“Great Product. I Enjoy Using It”

Pros

Net-Results provides a software solution that's simple and straightforward to use. I can often find exactly what I'm looking for without any trouble.

Cons

There's very little that I don't appreciate about the software.

Pros

The best thing about Net-Results is their support department. I moved over from a different platform, and their support team is 100x better than what I had previously. It's a night and day difference. They are incredibly responsive, and we've even had situations where we say, "we need it to do this," and within a month, that feature was implemented.

Cons

There's not much to dislike, but they are a smaller company, which might be an issue for some. Not everything you'd expect from a larger solution is built here yet, but they are getting there.

“First Time Marketing Software User”

Pros

There are so many capabilities within Net-Results that I am still learning more after three months. The support staff is super awesome when I bug them all the time trying to learn something new, either over email or on a call. You get what you put into Net-Results. If I don't want to spend a whole lot of time, I don't have to, and still have very helpful software. But if I spend time to really learn the software, I can really take my business and marketing to the next level.

Cons

They are currently revamping their education, and some pages aren't working. As someone new to the more advanced aspects of Net-Results, finding the right pages to read or watch videos is a challenge. Campaigns sometimes take a long time to load, which slows my day down, although other days they are quick.
