“perfect support”
Pros
At the moment, this is one of the most advanced CRM platforms on the market. Their support team is outstanding as well and they're quick to step in and resolve issues whenever they come up.
Cons
My only complaint is the pricing. As your subscriber count grows, the cost climbs and becomes quite expensive. For small businesses, it can be hard to justify or even afford.

“Excellent free CRM”
Pros
Being a free SaaS tool, it's really valuable for keeping track of relationships between a business and its customers.
Cons
Honestly, everything works perfectly for me except the Gmail integration. Quite often, it marks a message as read immediately after it's been sent.

“Flexible modules”
Pros
One of the strongest parts of this platform is how modular it is. The CRM comes free and includes pretty much everything needed to manage and track important lead information. After you've spent some time with it and understand your company's needs better, you can pick from different options that match what you're looking for.
Cons
The experience overall has been very positive. The only downside is that you can't fully customize your plan or select tools one by one since you have to choose from preset packages. Because of that, a specific feature you need may only be available in a higher-tier plan which means paying extra just to get that one tool.

“Campaign visibility”
Pros
Having only recently begun using this platform with a client, I keep coming across new areas each time I log in. It lets me view past social campaigns, Google Ads campaigns, EDMs and more all in one place which is really useful. Overall, it feels like a very capable all-round piece of software.
Cons
It can feel a little like a maze when trying to locate things though that may partly come down to how the administrator originally configured it. Some report stats are split across a couple of different sections which makes specific items harder to track down. That said, it's becoming easier to navigate the more I spend time with it.

“Packed with tools”
Pros
It really includes just about every feature you could possibly need and somehow manages to fit everything into an interface that feels very manageable once you've had a little time to get used to it. I genuinely love working with it!
Cons
Getting started is very simple and affordable but the pricing does go up quite a bit over time once you add more users or unlock more features. Still, it earns its price because it saves a lot of time in day-to-day work and already includes tools like social media scheduling and newsletter sending.

“simple team interface”
Pros
Being able to move through software without any confusion matters a lot and this one really delivers on that. The interface is very clear and easy to interact with so it's hard to make mistakes or get lost while using it.
Cons
I'm still keeping an eye out for any issues but I haven't come across any so far. I run a small business and most of my clients do too so it has been working perfectly well for both my team and me.

“great tool with integrations”
Pros
As a starter CRM, this has worked well for us. It connects with a lot of other tools and those integrations add a lot of value. Even though it doesn't come with a ton of built-in features, the integration options make it worthwhile and overall I'm happy with it.
Cons
One downside is the limited number of built-in features. On top of that, the add-ons are priced pretty high so the total cost can climb quickly if you end up needing extra functionality.

“Sales visibility”
Pros
Getting around the platform feels pretty easy and moving between the different sections and features is convenient. I especially appreciated the sales pipeline view because it makes it clear to see what's happening at every stage while the forecasting feature gives a useful picture of how much revenue could come in if a certain number of deals close. The mobile app is another big plus since it makes it convenient to stay on top of everything and handle tasks while away from the office.
Cons
Something that comes up with a lot of freemium software is that some features are locked behind the paid tiers. That alone wouldn't be a problem but the pricing is noticeably higher than a simple $10-per-month kind of plan. Because of that, it can leave you wondering whether it's worth putting that much money into it or if it makes more sense to look for a cheaper alternative.

“Feature-packed and affordable”
Pros
Right away, the interface feels very user-friendly. It offers a lot of functionality and the price is really reasonable considering everything that's included.
Cons
One area that still needs improvement is the integration with social and advertising platforms. It has never fully impressed me and I usually prefer checking reports directly within those platforms instead.

“Customization and integrations”
Pros
Customization, the feature set and the integrations are definitely the strongest parts. There are plenty of possibilities available and while that can feel a bit challenging for beginners, that is pretty normal with any software that offers this much depth.
Cons
Sometimes the software can feel a little slow or heavy although it is not a constant issue. The overall complexity also makes it harder to use especially for new users.

“Easy navigation and training”
Pros
Compared with a few competing tools I used before, the navigation here has been my favorite part. It feels very easy to move around and the hands-on help for learning the system is another feature I really appreciate.
Cons
Getting started does come with a bit of a learning curve. It takes some time at first to understand how everything works.

“Email sequences”
Pros
The sequence feature has been really useful. I can add my contacts to a chain of emails that goes out automatically which means I do not have to keep reminding myself to follow up when someone does not reply. It takes a lot of the manual work off my plate and makes my job much easier.
Cons
Every now and then, the tracking is a little inaccurate so we also monitor that in another tool. It has not been a major issue for us though.

“Automation for every team”
Pros
Getting this up and running didn't take long once we had our requirements clearly defined. The workflow automation was especially impressive and made our processes much more efficient. I also really liked how the email campaigns and tracking tied directly into the automation features. It works well whether you're a one-person business or a company with a thousand employees.
Cons
Cost climbs pretty quickly once you begin adding extra modules. On top of that, a few features weren't very simple at first so I ended up creating my own step-by-step notes to repeat tasks until I became familiar with them.

“Quick setup and value”
Pros
Easy to use tool and it started delivering value right away. The CMS tool can feel a little dull to use but it's still a useful feature to have built directly into a CRM.
Cons
The biggest downside is that it can't be HIPAA compliant. Because of that, we've had to spend quite a bit more on platforms like Salesforce that do support HIPAA compliance and that ends up creating a split between the two CRM systems.

“Costly upgrades”
Pros
This software does have a lot of potential especially if you have enough time, staff and budget to really take advantage of everything it can do.
Cons
After buying the plan I selected, I expected it to include more than it actually did. Almost every time I tried to complete a procedure, I was told I had to upgrade. It really doesn't feel like a good fit for a small business where every dollar matters.

“All-in-one for teams”
Pros
It works as a unified, one-stop solution for just about everything. Even the non-technical teams across the organization are able to use it comfortably for all of their day-to-day activities.
Cons
A few extra capabilities would make it even better, like the option to cc/bcc emails in sequences, stronger mobile compatibility with email logging for tracking and more customization choices on the meeting scheduling page.

“Client tracking insights”
Pros
Getting started with this software is very easy for an average user and entering data only takes a few simple steps. The client tracking feature is especially useful and it lets me see who is opening and reading emails.
Cons
I really haven't run into any issues with the software. Installation was hassle-free and it has continued to work well for me over the past year and a half.

“Popular platform”
Pros
Since a few other businesses we know are already using it, it was naturally on our shortlist and the functionality has been strong overall.
Cons
I do wish it offered more usage options especially when it comes to controlling what different users can and can't see. That seems to be a limitation with a lot of CRMs, not only this one.
