Free and feature-packed

Pros

Best of all, it's completely free and it's helped me earn far more than what I paid for it. I also appreciate how simple and easy it is to build and manage a contact database.

Cons

Getting started can feel a bit confusing and it seems to be geared more toward people selling products than those doing general lead prospecting. Still, that's something I can overlook because the contact list features and notifications are really strong.

Affordable tool

Pros

For a small business, this works like a high-end CRM with all the features and tools you actually need but without the expensive price tag.

Cons

The only thing I'd suggest is improving the reporting feature so it's simpler to understand, use and build reports with.

Property insights for teams

Pros

The platform gives us thorough property information and makes it quick to find what we need at a glance. It supports our sales, marketing and member success teams really well and fits nicely into how they work.

Cons

One issue comes up because we work with several PR teams that submit clients for consideration, profiles with the same email address get merged together. That makes it harder to keep track of important details for some of our highest-value clients. On top of that, our editorial team can't really use the system so we still have to rely on separate platforms.

Great free tier

Pros

Free plan is incredibly useful and covers what most early-stage companies need. After spending a little time with it, the interface starts to feel very natural and there are plenty of advanced features that are still fairly simple to use. It does take some initial effort to set up the design properly but the learning curve is pretty manageable. On top of that, the pipeline funnel logic works really well.

Cons

As your company grows and you need access to more features, the pricing becomes quite high. Of course, you can consider switching to another provider but moving everything over is not exactly simple. Because of that, it's worth taking a close look from the start so that when the time comes to upgrade, you're confident the added cost will still fit your budget.

Outstanding support

Pros

Between the built-in integrations and the chat, email and phone support, the help from their team has been excellent. Getting everyone trained and using it didn't take much effort and it's been adopted broadly across our team.

Cons

A few features you'd expect to already exist, like quote customization, still aren't available. That said, they're very responsive to feedback and do a good job of sharing updates about upcoming releases.

CRM that grows with you

Pros

Getting this CRM up and running was easy and managing it has been just as simple. Over the past 18 months, it has kept pace with our growth really well. I'd definitely recommend it.

Cons

Price was the toughest part. As a startup nonprofit, it was initially difficult to justify the expense.

Flexible pipeline and value

Pros

It doesn't cost much since it's free for a small number of users and the platform delivers a lot of value overall even beyond the pricing. There's a broad range of functionality but it still feels thoughtfully designed. The deal pipeline is especially flexible, letting you customize the names of your deal stages and decide how many stages you want to create. The drag-and-drop setup is simple and the customizable fields for individual users add even more flexibility across the system.

Cons

Handling the deal pipeline can feel a bit tough at times especially when there are a lot of deals and the titles become hard to read. The platform could also be more responsive overall. On top of that, the drag-and-drop feature does not always react consistently and can be noticeably slow.

All-in-one marketing hub

Pros

Having everything in one place makes a huge difference. As a marketer, this platform is incredibly comprehensive and lets me handle a lot without jumping between tools. From email campaigns and social scheduling to building workflows and capturing leads, I can manage basically my whole job from one organized hub. The reporting and analytics are excellent too especially for monitoring performance and seeing what's working.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is better Instagram integration especially the ability to schedule longer reel videos. It would also be really helpful if Facebook Groups were included so group posts could be scheduled directly from the platform as well.

Pros

Clean interface and features

Pros

Right away, the interface stands out for being clean, polished and very user-friendly. It also comes with plenty of integrations and I appreciate that a lot of the available features are included for free.

Cons

Even though many features are free, the most valuable ones sit behind the paid plans and the hub pricing is extremely high compared with other major players in the industry. That makes it really hard for even a mid-sized business to justify paying for something like the Marketing Professional Hub at $800 per month.

Smart reminders

Pros

The interface is simple and very simple and it really helps keep me accountable. I also appreciate the daily reminders for the tasks I've set for myself, along with alerts when an email for a contact has bounced.

Cons

One thing I'd still love to see is an integration with a platform like Infotelligent or Interseller so it could automatically detect duplicate companies and organize parent-child company relationships for me.

Free CRM starter

Pros

Starting out with a CRM, this feels like a really strong option. It gives you a full CRM solution at no cost, with advanced features similar to the well-known players in the market which makes it especially appealing when you're looking for something capable without paying upfront.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning especially for first-time users so it can take some time to understand how the platform works. That said, once you get comfortable with the tool, it turns out to be excellent.

Great for small teams

Pros

Working at a smaller company of around 100 to 150 employees, this was an excellent match for our needs. We really appreciated how easy it was to use right out of the box, without having to spend time or effort on customization. We also didn't have a dedicated sales ops person so having something that just worked was a big advantage. It covered everything we needed it to do.

Cons

As the company grows though, the lower cost eventually stops outweighing the limited customization, functionality and integrations you can get from other CRMs like Salesforce or MS Dynamics. That said, for smaller businesses, it remains a very strong option.

Integrations and scheduling

Pros

Getting it connected was easy, the segmentation works well and covers the standard needs and being able to schedule meetings is definitely useful.

Cons

There's still room for improvement and while the CRM is decent for the price, you have to spend extra if you want access to more advanced features.

Tracking and social integrations

Pros

Using this product has been pretty easy and it connects with social media platforms without much hassle. I've had it for more than a year now and it gives me the tools I need for tasks, notes, activity reviews, tracking, emails, calls and more which has been really valuable.

Cons

One thing that could definitely be improved is how quotes can be edited. For instance, once we win a deal and enter it into Oracle NetSuite, a number gets generated there but as far as I know, there's no way to add that unique identifier back into the quote afterward. It would make a lot more sense if the system created that number itself and carried it over into NetSuite but that's not how we're using it right now.
