“Starter plan with templates”
Pros
It's nice that the platform feels premium and that even the starter plan includes up to five email templates which gives a decent amount to work with.
Cons
One frustrating part is that the system doesn't always keep up when I'm moving quickly. If I'm working from a filtered lead list and change a property that should remove someone from that list, the update can take too long so the contact still shows while I'm going through it. Another annoyance is that when I open an individual contact and delete them, my filtered list resets completely and I have to go back and reapply as many as four filters again.

“Open workflows and prospecting”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how open the platform feels, you can see everyone's work and tasks clearly. It's very simple to use and has taken a lot of the hassle out of daily work. I use it every day and the Sales Navigator integration makes prospecting much more convenient. The built-in calling tool for contacting prospects is also very useful.
Cons
I'd only make a small change to the way the contacts are displayed.

“Easy contact follow-ups”
Pros
Staying on top of contacts and following up is very simple with this software.
Cons
My biggest complaint is the pricing. They could definitely manage costs better especially for the custom enterprise version.

Being able to tailor the pipeline views and add custom properties that match our Customer Success strategy has been a big plus.

I do wish there were a more thoughtful way to organize customers beyond only by company or deal.

“Fast automation”
Pros
From my perspective with just a few clicks, everything is automated and the interface is genuinely engaging and enjoyable to use.
Cons
On the other hand, I think the tool seems to focus primarily on visual appeal and remains somewhat limited in terms of the tangible benefits it delivers to users.

“Contact lists and timeline”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how quickly I can import contacts and sort them into lists based on contact type or connection type. That organization feature has been especially useful for keeping everything in order. It's also helpful that I can add other users and view a full chronological timeline of every contact point without needing to directly check in with the employee. Sending emails to specific lists is fast and convenient too.
Cons
Getting started was a bit challenging and I had to spend a lot of time searching online to understand how to use all the features. I also ran into some import issues where not all the information showed up although I was able to troubleshoot it myself. It definitely isn't the most simple platform at the beginning.

“Reliable uptime and forecasting”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how consistently the platform stays up and running. The email integration works really well and the forecasting features are especially useful.
Cons
Pricing feels a bit on the expensive side. I'd be happier with a lower-cost option that includes fewer features.

“Lead organization features”
Pros
It packs in a lot of useful features and works well once you get going. Being able to build different lists to organize lead sources, retarget people later or upload audiences to Facebook for lookalike campaigns has been especially helpful.
Cons
Getting started took a bit of extra effort because it was not very simple at first. I had to do some additional Googling to figure out where to enter information and how to use certain features and even now I still come across better ways to do things as I learn the system.

“Teamwork booster”
Pros
Working in a collaborative setting with people who have different skill sets, this kind of all-in-one platform really helps us move quickly and close the gaps between team members' abilities.
Cons
There are still a few advanced editing options missing especially around drag-and-drop which some people on my team would like to have. That said, if you can invest the time, custom templates can help make up for it.

“Team contact tracking”
Pros
Having thousands of contacts in one place makes a big difference especially when details like phone numbers and email addresses are quick to pull up. It also keeps key information on every contact, including Lead Status, Lead Type and Lead Source which helps a lot with staying organized. Everyone in the company can stay updated on the progress of each contact and it's also useful for managing upcoming and recurring tasks with notification reminders. Another plus is that co-workers can access the same information and leave notes on contacts for the whole team or for specific employees.
Cons
A few of the extra features are locked behind the higher-priced plans which is a bit frustrating. It's also somewhat annoying that if two people share one email address, the system won't let you create two separate profiles for them.

“Powerful but hard to learn”
Pros
Packed with features, this software lets you do a wide range of tasks and gives you plenty of options. It's highly customizable too so you can set it up pretty much the way you want although it is quite complicated to work with.
Cons
Price is very high and the complexity makes training new staff especially difficult. Getting a new team member up to speed on how to use it is a tough and time-consuming job.

“Insightful content and layout”
Pros
Their articles offer genuinely useful insights and I really enjoy the content they publish. The software itself is well organized, clearly laid out and simple to use.
Cons
The free plan is quite limited so there isn't much you can actually do with it. Because of that, you end up relying on different software for your companies and can't connect them together.

“Clear lead tracking”
Pros
Right away, this gave us much better visibility into our contact list, helped us organize prospects and stay on top of follow-ups with hot leads. Getting it set up across the company was very easy. As we've started using some of the more advanced features, it's become even more impressive.
Cons
Manually logging certain offline interactions with prospects can feel a bit overwhelming in the beginning. Still, it's necessary if you want to keep a full view of your customer base.

Pros
Overall, the platform is very user-friendly and well organized and the company also provides excellent online academy training courses along with outstanding customer support.
Cons

Pros
The product feels thoughtfully designed. Even though it offers a lot of features and seems quite powerful, I didn't even use everything it can do, it was still easy to navigate and fast to get up and running.
Cons
Email automation side didn't work for me and I eventually switched to ActiveCampaign because it's more advanced and a better fit in that area.

“Inbound tracking tools”
Pros
For digital inbound marketing, this works really well. Being able to track where contacts come from and follow their digital journey adds a lot of value. The lead qualification process also runs nicely. Building reports is easy and handling email marketing is simple too.
Cons
The only frustrating part is editing a large number of contacts. Since there's no table editing option, you have to open each contact one by one which takes a lot of time.

Pros
Everything about this tool feels far more simple and user-friendly and it has made reporting and analytics much more aligned for our team.
Cons
