“Easy UI and onboarding”
Pros
Interface and feature set are very user-friendly. It doesn't take much time to learn and getting users trained is easy.
Cons
Every now and then, I run into bugs in the contact filter area where incorrect numbers show up but it happens very rarely.

“Inbox for sales”
Pros
Getting started for free and expanding later as the business grows feels very flexible. Its sales tools live right inside your inbox, like Gmail so there's no constant jumping between tabs or windows which helps get things done faster. Once you connect your email account, you can send and receive messages with all your contacts directly from their contact record which keeps communication organized in one place.
Cons
You can definitely tell the product was originally built with the U.S. market in mind. For example, when leads are transferred automatically and the data gets enriched some names get changed into something else or phone numbers are formatted incorrectly. Because of that, we've mostly turned off that feature and either create leads manually or bring them in through forms.

Pros
I get all the information I need about my leads and that gives me what I need to grow and scale my operation.

If you're just getting started, the UX can feel a bit tricky at first but once you get used to it, it becomes very simple to use.

“Reliable security”
Pros
Using it has been very easy and it keeps our CRM secure while costing less than other alternatives. It also gives a clear overall view and searching and selecting within the system is simple.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints. It's an efficient tool to work with and still more affordable than other options available on the market.

“CRM for growth”
Pros
HubSpot CRM has been a fantastic fit for my marketing strategy. I use it to promote my products and true to its purpose as a customer relationship management tool, it helps me stay on top of my interactions with customers. The platform is simple to use, easy to handle and gives me fast, secure access from anywhere. Their support team is also friendly and it has genuinely helped me grow my business. On top of that, it's reasonably priced which makes it even better.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues while using their services.

“Free tool with features”
Pros
Getting access to a fully free, feature-packed CRM is a big plus. It's really nice to test out a CRM without feeling pressured to pay upfront and the toolset feels more than sufficient for what most users would need. Having a CRM in place just makes sense and this one gives you a lot to work with right away.
Cons
The interface doesn't feel especially modern or very simple and putting it into daily use has been more difficult than it should be. I still haven't managed to set up the exact funnel or pipeline dashboard I want. Some of that may come from being new to the platform but it also suggests the system is not as user-friendly as it could be.

“Great for outreach”
Pros
Lead outreach and tracking are where this software really shines. It works especially well for marketing teams that need to run campaigns and being able to connect it with Salesforce for reporting adds a lot of value.
Cons
Getting the Salesforce sync working can be frustrating. I understand they're competing platforms but there really should be a better way to make the two systems communicate with each other.

“Built for growing teams”

“Lead management that works”
Pros
Being able to assign tasks directly to clients is a really useful feature. Managing leads, routing them to different team members and having full visibility into contact details has been phenomenal. It keeps everyone on the same page and really helps eliminate communication gaps especially with a remote team.
Cons
One downside is that it can be a bit slow to load. Searching for contacts also takes some time to return results, possibly because the database is so large.

“Sales funnel visibility”
Pros
The biggest value this CRM brings is how well it keeps everything organized, both at the individual contact level and across entire organizations. That kind of visibility is incredibly helpful when managing sales funnel activities. It also makes teamwork better because you can quickly see which team member is the best fit to help move a warm lead forward. On top of that, the wide range of integrations with other platforms is a real plus especially for bringing in leads from different sources and segmenting them properly in one place.
Cons
Pricing on the paid plan can be pretty high for smaller businesses. The free version is already very useful but once you need a few of the paid features, the cost starts to feel a bit steep.

“Great support and dashboards”
Pros
Customer support has been the best I've dealt with in any similar software. Based on the subscription you choose, you can get help through email, live chat or phone and all of those options have been excellent. I usually rely on the chat support when I need assistance and it's always been really fast and efficient. The interface is well designed, uploading contacts and companies is easy and the dashboards are really useful.
Cons
One downside is that it's definitely more expensive than other comparable tools. I also sometimes find the reports a bit hard to build.

“CRM that fits our workflow”
Pros
Right from the start, this CRM lined up really well with how our business actually works. It helped us get everything organized much better and that has made it easier for us to keep growing the business.
Cons
In the beginning, uploading templates was a bit difficult but they've since updated that feature and now it works well.

“Freelancing boost and learning”
Pros
Getting started with freelancing would have been much harder for me without this software especially when it came to sourcing applicants. It has taught me a lot of important skills I didn't even realize I needed at the time, like lead management, running ads, handling email management and more. There's also a lot you can learn here at no cost if you take full advantage of the free features.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have any complaints. I'm still exploring the software and every time I use it, I end up learning something new. I'd definitely recommend it especially to beginners.

“Custom sales pipelines”
Pros
Being able to build our own sales pipeline around the different stages our clients go through has been a big advantage. It allowed our top-performing sales reps to turn their process and know-how into something structured inside the system so the rest of the team could also benefit from those successful sales methods.
Cons
The downside is that the paid version gets quite expensive and sales reps still struggle to enter details at every stage of the pipeline. It would be much better if the app felt more simple to use.

“Customer visibility”
Pros
Having everything about our customers and prospects in one place has been incredibly valuable. Once the system is set up, it's very user-friendly to work with day to day. The features are powerful and the customer service team has been consistently helpful whenever we've needed assistance.
Cons
When it comes to more specific or less common tasks, it can take a bit of effort to figure out how to get things done. Thankfully, their support team is available and does a good job of walking you through any issues.

Pros
The dashboard layout is what I appreciate most. It gives us a very clear flow for handling updates and uploading content within the system.
Cons

Pros
It was simple to use and the tracking tools and lead management features have been really strong. It also connects very well with the quoting software we already use.
Cons

“Helpful onboarding”
Pros
Getting started with this software was a positive experience especially because the onboarding support helped us understand how the CRM, Marketing and Sales portals each work and what their roles are.
Cons
One area that was harder to navigate was the automation. I would have benefited from a more specialized ongoing learning path, such as tips and tricks, "Did You Know" content or similar resources to keep building knowledge over time.
