached out for help during the free trial, I was pointed to videos instead of getting one-on-one guidance.

Drag-and-drop sales tool

Pros

Using it feels very easy. Most tasks are handled with drag-and-drop which makes installation, database updates and building reports and dashboards simple to manage.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about. It's a clean and practical tool for managing our team's sales interactions especially since our organization only has a small number of sales executives on the team.

Client outreach tools

Pros

This system does an excellent job of helping us reach clients through multiple channels and I really appreciate being able to set up the sequencing exactly the way we need.

Cons

The only downside is that it can take customers some time to get the system fully implemented especially smaller companies that spend most of their time out in the field working.

Great onboarding and usability

Pros

It is really easy to use and the onboarding process they provide is excellent.

Cons

One weak spot is the way bulk date updates are handled when I miss several dates since the implementation is not very good. It also lacks a smart scheduling feature that could recommend the next call based on my calendar.

Sales tracking that works

Pros

Starting out in sales, this tool feels essential. It's beginner-friendly, not hard to navigate and very easy once it's set up the right way. I can build lists and segments, keep track of calls and email opens and put together to-do lists and call lists for cold outreach or follow-ups. The deal stages are also really helpful for seeing where everything stands and what's coming next so the team gets a clear heads-up.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about. The biggest thing I'd recommend is deciding early how you want to use it as a CRM, then staying consistent with updating and cleaning your data and contact lists. That's really the only way to stay organized and keep your data reliable. If you let the system get cluttered, it can take months to straighten everything back out.

Mobile contact lists

Pros

Keeping contacts organized is easy since importing them and sorting the list by title or role works really well. A standout feature is being able to send emails to specific lists without any hassle. When a campaign goes out, it also tracks invalid email addresses which is very useful. On top of that, it performs well on mobile too.

Cons

Customization is still somewhat limited for certain fields. It also doesn't allow multiple email addresses to be added under a single contact record.

Client file management

Pros

It does a really good job of organizing client files, whether that's invoices or reports for each individual customer.

Cons

I'd still like to see a dedicated field for storing the customer's phone number so they can be contacted directly through the site.

Email flow visibility

Pros

Keeping track of email and communication traffic happens in real time so even when messages are coming in nonstop, it's very hard to lose oversight.

Cons

Chat and commenting tools still need more development. As they are now, you still have to rely on other apps for communication.

CRM that delivers

Pros

Using this software has been a really positive experience. It's user-friendly while still feeling advanced and as a CRM system it's been excellent. I'd definitely recommend it.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about. The only issue I ran into was a pricing mistake once but they fixed it and even gave us legacy pricing since we've been a customer for such a long time.

Broken automation

Pros

For basic lead management and conversion tracking in a small business, the Sales free and Growth bundles offer great value. They give startups the essential tools needed to log lead communication and keep an eye on conversions. This feedback is only about the Sales module, not the Marketing side so I can't comment on the rest of the platform.

Cons

Once your business starts scaling, you naturally look for more efficiency through CRM automation, like automatic follow-up emails that keep prospects engaged. That's usually the point where upgrading to the expensive Professional package seems justified. Unfortunately, that's exactly where the product starts to break down. Almost everything you would reasonably expect the software to handle or make possible just isn't supported. To their credit, the support team genuinely tries to assist but they're clearly limited by decisions made by the backend engineers and product architects. Most of the help ends up being awkward, incomplete workaround suggestions and those often create even more issues later on. The final dealbreaker for us came when we tried setting up automated email sequences which should be a very basic CRM function. We discovered that contacts can't be enrolled in those sequences if emails are being sent from a shared company address like sales@ or info@. Instead, users are forced to send from personal addresses such as john@business.com. That makes no sense in a real business setting. Whether it's a local repair shop or a major company, most customer communication happens through shared inboxes like sales, support or info. Oversights like that make the whole service hard to take seriously.

Modern features and integrations

Pros

A big advantage is the wide range of integrations which is probably the strongest part of the platform. It also comes with a lot of features and the interface feels modern, clean and simple to use.

Cons

The pricing is a drawback, not just because of the cost but also because the plans are structured in a confusing way. On top of that, having so many features can sometimes make the platform feel overwhelming.

Sales-boosting integrations

Pros

One thing that really helps is how many other online business tools it can connect with. That flexibility makes it incredibly versatile. Even on the free plan, you can link it to your WordPress site and your invoicing or accounting software to automate parts of the sales process and keep things running more efficiently.

Cons

It's worth paying attention to the pricing tiers as your organization expands. You don't want to become too reliant on the platform without planning for the subscription level you'll likely need later. In the range of a few hundred dollars per month, there are other CRM options that are also very competitive.

Great for startup contacts

Pros

This has been a really valuable tool for our startup. We're still getting familiar with everything it offers but even using the basic features, it's already been very useful for managing contacts.

Cons

There's still a lot for me to learn before I can really get the most out of everything it offers.

User-friendly automation

Pros

Right from the start, the CRM feels very user friendly and easy to work with. The automation tools are excellent and building forms is simple, with the option to have them trigger workflows and more. The part I appreciate most is how accessible the whole platform is. Setting up landing pages, blogs and similar content is very simple and it even includes SEO checks. In my view, this product is easily a 10/10.

Cons

Up to this point, I haven't run into anything I dislike about the software. It's an excellent option for someone who doesn't have much experience with websites.

Complete customer history

Pros

One of the biggest benefits is having everything in a single platform. I can pull up a contact and see every interaction that's happened with that customer which is incredibly useful. We used to lose track of important details whenever someone left the company or was out on holiday but now all the emails and past activity are there for everyone to see. The calendar link for booking meetings is fantastic as well.

Cons

Sometimes it isn't the most simple system to navigate and I sometimes struggle to locate certain features. Usually, the global search helps me find what I need.

Handy mobile access

Pros

One thing that really stands out to me is how simple this platform is to use and navigate. It's very easy to understand where everything is and how to get things done and having the mobile app available makes it really convenient to handle important work while I'm on the go.
