tool for forms and support

Pros

At Stellnet, we use this CRM across several parts of our workflow, from embedded forms to customer support and it has been a really valuable tool for us.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is an option to turn off contact creation from forms or email conversations.

Stay on top of deals

Pros

Handling a lot of contacts every day used to be hard to manage but this has been awesome for keeping everything organized. I can see exactly what I'm working on, how far along each deal is and who I'm dealing with at any point. Since I juggle so many people daily, it really helps me stay on top of who needs to be contacted and when. One of the best parts is being able to look back at the end of the day and review how productive I've been.

Cons

The only downside is that it can take some time to add features that are specific to my company.

Email tracking and meetings

Pros

Keeping communication tracked is a huge deal for us. Before this, we had to copy and paste every email into our old system and things would still get lost or people would forget to log them which made communication messy fast. Now emails are logged automatically so it's one less thing to think about. It also makes it very clear which marketing emails have already been sent so nobody accidentally duplicates outreach. The Meetings tool has been the standout feature for me, people can book time with you directly through your Google Calendar which cuts out a ton of back-and-forth when trying to line up a time with a client.

Cons

Every now and then, the automatic email tracking misses something so you still have to watch it. I also wish the Companies section were a bit cleaner. It would be better if companies were not created automatically every time you email someone because that leaves us with a lot of unrelated companies showing up just because they're tied to an email address.

great tool with smart automation

Pros

Adding new contacts is much faster thanks to the excellent auto-fill for company details. The interface feels very simple so there's barely any training needed to get people up and running. If you want to make full use of the platform, the video knowledge base is probably one of the most valuable resources available. It's a really strong CRM with plenty of capabilities, whether you need it for customer service, sales or service desk management and it fits well into a wide range of business processes.

Cons

Support only comes with certain tiers and while that may seem like a major downside at first, the forums, videos and other self-service resources are so plentiful that they help fill the gap well. There are also a few extra features I'd still like to see but once you become familiar with how the system works, the need for those additions tends to feel much less important.

Contact hub

Pros

Really powerful tool overall. The email tracking is excellent and having all my contacts in one place is incredibly helpful. As a solopreneur, it feels a lot like having a virtual assistant handling part of the workload.

Cons

Interface and menu structure aren't very simple, probably because there are so many features packed into it. I often end up opening the well-designed help section to figure things out.

Flexible upgrades and free plan

Pros

Having a free version that already covers what I need has been really helpful and I also appreciate that I can upgrade specific parts later if my business needs those extra features.

Cons

It would be helpful to have more guidance and support when a new user first signs up so it's easier to understand the best way to use the CRM. Other than that, I really haven't run into any clear issues yet, mostly because there are still features I haven't learned well enough to judge whether they are inefficient or not.

All-purpose software

Pros

It covers just about every angle. The email marketing is excellent, landing page building is great and it connects well with social media. You also get omnichannel chat, sales automation and e-commerce integration so it really feels like the Swiss army knife of CRM tools.

Cons

Pricing climbs pretty quickly. The more features you add and the more contacts you have, the higher the bill gets.

Business platform

Pros

This tool covers everything I need to run my business like newsletter signups, online appointment scheduling for customers with Zoom integration, email marketing and sales pipeline management. A big plus for me is how it brings all communication channels together in one place, live chat, website contact forms, emails and even phone call recording which is a regulatory requirement in my industry. The free version is also surprisingly capable which makes it even more valuable.

Cons

If you want access to a lot of features, the cost can climb a bit although it still feels competitive compared with other options. Setting it up and integrating it with my website was also more involved than I expected but after checking YouTube and doing a little research online, I was able to get it working without too much trouble.

Clean UI and reminders

Pros

Right from the start, the interface feels clean, fast and simple to use. The overall experience is excellent on both the web version and the app and setting up event reminders is easy and reliable.

Cons

One thing that still feels tough is switching between my personal pipeline and the pipelines of the teams I manage. It can be done but it takes several clicks and after logging out and back in, I have to repeat the whole process again. This really should be available as a standard built-in feature.

Pros

It gives us a highly customizable platform where we can track just about anything we need while keeping our sales team and overall workload well organized.

Cons

Honestly, we do not have any real complaints about the product. It delivers on everything it promises and has been working very well for our needs.

Lead tracking by source

Pros

Built with a clear marketing focus, it lets you qualify and manage leads according to where they come from which makes the whole process much more organized.

Cons

Setup and integration took quite a while to complete although the IT team was available and supportive throughout the entire process.

Contact and marketing tools

Pros

The contact management side works really well especially with the different clustering options. The marketing module is also excellent making it possible to create infographics and newsletters with attractive templates.

Cons

At this point, I haven't run into any downsides. I'm still exploring the tool and haven't experienced any problems so far.

Reliable tracking and support

Pros

One of the biggest strengths here is the email marketing tool. It's very capable and comes close to Mailchimp even though it doesn't offer quite as much flexibility on the design side. Being able to upload PDFs and other files is also a real advantage for two reasons, you don't have to keep updating permalinks every time a file changes and more importantly, you can track document opens. That tracking is especially helpful for understanding lead engagement and creating better segments afterward. The service ticketing system is also great and gives admins good visibility into what the team is doing. The CRM app holds up well against other options out there and the Gmail add-on is excellent for tracking, just like the Outlook plugin. At the time I used it though, the Outlook plugin was limited to Windows only. Customer support was excellent too. On the few occasions I ran into issues, there was a huge FAQ library available and live chat responded quickly. They do sometimes try to upsell extra features while helping but it never felt overly pushy.

Cons

One frustrating limitation is that the number of emails you're allowed to send is tied directly to the size of your contact database. If your business sends a high volume of emails each month, you may end up needing to increase your contact count to nearly double what you actually have just to send more campaigns. That can be a serious drawback for companies that rely heavily on segmented email marketing.

Free and feature-packed

Pros

Getting this for free makes it a really appealing option but that only matters if the software actually delivers. Thankfully, it covers all the core features well, stays user-friendly and responds quickly.

Cons

A handful of features are locked behind the premium plan though that's pretty normal for a free service.

CRM with lead tracking

Pros

Being able to tailor the CRM to fit our company's needs is a huge plus. The lead activity tracking is especially impressive too, with visibility into emails, opens, website actions, forms and more.

Cons

There are still a few issues with reporting and notifications and the community help section doesn't always have answers for every question.

perfect tool across teams

Pros

This CRM works really well for organizations that need one system to support multiple departments, including sales, client success, customer support, finance and marketing. The training academy is very comprehensive and does an excellent job of teaching everything needed to understand the platform and configure it around specific business requirements. Customer support has also been outstanding, with fast responses, detailed guidance and consistent availability through calls, video meetings and messaging.

Cons

During our initial onboarding, a few important sales features were missing especially forecasting although those were later added and improved. Another issue is that documents attached to deals and companies are automatically pulled in from emails which leaves no real control over limiting random files from being uploaded into the system. It would be much better if file associations from emails were not automatic and users could decide what should be attached because it can become cluttered very quickly.

Sales features

Pros

Packed with features, it handles sales management really well, makes client billing easy and integrates nicely with websites.

Cons

This really isn't suited for small businesses. The cost is far too high and the company feels too large to offer the kind of personal support smaller businesses usually need. It comes across as pretty impersonal.
