Quick setup and live chat

Pros

We mainly use its contact form and real-time chat tools to add more functionality to otherwise static websites. The integration is easy, quick to get running and it has been dependable in day-to-day use. On top of that, we're able to send tracked emails and grow our customer contact database from one central dashboard.

Cons

One frustration was how long Content Security Policy support took to be added and it didn't work properly at the beginning. It took about a month to fully sort out because their server headers needed to be updated on their side but it was eventually resolved.

Customer retention tracking

Pros

Using it to build a retention board for managing our customers and recording every type of communication has been really helpful. It gave our team much better visibility and kept everyone transparent and aligned with one another.

Cons

Reporting side can still be a bit confusing and setting up workflows is not very simple either. The most confusing part is creating workflows that trigger automatic emails.

Built for scaling

Pros

A really great option for beginner to mid-level marketers who want to build the right foundation before scaling.

Cons

It does take a decent amount of effort to get everything set up properly and you need to keep up with it week after week.

Virtual sales team

Pros

The tools for uploading and managing prospects and leads work really well and the sharing options make it possible to build a virtual sales team right inside the app.

Cons

It may be asking a lot from a free version but the lack of integration with other software was the main thing that held me back.

Connected workflows

Pros

Right from the start, this software has been simple to use, customize and set up. The way the information is organized feels really well thought out and once everything is configured properly, it all connects instantly. Contacts, leads and deals are linked together exactly as they should be. The notifications are also extremely helpful for reminding me about tasks and keeping me updated whenever customer information changes.

Cons

At this point, I really haven't come across anything I would change. I haven't run into any feature that doesn't work exactly the way it should.

All-in-one marketing hub

Pros

It's a powerful product suite that just about every marketing team can benefit from. Having everything in one accessible system makes it much easier to see the bigger picture and keep track of overall marketing performance.

Cons

Putting together custom reports and pulling the exact data you need can be a bit confusing especially if you don't have much of a data science background.

Not the right fit

Pros

The platform comes across as great, user-friendly and potentially very effective across a range of industries. I'd consider giving it another try on a different project down the line.

Cons

For our particular industry though, it just wasn't the right match and the integration with our other products didn't work the way we needed it to.

All-in-one sales platform

Pros

Having all customer touchpoints in a single platform is a big advantage. Setting up and managing email sequences is easy and the platform also lets you handle the entire sales cycle in one place.

Cons

One limitation is that outbound calling doesn't support local ID numbers and switching caller ID numbers isn't simple. You're basically stuck using one number for calls.

Automatic client sync

Pros

One thing I've really been enjoying is not having to manually export and track new clients from my site anymore. As soon as someone signs up, they're added automatically which saves me a lot of time and makes the whole process very simple.

Cons

There are still a few features I haven't quite figured out how to set up yet. One of them is the customer reconversion setup. Once I'm able to get that working, this will rank even higher for me.

Marketing integrations

Pros

It goes beyond simply tracking sales and customer details which is a big plus especially with the way it connects to marketing tools.

Cons

At the same time, it struggled with some core functions. Task and assignment tracking for supporting customers wasn't there in a usable way and there's also no customer-facing option.

CRM integrations that fit

Pros

The CRM features were exactly what we needed and its integrations let us connect our messaging system and save contacts automatically.

Cons

Up to this point, we haven't had any issues with the software.

Great layout and integrations

Pros

Really great software with an excellent layout. It works very well with integrations too.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any downsides since it has been good all around.

Flexible plans and support

Pros

Getting started with it is really easy and using it day to day feels just as simple. There are several package options to pick from depending on what you need. The Support and Customer Success team has been incredibly helpful and really makes an effort to come up with a solution. The software comes with thoughtfully designed presets while still giving you plenty of room to customize things.

Cons

One downside is that the price jumps between the different packages feel fairly large. It would be nice to have a mid-range option for budgets in between.

Startup-friendly integrations

Pros

Works really well for small businesses especially if you can take advantage of the startup deal with 90% off the first year. There's a lot of capability in the platform and it connects nicely with some of the most useful tools out there, like Gmail and Slack. The Contacts and Companies features are thoughtfully built and tie in well with the rest of the system.

Cons

They really need to stop pulling features out and locking them behind newer, more expensive licenses. I understand the need to increase revenue but it's creating a nickel-and-dime feeling that also makes the platform more confusing. It's beginning to feel bloated in the same way Salesforce does and if they keep going in that direction, a more agile competitor could easily come along and do it better.

Missing customization

Pros

One thing that worked well for me was the training content which was great enough to help users understand the features. With CRM software in general, proper training and a strong grasp of the system are really important before a business can get full value from it. It also feels like a good fit for startups or smaller businesses since the pricing is more reasonable and some other CRM platforms can be too much for a small team.

Cons

On the downside, it didn't offer the level of customization we needed and we ended up outgrowing the platform fairly fast. It also lacked the integration options required for the extensions our team relies on which eventually made it impractical for our company to keep using it. Another drawback is that costs can climb pretty quickly if you need to add a larger number of contacts.

Feature-packed business hub

Pros

It's a great, high-quality platform packed with plenty of features. The interface looks clean and polished and it works well as an all-in-one hub for running different parts of a business.

Cons

Because there are so many features, getting around the platform can feel confusing especially for new users. The mobile app also has limited compatibility across different device models which can be frustrating.

Custom onboarding

Pros

Running client follow-ups and onboarding in one place has made a huge difference for me. I use this software to monitor where potential clients are in the process while also managing and tracking onboarding tasks. The level of customization is a big plus since I can tailor the platform to fit my practice's specific workflow and onboarding steps. Because everything is centralized, I've been able to cut way back on scattered to-do lists and sticky notes.

Cons

There was definitely a learning curve at the beginning especially when it came to understanding the interface and finding the features that mattered most for my workflow. After I became familiar with it, navigation started to feel much more natural and it has helped me handle onboarding more efficiently.

Supportive culture

Pros

The company culture feels genuinely positive, the mission is meaningful and the team members are kind and pleasant to work with.

Cons

Getting everything set up and optimized was difficult for me and I had to rely on a lot of YouTube videos to figure things out.

Waste of time

Pros

Honestly, there's nothing useful about it for me. It doesn't help with my work in any way and since I'm required to use it at my company, it just feels like a waste of time and effort.

Cons

Pretty much everything has been a problem. From what I can tell, it isn't built on a relational database structure so the groupings offer little to no value for what I need.

Great interface

Pros

The interface is honestly one of the best I've used in a CRM. It feels much more simple than Dynamics which was the system I worked with before.

Cons

It really feels like one of the top options in this space. In day-to-day use, I hardly run into anything worth complaining about.
