“Misleading expensive contract”
Pros
At first, the platform came across as simple and for the price, I expected it to handle just about everything I needed.
Cons
Before signing, I was extremely clear during the discovery sales call about my requirements and the reason I was moving away from my previous CRM. I run a tutoring business so I need a system that can properly manage parent and student relationships. That includes using templates and mail merges that can address both the parent and the student as separate contacts inside the CRM. Kathleen Rush, the sales rep I spoke with, assured me the Enterprise plan could absolutely do that. Even though Enterprise costs $1,400 a month, I was prepared to make that investment because I believed I was buying the best CRM available. After spending hundreds of hours getting everything set up, we reached the second onboarding call where we were supposed to configure the parent/student relationship feature. That was when my onboarding specialist told me HubSpot does not support this at all. This was the entire reason I bought the software. I went back to Kathleen Rush, explained that she had told me it could do this and said I could not continue with HubSpot because of that. Her response was basically that it was a one-year contract so I was stuck. We are talking about $17,000 for a CRM that cannot do the one thing I was told it could do. On top of that, the company fought me every step of the way to keep me locked into the contract and keep the $2,500 onboarding fee. I have rarely seen a company treat customers this badly. The sales team will say whatever it takes to close a deal. Products like Zoho offer far more functionality at a fraction of the price. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

“CRM for real estate”
Pros
Right from the start, the CRM felt very capable and it comes with a complete, easy-to-follow course that makes setup simple to understand. I really enjoyed using it to move prospective tenants through a pipeline, including credit checks before choosing the best applicant and handing over the keys to a rental property. We also rely on it for construction management, tracking repairs that need attention and staying on top of tenant questions and requests.
Cons
Absolutely nothing. The platform and its CRM are the best on the market and the customer service is especially outstanding.

“Smart tool with mobile capture”
Pros
Among the more innovative CRM tools I've used, this one fits small and midsize companies really well for managing a sales team and doing proper lead analysis. Having a free version to try before buying helps build confidence in the product. The interface is appealing and simple to navigate and the email integrations are valuable since all communication stays organized in one place. One feature that really adds value is the card reader in the mobile app which makes it possible to capture and store leads in bulk from events, summits and similar gatherings.
Cons
Customer support feels more complicated than it should be and they definitely need to be more responsive to the existing user community. The ability to create quotes would be a useful addition. There are also a few small bugs in the mobile apps that occasionally take some of the excitement away.

“Fast updates and mobile app”
Pros
Using it feels very easy and making changes is quick. The views are simple to work with and the mobile app is really good to have when I need to check things on the go.
Cons
Dashboards could be improved by allowing more widgets on a single dashboard and the reporting options would be better if they offered more flexibility.

“Integrations and support”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths is its unmatched potential for integrating with other platforms. There's also always a customer support representative available when needed which makes a big difference. The menu bar is neatly arranged and it does a really great job of tracking the sales process as well as potential customers. On top of that, it gives access to plenty of helpful online support resources.
Cons
Mobile version still needs quite a bit of improvement compared to what's currently available. The pricing also feels a little expensive.

“B2B library and easy setup”
Pros
It is effortless to start and the interface feels very simple from the beginning. It offers a wide range of features without becoming too complicated to navigate. The B2B library is especially extensive and there are plenty of resources available to help you learn more about B2B sales and marketing.
Cons
I do wish the automation and reporting tools were more advanced. The workflow feature does offer some automation capabilities but once you start working with it in more depth, it eventually feels limited.

Pros
Having everything in one place makes this marketing platform incredibly valuable for any marketer who wants to stay focused and see quick results from their campaigns. The built-in CRM and analytics are outstanding and the real-time lead tracking really helps keep everything on top of performance.

Pros
Right from the start, the platform felt well structured and easy to use and connecting it with external software was simple. Its internal processes are organized which helped us better define our marketing and sales workflow. Lead tracking and registration have been especially reliable and well handled.
Cons

“CRM and deal visibility”
Pros
Having enterprise-level tools for customer relationship management and deal tracking in one place is a big advantage. The information captured for each record is thorough and detailed, including important contacts within each organization. The dashboards are also very useful for monitoring staff productivity and seeing how actively leads are being engaged.
Cons
There are only a few issues but one small drawback is that the revenue data pulled in after entering a customer's website URL is not always completely accurate. On top of that, email tracking fairly often fails to identify the exact person who opened the message which takes away some of the value of open tracking since you can't be fully certain the intended recipient was the one who viewed it especially when others are cc'd.

Pros
From the start, it helped me organize my contacts in a much more professional way. Sending emails to specific lists is easy, it alerts me whenever customer information is updated and all the lists stay connected as long as the data is entered properly. It also doesn't take long to understand how to use it well.
