Pros
What really stood out to me about Pipedrive CRM was the pricing which I found very appealing for what the platform offers. I also got the impression that the company is well organized and structured and that gave me a lot of confidence while using it. On top of that, I had an excellent experience with the support team because whenever I needed help, I felt well assisted.
Cons
Honestly I didn't run into any real downsides while using Pipedrive CRM. I liked all of its features and felt satisfied with the overall product.

“Better lead filtering overall
Pros
the software separates valuable leads from the weaker ones. Overall the filtering quality has been impressive and it helps me focus more on prospects that actually matter instead of wasting time on low-quality opportunities.
Cons
Since the platform still feels fairly new to me, I have noticed that glitches come up pretty often while I am using it. That part can be frustrating at times and I am hoping those issues get fixed soon because the core functionality is genuinely useful.

Pros
What I liked most about Pipedrive was how simple it felt to use from the start. In my experience it has really helped me keep my emails organized and that has made my daily routine much more manageable.
Cons

this CRM has been really great for sales and everything that comes with managing that process. I use it to stay on top of opportunities, track activity and keep the whole sales workflow more organized so it has been very valuable in my day to day work.
Cons
I have noticed that it can fail or act up which gets frustrating when I am in the middle of working. I also feel like when updates are released, the system changes quite a bit so I have to spend time adjusting to the new way things are laid out or function.

“powerful sales automation and customization
Pros
The balance Pipedrive CRM strikes between simplicity and power is how user friendly and flexible it feels in day to day use. Even without advanced technical knowledge, I found it very user friendly to navigate and start working with right away. On top of that, it gives me plenty of customization options so I can adapt the system to fit my own processes and business needs instead of forcing myself to work in a complex way. I have also noticed that it has a very great setup for speeding up the sales process and automating repetitive tasks which helps me save a lot of time. Another thing I value is the quality of the sales reports since they give me a clear view of opportunities and the automated email management is also very useful for staying organized.
Cons
The main downside for me is the starting price. I feel it can be a barrier for many individuals or companies that do not have the right budget available so that part may leave some potential users out. Another point I see as less positive is the support because in certain situations it can be somewhat difficult to find or access the help I need. In my opinion, that is an area where the platform should definitely improve.

What I liked most about Pipedrive CRM was how simple it felt to use from the start. I found the pipeline especially user friendly and I was able to customize it in a way that matched my workflow without much effort. that made day to day tracking a lot more convenient.
Cons
What frustrated me was the support experience. I couldn't find a real way to reach a human when I needed help and that made getting assistance feel more difficult than it should have been.

What I really appreciate about Pipedrive CRM is the custom property option because it gives me a practical way to build workarounds whenever the default properties don't fully cover what I need. That flexibility has been a huge plus in how I set things up. I have also gotten a lot of value from the automated workflows. I can automate all kinds of tasks, whether it's logging activities, pushing leads through the pipeline or even sending a simple introductory email and that saves me a lot of manual effort.
Cons
One thing I noticed early on is that it takes a while to feel fully confident using the platform. In the beginning, I found the learning curve a bit challenging and I really think the onboarding experience could be improved to help new users get comfortable faster.

“Packed with useful crm features

The reason I chose Pipedrive over other options is that it includes pretty much everything I would want from a CRM without bringing the heavy complexity that comes with Salesforce. For my needs, that has been a huge advantage. While I can see how some companies might want a more advanced and layered system, I feel Pipedrive works more than well for most small businesses and self-employed users. Another standout for me is the automation tool which feels very feature-rich and adds a lot of value to the platform.
Cons
One thing I still wish for is more flexibility in customizing what gets shown and what stays hidden. I'd really like to have more control over the interface so it matches my preferences a bit better.

“User-friendly and practical crm
Pros
It is a really user friendly CRM and it does a nice job of guiding me through anything I cannot immediately figure out on my own. The built-in walkthroughs have been genuinely helpful and I also like that I am now able to sync two email accounts which makes managing communication a lot more convenient for me.
Cons
One thing I am disappointed about is that the Xero connection was removed since that was a useful integration for my workflow. I also feel the condition logic for creating documents could be better because in its current state it seems like there's still room for improvement.

What surprised me most about getting started with Pipedrive is how visual and user friendly it feels in everyday use. Even as someone who is not especially technical, I found it very easy to work with. I can quickly add new leads or deals, update them without any hassle and keep everything organized in one place. It also helps me stay on top of my tasks because I get useful notifications about what needs to be done which makes follow-ups much easier to manage.
Cons
From my experience as a consultant, one limitation stands out when I am representing partners and reaching out to prospects through different email addresses. I would really like the option to add more than one email address to the same account because that would fit our workflow much better. While the email integration with Pipedrive is definitely useful, I feel it still needs some improvement since there are no email folders available inside the platform and that makes email management less convenient for me.

What I value most in Pipedrive CRM is the workflow setup. For my sales team, it has worked incredibly well and has made day to day processes feel much more organized and practical. I have found that the workflows are genuinely useful for keeping everything moving and helping the team stay on top of opportunities.
Cons
My experience with customer service has been positive overall but one thing I find frustrating is that they almost always ask for videos. When my workload is already heavy, it's really hard for me to take the time to record and send those so that part of the support process feels inconvenient.

It includes Telegram-style features and that makes the chat experience feel more familiar and practical for me when I am using it as a communication tool. From my perspective those built-in chat functions make it easier to work with conversations without feeling lost so I have found it more convenient to use than some other options.
Cons
One downside I have heard about is the live chat feature which my friend mentioned still isn't that strong right now. I haven't seen it praised much in that area so it seems like live chat could use some improvement before it feels fully reliable.

The main reason I stay productive throughout the day is how simple and user friendly the interface feels in everyday use. I can move through the system without wasting time trying to figure things out and that really helps me work faster. The overall setup is very user friendly and it saves me a lot of time during the day.
Cons
The only minor issue I ran into was a little trouble when saving my contacts. Aside from that small hiccup, everything has been working fine for me.

It lets me connect my email, calendar and mobile phone so everything syncs automatically. Because of that, I get one complete view of all my customer interactions without having to jump between different tools and that makes staying on top of communication much more convenient for me.
Cons
One thing I still wish Pipedrive CRM offered is the ability for me to build my own custom reports since I'd like a more detailed look at my sales performance and key metrics. From my perspective having that extra reporting flexibility would make it even more useful for tracking results the way I want.

There is very little for me to complain about but I do feel Pipedrive should be promoted more widely. In my view, many more people and businesses could benefit from a company and solution like this and I think it deserves much more visibility than it currently gets.

this has been the best pipeline tool I have worked with so far and I really like how many other services it connects with. I have been able to set up some really useful workflows, like having leads called automatically right after they're created which makes the whole process feel much more efficient.
Cons
Honestly I haven't run into any major issues with Pipedrive. From my perspective it's a very promising CRM with a lot of potential going forward. If I compare it to something like HubSpot which covers more marketing features, the biggest downside is probably that Pipedrive still doesn't seem to get the level of attention or recognition it deserves.
