customizable crm that delivers

Pros

If you are looking for a CRM that just works without a steep learning curve, my vote goes to Pipedrive. I was able to get it set up without much hassle and moving through the system felt very user friendly from the start, even for someone who isn't especially tech-savvy. Another big plus for me is how customizable it is. I can adjust the platform to match my specific workflow and business needs and that flexibility makes it much more valuable in practice.

Cons

One downside I have noticed with Pipedrive is the pricing because it can feel a little expensive at first. That said I honestly think the cost makes sense once I look at the features and customization it offers. Another thing I wish it included is a built-in phone system. For now, I have to rely on integrating a third-party calling solution which works but I'd still prefer to have that functionality included directly in the platform.

custom workflows and clear pipeline

Pros

What I personally value most in Pipedrive CRM is how easy it feels to use, along with the flexibility it gives me to tailor things to my workflow. The visual pipeline is especially helpful because it lets me track deals clearly and stay organized without much effort. I also appreciate how much customization is available overall although I do feel the 'deal' section could be designed in a more user friendly and polished way.

Cons

Pipedrive CRM still needs to offer more customization options in both the 'deals' and 'reports' sections. I'd also really like the mobile app to let me view files because that would make it far more practical when I am away from my desktop.

help boost sales

Pros

What I appreciate most about Pipedrive CRM is how user friendly the interface feels from the start. I can move through pipeline views without confusion and the ability to customize those views makes it fit the way I actually manage deals. Its email integration has also been really useful for me because it keeps communication connected to my sales workflow instead of scattered across different places. it does a strong job of streamlining sales processes and making customer relationship management feel more organized and user friendly. I have found it practical for staying on top of sales activities without feeling overwhelmed by the system.

Cons

From my perspective Pipedrive CRM could still use more advanced reporting and analytics features especially when deeper insights are needed. I have also noticed that integration with some third-party tools could be stronger which may matter depending on the rest of the software stack being used. Pricing is another point that stands out to me particularly for certain business sizes where the cost may feel harder to justify. At the same time, I know software changes over time so my view may not reflect the very latest updates or improvements. Because of that, I'd still recommend checking recent reviews or updated product information before making a final decision.

clean sales tracking that delivers

Pros

The reason our whole team can actually use a CRM without training sessions is how simple and user friendly Pipedrive feels in day to day use. Anyone on our team can jump in and start working with it, even the people who are not very confident with technology. I have found that the easy layout keeps us focused on the tasks that actually matter instead of wasting time trying to figure out the system.

Cons

Pipedrive does a really strong job when it comes to managing sales activity but it is not a complete solution for every marketing need. I can rely on it for the sales side though I have noticed it doesn't cover all the marketing functions we might want in one platform.

Smart chatbot setup experience

Pros

When I worked on building the chatbot, I didn't need to do any coding myself because the software already comes prepared with advanced artificial intelligence. That made the whole process feel much more manageable for me and I was able to focus on setting things up instead of worrying about technical development.

Cons

Since I see this as free coding software and it has worked well for what I need, I honestly haven't come across anything to dislike so far.

Powerful pipeline and automation

Pros

If I had to explain what makes Pipedrive effective for me, it would be how user friendly the interface feels in everyday use. I can manage leads without getting lost and the visual pipeline gives me a clear picture of where every deal stands at any moment. The automation tools have also made a noticeable difference for me by cutting down repetitive tasks and helping me stay on top of follow-ups. On top of that, I appreciate how customizable the platform is and the analytics give me useful insights that support better decisions. In my experience it has definitely improved my overall efficiency and helped me get better results.

Cons

Its pricing can feel a little high for smaller businesses or tighter budgets. I find that more advanced customization takes some technical know-how so it may not be as easy for every user. I have also run into a few integrations that could work more seamlessly than they currently do. Even so, these issues have been occasional rather than constant.

Helpful sales funnel organization

Pros

The biggest difference I have noticed since switching to Pipedrive is how it helps me simplify and organize the sales funnel. the processes feel more structured and I can follow each stage of the pipeline in a clearer way which makes daily sales management much more practical.

Cons

A thing I still miss though, is better automation in some processes where I feel the tool should already offer more support. In my case, several tasks cannot be automated the way I expected especially when it comes to integrations like WhatsApp and that ends up limiting the workflow a bit.

Good prospect management tools

Pros

Where Pipedrive CRM adds the most value to my daily work is the set of tools it offers for managing the prospect database organizing market segmentation and generating useful analyses through the system. In my experience these features help me keep customer information more structured and give me a clearer view of opportunities and target groups.

Cons

One issue I have noticed is that the upload features sometimes bring in information with the wrong configuration. Because of that, I occasionally need to review and adjust the imported data manually which can be a bit frustrating.

User-friendly and good value

Pros

This is a great platform to work with. I find it very user friendly and the overall usability feels well thought out for day to day work. The cost also seems moderate to me which makes it a good balance between features and budget. On top of that, I have felt that the administration side is handled well so using the platform has been positive overall.

Cons

In my view, the user experience could still be improved with a few upgrades. While the platform works well overall, I feel some parts of the experience could be more refined and updated to make it even better for users.

Smart docs saves tons of time

Pros

We've only recently started using Pipedrive and as the admins responsible for rolling it out to our sales team, we've been setting everything up from scratch. From my experience so far, it has been pretty easy to get started and I feel the interface is laid out in a very thoughtful way. What has stood out to me the most is the Smart Docs feature because I can already tell it's going to save our sales team a lot of time as we keep using it.

Cons

Coming from my background as a Freshdesk and Atlassian admin, I was honestly surprised by how limited Pipedrive's automation capabilities feel. In my view, this part of the system is much more restrictive than I expected and it doesn't seem like there's a whole lot that can be done with automations right now.

Lead tracking dashboard i love

Pros

The one screen I probably look at more than any other is the dashboard since I can see all of my leads in one place along with the different paths they're taking. that visibility makes it much easier for me to stay organized and keep track of every opportunity.

Cons

At this point I honestly don't have anything relevant to complain about with Pipedrive. In my use so far, nothing has stood out as a real issue worth mentioning.

clean pipeline visibility

Pros

What won me over to Pipedrive from the very first week is how clean and user friendly the interface feels which has made it much simpler for me and my team to organize and manage our sales pipeline. I also really enjoy the drag-and-drop functionality because it lets me move deals through each stage quickly without any confusion. The visual pipeline layout gives us a very clear picture of where every opportunity stands at any moment and that has helped me stay on top of our process. Another thing I genuinely appreciate is how customizable the platform is since I can shape it around our specific workflow instead of forcing my team to adapt to a complex system. Being able to add custom fields, tags and filters has honestly been a lifesaver for keeping our information structured, searchable and much easier to work with day to day.

Cons

One downside I noticed with Pipedrive CRM is that it can come with a steeper learning curve for people who are not already familiar with CRM software. Even though I find the platform user friendly overall, it still takes some time and effort to fully understand all of the features and everything it can do. At the beginning some users on my team felt a little overwhelmed when they first started using it especially because there is a lot to explore. Still, once I got comfortable with the system and learned how the tools fit into our workflow, it started to feel like a really powerful and valuable solution.

Essential for my sales team

Pros

Honestly my sales team simply would not function the same way without Pipedrive. it has become an essential tool in the company and plays a big role in keeping our commercial process organized and running properly every day.

Cons

What still bothers me is that some very simple features end up being charged separately, even when I feel they really should already be included without any extra cost.

Love the practical layout

Pros

Coming from Dynamics, the contrast with Pipedrive was immediate as it feels so easy to use compared with other CRMs. For my day to day work, the features I rely on are arranged in a way that makes much more sense to me so I can get things done without wasting time trying to find what I need. I have found it much more user friendly for handling my regular tasks.

Cons

One issue I have run into is sorting imported data through Excel. In my experience that part can be difficult and a bit frustrating when I need to organize information after bringing it into the system.

Really like the simple layout

Pros

What I appreciate most about Pipedrive CRM is the simplicity, the clear and organized layout and the really helpful customer service. I have found it very user friendly in day to day work and the support team has been responsive and dependable whenever I needed help.

Cons

The only downside for me is that the price feels a bit too high. Aside from that though, I have had a very positive experience with it and think it performs really well.

Outdated feel overall

Pros

When I compared Pipedrive with other tools I have used, it felt more hard to work with and didn't come across as a modern, cutting-edge product.

Cons

To me it seemed like an older product that really needs to be updated to match what current tools offer.

Helpful service with useful tools

Pros

I have really enjoyed using this service and it stands out to me as the kind of application I'd like to see more often. it has been very useful and I genuinely appreciate what it offers.

Cons

At the same time I have run into some issues with the application because I still need more information in certain areas. In my case, a bit more guidance or clearer details would make the overall experience even better.

Flexible crm with strong integrations

Pros

Well I have found Pipedrive really easy to navigate and it's simple for me to tailor it to the way my team works. What stands out to me is that most of the feature explanations and capability descriptions are written in plain, understandable English so I am not stuck decoding overly technical language. I also like that the learning resources are easy for me to access and actually useful when I want to better understand what the platform can do. On top of that, I have had a very positive experience with its strong third-party integration ecosystem because it lets me connect important business tools like email, Teams, Zoom and others without much friction.

Cons

Honestly there isn't much about Pipedrive that I dislike. If I had to point out one thing, I'd say the interface could use a more modern refresh because at the moment it feels a little plain and not especially inspiring to look at. Aside from that, I really don't have any major complaints to mention.

Fast emails and unlimited access

Pros

One of those small but meaningful details I have noticed is how quickly emails go out which really helps me keep communication moving without delays. I also find the platform very simple to use so I didn't have to spend much time figuring things out. On top of that, I appreciate that it allows unlimited users which makes it much more practical for my team as we grow.

Cons

Once an action is already in progress, I cannot cancel it and that can be frustrating at times. Every now and then, I also run into bugs that last around 30 minutes which interrupts the workflow a bit.
