“Strong value for sales teams
Pros
What I appreciate most about Pipedrive is the value it delivers across all of its pricing tiers. it feels fast, uncomplicated and clearly built around the real needs and day to day workflow of salespeople. I also like that, as a user, I can see how a sales manager would drill down into specific metrics and pull exactly the information needed without wasting time.
Cons
One issue I have run into is that a few features still feel missing and that does affect my overall experience. What stands out most is that the automation tools, while generally very solid, still cannot be triggered by specific dates in the past or future. I find that limitation frustrating because it holds back some of the workflow flexibility I'd want.

“Fast, flexible crm experience
Pros
It is really user friendly and it loads fast enough that I am not left waiting around. What I like most is how quickly I can move between different screens and keep multiple windows open without it feeling clunky. On top of that, I have been able to connect it with other software without much trouble and having the mobile app has made it even more convenient for me to keep up with things on the go.
Cons
One thing I do feel is missing is a shared inbox for general email addresses like info@. Because of that, I have to rely on each person's individual email account instead which isn't the most practical setup. In my experience having a shared inbox would make communication a lot more useful and organized.

“makes pipeline tracking simple
Pros
The reason I can actually enjoy staying on top of sales tasks is how simple and user friendly the interface feels in everyday use. I can move through the application without getting lost and that makes managing my work a lot more comfortable. it is very simple to see and organize the sales pipeline clearly and I can also keep track of customer interactions without much effort. That overall clarity makes the platform pleasant to use and helps me stay on top of my sales activity.
Cons
On the downside, I feel Pipedrive is better suited to small and mid-sized businesses than to larger companies. If my organization had more advanced CRM requirements, I think some limits would start to show. Larger teams with more complex customer relationship management processes may find the available features and scalability a bit restrictive. In my view, it works well for easy sales management but it may not fully cover the broader needs of a bigger enterprise.

“reliable for daily use
Pros
Having used Pipedrive recently, I found it to be a very user friendly CRM especially when I compare it with other platforms we've worked with before. it felt much more easy to navigate and use in day to day work.
Cons
One thing I noticed though, is that the user interface could still be refined a bit more to create a better overall customer experience.

“Customizable for our team
Pros
Overall it is pretty easy to adjust. I can tailor the system based on what my team actually needs and that level of customization makes it much more useful in our day to day work. being able to change and personalize the platform to match our process is one of the best parts of using it.
Cons
What I don't like as much is how hard it can be to understand how the site actually works. In some situations, I feel like the way things are set up makes the functionality more confusing than it should be and that ends up making certain tasks harder to figure out.

“Powerful features for business
Pros
I have been using Pipedrive and it comes packed with a lot of useful features that genuinely help me manage my business more effectively than before. it has made organizing work and keeping track of things feel much more manageable and I can tell it was built to support growing business needs.
Cons
I have noticed that customizing certain parts takes a little bit of learning at first although it really isn't too difficult once I spend a bit of time with it.

“Useful contact database for networking
Pros
What I really value about Pipedrive CRM is how it lets me build and manage a customer or contact database in a way that actually supports my networking efforts. it gives me a practical place to keep track of people organize relationships and stay on top of potential opportunities without things feeling too scattered.
Cons
One issue I have run into though, is that the alert system feels limited and a bit hard to control. In my use, generating alerts hasn't been as flexible or manageable as I expected so staying updated that way can be a little frustrating.

“Fantastic for sales tracking
Pros
I found Pipedrive CRM really simple to get my team up and running without a lot of hassle. What stood out to me most was the customer support, because whenever I needed help, the responses were quick and genuinely useful. On top of that, I like how many integrations are available in the marketplace since it gives me more flexibility to connect the tools I already use. The Deals section has also been excellent especially when I need to stay on top of sales progress and keep every opportunity organized by status.
Cons
One thing I do wish Pipedrive CRM handled better is native support for the Instagram inbox. In my experience a lot of startups rely heavily on Instagram to generate leads so having that built in would make the platform even more useful. Right now, I feel that missing support is a noticeable gap for teams like mine that want to manage those conversations directly inside the CRM.

“Customizable and user-friendly
Pros
What stands out the most to me about this platform is how user friendly it feels and how much I can tailor it to my workflow. I have really enjoyed the level of customization it offers, because it lets me adapt the system to the way I work instead of forcing me into a complex process.
Cons
One thing I do miss is having more analytical charts and reporting visuals available. That hasn't been enough to make me stop using the platform, because I am still very satisfied overall but I definitely think it would be even better if there were more options in that area.

“Sales visibility that delivers
Pros
I have been really happy with Pipedrive because it gives me a clear view of the full sales pipeline for every client so I can quickly spot where things are moving forward and where delays are happening. having everything laid out in one place makes it much easier to stay organized. I can capture new leads, keep in touch with them and follow up on their needs without jumping between different tools which has made my workflow feel much more connected and practical.
Cons
Honestly I find Pipedrive to be a very complete platform since it lets me monitor the entire sales journey quickly, starting with lead capture and ending with closing the deal. What stands out to me is that I am not limited to using it only on my computer, because the mobile app is also very capable and well built. That flexibility helps me stay productive and keep up with sales opportunities no matter where I am which has been a big advantage for me.

“Functional crm with campaign integration
Pros
In my experience this tool offers really strong features and adds a lot of value by bringing together emails from the sales flow and newsletter emails through Campaigns in one place. I like how it helps me keep commercial communication and marketing outreach connected which makes my routine more practical and organized.
Cons
What I do feel could be better is the price of Campaigns. Since I am already paying the standard monthly fee for the CRM, I think the additional Campaigns cost could be lower.

“Quick setup and practical imports
Pros
The thing that surprised me most about getting started with Pipedrive is how simple it feels to use and get up and running. the implementation process was easy and I did not run into much friction while setting things up. I also found it really helpful that I could upload XLS files and map or reference fields without much trouble which saved me time when bringing data into the system.
Cons
On the downside, I have noticed some restrictions when it comes to customizing the different sections of the platform. In my case, that made certain parts feel less flexible than I wanted. I also ran into limitations with the API so for more specific integrations or advanced customization needs, I felt somewhat constrained.

“Fantastic support and productivity boost
Pros
What I have really appreciated about Pipedrive is how many strong features it brings together in one place. In my experience the customer support has been very reliable, the platform feels flexible and the timely notifications help me stay on top of my work. I have also found the sales process to be dependable without annoying bugs and the interface feels friendly and comfortable to use. Even as someone who started out as a fresher, I have been able to use this software actively and effectively and it has genuinely helped me improve my productivity. I am honestly thankful for how much it has simplified my daily work and for the support that feels available whenever I need it.
Cons
From my side, the only real challenge is that some of the more advanced features take time to understand so I have had to rely on seniors or tutorials to fully figure them out. As a startup, I also feel the pricing can be a bit expensive which definitely stands out. Still, even with that concern, I can genuinely say the software is worth using because the overall value and functionality have been very great for me.

“Powerful automation that delivers
Pros
What stood out to me when we first adopted Pipedrive is how easy it feels to use in day to day work. The automation features have been the biggest highlight for me because they help me automate my workflow in a really practical way. When we first adopted it, I actually appreciated that it came with fewer features than many competing tools since the ones it did offer worked better for our needs and felt much more reliable.
Cons
One drawback I have noticed is that the filtering options are somewhat limited compared with some other systems on the market.

“Very disappointing automation and visibility
Pros
Honestly I really cannot point to any real positives here and I regret letting my company start using it.
Cons
there are quite a few downsides. Support has been one of the biggest issues for me and the automation features have been just as frustrating. I found the automation options and overall usability terrible especially for something that is supposed to help manage workflows. What also feels very strange to me is that, even as the company owner, I still cannot view other users' email messages. In my opinion, that creates a serious management problem because we need oversight of the emails being sent to make sure they are appropriate and handled properly.

“Crm visibility that really helps
Pros
it's the best CRM when I want an immediate and clear picture of how my activities are progressing. I can quickly understand the status of ongoing work and that overview helps me stay organized and focused without wasting time digging for updates.
Cons
What I'd point out is that some of the main connectors seem to be paid and I feel that could be a drawback depending on the tools someone already uses.

“Fantastic pipeline visibility
Pros
Using Pipedrive CRM to track leads and follow every activity through the pipeline has been a really positive experience for me. What stands out most is the custom field functionality, because I have noticed that a lot of lower- to mid-priced CRM platforms don't offer that level of flexibility. The activity view has also been incredibly useful in my day to day work and I have genuinely loved having the scheduler built into the system as well.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is a set of simple email templates for client communication available outside of just the marketing section. For my workflow, having those templates more readily accessible in the core CRM would make communication a lot more convenient.

“Powerful reporting and lead management
Pros
Pipedrive is really easy to work with and my experience has been bug-free so far. What stands out to me is the number of useful tools it includes, along with how simple it is for me to tag contacts and collaborate with other team members. On top of that, I am able to build and customize reports in a way that actually fits how we work. From my side, the functionality and overall user experience have helped me save around 30% of the time I used to spend on certain tasks compared with our previous CRM, FreshSales and I also appreciate the wide variety of integrations available. We've been able to manage far more leads than before and I can now segment them properly and run email campaigns based on who has spoken with them and what was discussed. it has made our sales process feel much more professional and the flexibility plus the quick setup have been incredibly valuable for our team.
Cons
What still feels a bit confusing to me is the way new leads come in, because I really think it needs a dedicated lead inbox so I can identify and work through leads more efficiently instead of digging around in the contacts section. In my experience Pipedrive does a very good job when it comes to routing leads and opening opportunities for customers but it doesn't offer much support for the actual operational side of things. I have noticed that it falls short when it comes to the organizational effort and workload involved in tracking exploratory orders from a client.

“Intuitive crm with strong integrations
Pros
The reason our sales team finally has a complete view of our data is how user friendly the interface feels in everyday use and I have also had a really positive experience with how seamlessly it connects with Zapier. We pull in a wide range of data points from several different tools and I have been able to bring all of that together into one 360-degree view for our sales team. From my perspective, that full-picture cockpit makes it much easier to track activity and stay organized across the sales process.
Cons
To be clear, I am not saying this platform is a scam at all but I am still running into challenges when it comes to setting up and maintaining filters in the pipeline view. In my experience that part has been harder to configure than I expected and ongoing support around those filters has also been a struggle.

“Flexible setup at a fair price
Pros
What I really appreciate about Pipedrive CRM is the pricing especially for what it offers. I also like that I can keep it very easy or build it out into something more advanced depending on what I need so it fits the way I want to work.
Cons
At this point, I honestly do not have any complaints about the product. I have been very happy using it overall.
