Pros
Pipedrive comes across as a very user friendly CRM that feels comfortable to work with day to day. I have found that it helps create a more accurate and closer connection between the product being offered and the person who is most likely to receive or need that product. In my case, that has made customer interactions feel more direct and much better aligned with sales efforts.
Cons
Honestly there are only a few negative points I can mention. I have noticed extra charges can appear when operations go beyond what is included in the selected plan. While the pricing is reasonable overall, I feel the basic features only allow fairly limited progress unless I upgrade. Another thing I have seen is that the system starts to show limitations when it is loaded with a large volume of input and output data.

Pros
What stands out most for me in Pipedrive CRM is how simple it is to build a customized sales pipeline that matches the way I actually sell. I can clearly see every stage of the process which helps me stay organized and monitor progress without losing sight of any deal. Another thing I really appreciate is the email sync since it lets me keep my communication in one place and I am able to set reminders for important emails and calls so my follow-ups don't slip through the cracks.
Cons
One drawback I have noticed is that some of the more advanced features are locked behind the highest-priced plans. For smaller businesses like mine, that can make it harder to access the full value of the platform and take advantage of everything it offers.

“Customizable crm with built-in automations
Pros
What I appreciated most about using Pipedrive was how user friendly it felt from the start. In my case, a previous client asked me to help automate their whole company process, from incoming form leads all the way to proposals and closed deals. Within just 1 to 2 months, I was able to get everything they needed up and running. I found Pipedrive highly customizable when it came to managing deals organizing contacts and adding labels to each deal or contact. Another thing I really liked was the built-in automation tools, because they helped us avoid using up extra Zapier tasks and made the workflow much more efficient for me.
Cons
What frustrated me with Pipedrive was the way webhooks are handled. From what I experienced, there is no direct way to detect when someone submits a form and that also highlights a weakness in their form feature. When I created a form and set up a built-in automation, I noticed there was no option to recognize a brand-new form submission unless I first tied it to a contact or a deal and then worked from there. that limitation made form automation feel less flexible than it should have been.

I found Pipedrive CRM very user friendly and it has definitely felt like an interesting and relevant choice for the goal we set out to achieve. the platform aligns well with what we needed and has given me the impression that it can really support our objectives in a practical way.
Cons
Honestly I haven't noticed any real shortcomings so far. In my use of it, everything has seemed well thought out and I found the overall experience very interesting from start to finish.

“Clear sales pipeline visibility
Pros
If I had to pick one feature that keeps me organized, it would be how the sales pipelines let me clearly track every interaction with customers. From my perspective, it gives me a very clear view of how each deal is progressing through the sales process and that has helped me spot bottlenecks much faster. I also feel like the visual layout makes the whole workflow easier to follow and understand on a day to day basis.
Cons
What I like least is that the free trial only lasts 14 days which felt too short for me. After that, I personally found the product expensive for what it offers. Another thing that frustrated me was how hard it was for me to figure out whether an email had actually been opened or not and that made follow-up a bit less convenient than I expected.

I liked the layout because it feels modern and user friendly and I found that the left sidebar with the different functions helps keep the program looking cleaner and more organized.
Cons
What bothered me is that, even though it seems like a small app, it feels surprisingly heavy in use. During my first few times using it, I kept getting stuck on a white screen whenever I tried to switch from one function to another.

The thing I like is that how clearly the deals page shows me which opportunities are currently active. It helps me stay on top of everything without feeling lost. I can also connect tasks directly to both contacts and deals which makes my follow-up process feel much more organized. On top of that, the Outlook calendar sync has been a really useful addition for keeping my schedule aligned. I have also gotten a lot of value from being able to track goals and build reports across different time periods.
Cons
At first, I found the Insights feature a bit harder to fully understand and it took me longer than expected to figure out how to use it well. That said once I got familiar with it, I started using it regularly and now I genuinely like it. One thing I still wish it offered is a better way for me to organize or categorize contacts by geographic location.

After using HubSpot for a while, I realized it just wasn't the right fit for my B2B business. Once I came across Pipedrive, the difference was obvious and it honestly changed the way I manage my sales process. For daily use it is very user friendly. The system was simple to get into and almost self-explanatory from the start which made a big difference. It has genuinely helped me organize my work better and made my everyday routine much easier. Since I started using it, I have even been able to get rid of paper in many parts of my workflow which I personally see as a huge advantage.
Cons
At the same time, not everything I want to do works the way I expect yet although some of that may also come down to me still learning the system. I am definitely still in the phase of figuring things out. One thing I really miss as a sales user is the option to filter contacts by birthday or get reminders for them, because that feels like something essential in sales. I have also noticed that when forwarding an email, it can only be sent as a whole message. From what I have seen, I cannot remove individual lines or edit parts of it and that is limiting for me.

This application is amazing for managing my entire customer-related business process because it combines automation with a very easy setup. What stands out to me most is how simple it is to use while still being incredibly practical for day to day work. Cons
One thing I do miss is the ability to save a contact's social network information directly in the system. I have also noticed that updates can take longer than I'd like which can be a bit frustrating at times.

Pros
One of those small features that makes a big difference every day is how well the search bar performs. I can quickly look up any record I need and it saves me time because everything is much easier to locate with it.
Cons
I cannot filter and export all participants connected to a deal or multiple deals. that makes reporting and pulling complete participant data more difficult than it should be.
