“Strong sales and crm support
Pros
The core reason I trust Pipedrive with my sales process is how well it handles sales lead management and customer relationship management. In my experience it helps me keep track of leads in a more organized way and I can manage customer interactions without things feeling scattered. I have found it really useful for staying on top of my sales process while also maintaining better relationships with customers.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is more built-in support for video communication. From my side, it would be even more useful if the platform expanded its video conferencing capabilities, because that would make it easier for me to connect with clients without needing to rely as much on other tools.

Pros
this software works really well when it comes to managing and using contacts. I have found it to be quite integrated in that area which makes handling contact-related tasks feel much more practical and organized for me.
Cons
One thing I do feel is missing is more updates that improve how it works without an internet connection. In my case, the offline functionality still seems limited and I'd like to see that part developed further.

“Flexible setup with lots of options
Pros
What I liked most about Pipedrive CRM is that it was simple for me to get configured without spending a lot of time figuring everything out. At the same time, I found that it includes many different options so I still have plenty of tools and features available depending on what I need.
Cons
From my perspective, the value for the price could be better. I feel like there are other cheaper alternatives on the market that offer basically the same thing so the cost compared to what I get may not be the strongest point.

“All my crm in one place
Pros
The simplicity of having everything in one view is what stands out as I can access all my CRM information from a single page. Having everything gathered in one place makes it much more convenient to check details quickly and stay organized while working.
Cons
One issue I have noticed is that exporting data through email takes too much time. In my experience that part of the process feels slower than it should and can be a bit frustrating when I need the information sent out quickly.

What I like about Pipedrive CRM is that it looks really nice and feels quite user friendly to use. it works well if I don't need a long list of advanced features and the pricing stays fairly affordable in that case. For a basic or moderately simple setup, I find it to be a good-looking and practical option.
Cons
On the downside, I have noticed that the cost goes up quite a bit once I want to use more advanced functionality. If my business needs a lot of features or a more complex setup, I'd probably be better off choosing a custom-built CRM instead.

“Love the search filters
Pros
If I had to pick one feature I rely on most, it would be the search and filtering functionality. I can quickly narrow things down and find exactly what I need without wasting time which really helps when I am managing a lot of information. That feature stands out the most and makes the platform feel very practical to use.
Cons
Honestly I haven't come across anything that I dislike about it so far. the features have all worked well and everything has felt great overall. At this point, I don't really have any negatives to point out.

Pros
I use Pipedrive to help my clients connect their CRM with their broader marketing strategy and from my experience it feels very easy and user friendly. My clients genuinely enjoy working with it and I have found that it fits nicely into the overall marketing plan without making things confusing or complicated.
Cons
From what I have seen, getting Pipedrive fully set up and integrated does take some time. Even so, I still feel the effort pays off in the end because once everything is in place, it works really well.

Pros
I find it practical when I need to reach customer profiles and that part of the system does help me get to the information I am looking for without much hassle.
Cons
What really stands out to me though, is how boring the product feels to use. I also find it hard to understand at times and from my experience it offers fewer functions while still costing more than a lot of competing options.

“Clear pipeline visibility
Pros
One feature I really like about Pipedrive CRM is how easy it feels to use while still giving me a clear view of where every customer sits in the sales pipeline. I can quickly check the stage each lead is in without digging around which helps me stay organized and follow up at the right time. Another thing I find really valuable is being able to track exactly where leads are coming from, because that gives me a much better sense of which marketing channels are actually worth the spend and which ones are bringing in the best results.
Cons
One thing I have not loved recently is the new update, because deals do not seem to change status as quickly as they did before. that slowdown has been a bit frustrating when I am trying to keep everything moving efficiently. I am hoping it gets improved soon since that is really the main issue I have noticed.

What I value most in this software is the ability to keep a close eye on how my sales deals are progressing at every stage. I also appreciate that I can receive reminders which helps me stay on top of my tasks and complete activities on time without letting anything slip through the cracks.

“Very customizable and easy to implement.
Pros
My biggest gripe about other CRMs is that the majority of them kind of force you to adapt to the way they operate, when it should have been the other way around. We cannot just change the way 50 people work over the course of a few days. Pipedrive, in my opinion, is the most flexible CRM, which has helped our sales team a lot and works well for us. It is foolish to expect everything to be changed according to your needs, but the customization is simple enough to get most of the elements right for us. and it also does not need to be coded.
Cons
Pipedrive offers one of the most complete email marketing solutions, but it still needs some improvements. Ive used other software that has a sort of shared email inbox, which Pipedrive does not have and which would be great for managing all emails in one place rather than 50 different mail boxes for 50 different employees. Our team is currently forced to use their personal email accounts, which makes it very difficult to track progress and even complaints filed by clients. It has caused a stir recently, and we are low-key looking for other solutions out there.

“A CRM that molds itself to your needs with tons of customization options
Pros
We have had mixed results with previous CRMs, and they all had one thing in common: they forced you to change your ways in order to use the software effectively. However, not all sales teams operate the same way, so we needed software that changed itself to suit our needs, and Pipedrive was the one for us. It offers simple customization and does not need to be coded. All the files related to customers are neatly available in a central location for all to access. Pipedrive works well with plugins of all kinds and services like Zapier. We can connect our CRM to all of our software programs thanks to this.
Cons
Pipedrive is great in that it offers near-perfect email capabilities, but it unfortunately lacks a shared inbox feature similar to Help Scout, which would have made it the perfect tool for marketing. This has caused a bit of a division in our group since we have had to ask the sales team to use their personal email accounts instead of the company ones (since we dont rely on Pipedrive for emails anymore). It naturally causes problems for them and even the company. It needs to be fixed ASAP.

I have loved using Pipedrive for its visual and intuitive interface. The platform is great for following leads for all levels of marketing teams. Pipedrive is best suited for large organizations as it has some really powerful and unique CRM tools to offer. For small businesses, many features would be totally out of need. But if you can afford it, it’s great to have more options.
Cons
Quite expensive if you are not going to make use of its full potential. More suitable for enterprises.

The software is very well designed, no cluttering or confusing tabs. Well-laid out, easy to navigate interface. The pipelines are automated to handle deals. A no-BS model with no fake claims or twisted workflows. They offer many integrations and an API extension which are very useful in sending data to different platforms.

Pros
Neatly laid-out interface. Managing and tracking leads is done very conveniently and efficiently. Super user-friendly, not much of a learning curve.
Cons
Their customer support is easily accessible but highly disappointing. Following their advice caused us to lose all our data and we were promised they would recover it soon but they haven’t still. The software is quite expensive for a service with only limited features that actually align with lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns.

Pros
Pipedrive allows me to add and close deals very easily and efficiently. The interface is neat and user-friendly. It has the capacity to store all notes, drafts, and conversations which is very handy. There is a suite of features and a lot of scope for customization. And best of all, the product is very light on the pocket
Cons
The software supports integration with a list of solutions but it does not include Outlook which is my preferred mean of communication. So that makes coordinating things a bit tricky for me.

Very easy to use. The solution has been of tremendous help to our business. There is no elaborate training required and the benefits are endless! Tracking hundreds of leads is done with utter ease. The software also offers integration with email services and other solutions.
Cons
Frequent issues with email and calendar syncing. Customer support might as well not exist considering how inefficient they are in resolving any issue. Wastes so much of our working days.
