“excellent onboarding”
Pros
Right from the beginning, the training during setup and the support from the team were excellent. That made it quick to learn the system and start using all the features to keep my sales contacts and information organized.
Cons
One thing I'd change is giving the lower-tier versions a few more features instead of putting so much behind the upgraded plans. I understand that more features usually mean a higher cost but a lot of the extra options aren't things I'd actually use so some kind of a la carte add-ons would be nice.

“Better team collaboration”
Pros
The platform really helps bring the commercial and operations teams together and makes collaboration between them much better.
Cons
Interface is something I genuinely enjoy using though I still feel it could be made more powerful.

“Confusing setup and tracking”
Pros
To be honest, I never really saw any real advantages from the app or the program. It seems like the product could be useful but I never got the chance to see it actually work in a way that helped.
Cons
Not being able to track leads on a map was a big issue. A lot of the time, it wasn't clear what I was supposed to do or how to do it and the programming felt poor and lacking overall.

“Slow contacts and calendar issues”
Pros
A few parts of the software are usable especially the deal management tools and the sales pipeline which stand out more than the rest.
Cons
There are simply too many flaws for the strong sales pipeline to make up for them. First, the calendar integration changes event times to UTC+0 instead of preserving the correct time zone and it depends on your own calendar settings to sort that out properly. This affects both Google Calendar and Microsoft O365 which is a major issue. On top of that, the email integration is a mess and creates far too much clutter, to the point that it had to be disabled and replaced with the BCC address just to capture data. Contact management is also frustratingly slow and not practical for regular use. It works better while editing a deal but the main contact list is far too sluggish to rely on consistently.

“Reliable mobile CRM”
Pros
Whether I build from a template or customize things myself, the flexibility is there. Support usually gets back in a reasonable time and it connects really well with my Dropbox and Mailchimp. For the way I work, it acts as both a project manager and a CRM, with the project itself centered around the customer journey. The app helps me split activities across the sales funnel and stay on top of every follow-up until everything is completed. It's also useful for keeping an eye on top performers on my sales team since I can track each person's progress through every stage of the sales process. I mostly use it on my phone while I'm out and about and I can honestly say the mobile view is fully optimized and works very well.
Cons
Because it already supports my client calls, I'd really love to see call recording added so conversations could be saved to a database for documentation and later reference. It does have a reliable way to handle duplicate records with the "merge duplicates" feature but adding contacts directly from my mobile address book is still harder than it should be.

“Clean interface and reporting”
Pros
Right away, the visual design stood out to me and the interface feels fairly simple to use. The layouts are clean, well organized and pleasant to look at.
Cons
At times though making changes can be frustrating and it is not always simple to go back when needed.

“Needs paid add-ons”
Pros
At least the pricing is affordable compared with CRMs that are genuinely much more powerful.
Cons
On the downside, it feels extremely limited unless you bring in Zapier and even then there are other CRMs with built-in automation that save you from spending the extra hundreds of dollars Zapier can end up costing.

“Easy importing and scheduling”
Pros
Getting spreadsheets into the system was pretty manageable and after a little practice I had the process figured out without much trouble. The rest of my team uses it more heavily for organizing contacts, setting up call schedules and handling that day-to-day workflow so they can keep everything inside the platform instead of exporting data back out.
Cons
One thing I'd really want is built-in Shopify integration without having to pay for third-party apps. That's such a common use case that it feels like it should already be part of every plan.

“Visual deal tracking”
Pros
Everything is very visual and I can see all my deals by stage on a single screen.
Cons
Sometimes it feels limited since it's not very convenient to track notes, conversations, logs and similar details. It works really well for following deals but not as much when I need a broader relationship overview.

“Reliable CRM pipeline”
Pros
After several years of using this CRM, it's noticeably improved over time. As a consultant, I've tested other platforms but I keep coming back to this one. I also work inside CRMs my clients pick yet this one stands out because the interface is easy and I always know exactly where I am in the sales funnel. Everything feels aligned even when I'm working from the mobile app.
Cons
The way filters are set up isn't my favorite but it's only a small inconvenience.

“Powerful sales tracking”
Pros
Running any company means having a sales strategy in place and keeping a close eye on growth and performance and this platform does that really well. It handles sales and deal-related work through a web-based system and helps organize every step needed to turn a lead into a sale. From setting up products to defining goals, it covers the whole process and even includes email integration.
Cons
Pricing feels like it could be a bit lower. Also, if it offered an offline or network-based setup option, it would be an even stronger competitor in this space.

“Great client management”
Pros
After using it with my company for the past two years, I can say the learning curve is very simple so just about anyone can pick it up quickly. I've recommended it to several friends as well and they've agreed that it's an excellent prospect and client management solution.
Cons
I don't have any complaints, it's been a wonderful piece of software.

Pros
Using this has been a big step up from working in a spreadsheet. The product is easy to use, the layout is simple and keeping track of leads is much more manageable.

“Built for sales teams”
Pros
Right from the start, it felt very user-friendly. It's clearly built for someone working in sales rather than just for management to monitor details. It genuinely helped me stay organized and keep up with my deals.
Cons

“Flexible pipelines”
Pros
Being able to see deals laid out in a pipeline is really helpful and having the option to create separate pipelines for different niches makes the whole setup even more useful.
Cons
What's frustrating is a few bugs, like conversations sometimes getting sorted into the wrong profile when they share the same subject line. There is a workaround though, you can avoid it by using the company name as a text replacement.

“Great mobile app”
Pros
This has been a fantastic tool for both me and my boss. It connects well with the different marketing platforms we already use which makes everything much more convenient. The UX design is really well done and the drag-and-drop setup keeps things simple to work with. The mobile app is especially impressive. I can call a client straight from my contacts and it connects the call right away. Once the call ends, I'm able to add notes immediately, log everything into the system and set up a follow-up task without missing a step. It makes the whole process feel very effortless.
Cons
One thing I'd still love to see is texting and automated calling. If someone fills out my online form, it would be really helpful if the system could automatically send them a text and then call both of us right away so we can connect instantly. It would be a very nice feature to have although it's not absolutely necessary.

“simple pipeline and support”
Pros
Among the CRMs we've used, this one has been by far the simplest to work with. The pipeline setup feels simple and quick to pick up and it connects nicely with the rest of our tech stack. Paired with Zapier, it becomes a very powerful and flexible system that our whole commercial team depends on every day. Support is generally excellent as well even though there have been a few moments where the responses felt a bit robotic, such as asking for screenshots that didn't really seem necessary just to move the process along. Even with that, they reply fast, follow through and keep us updated. During our most recent performance issue, the rep we worked with was especially friendly, capable and effective. I'd definitely recommend it to companies with commercial teams of fewer than 50 people.
Cons
The drawbacks start to show once your company begins to outgrow the platform and I'm concerned that we may be getting close to that stage. While our current issues have been addressed, we've gone through stretches of serious performance trouble that left us offline for hours at a time, around three major incidents in the last nine months, plus several smaller outages. From what I can tell, the software is mainly built with smaller businesses in mind though I really hope they improve their support for larger organizations soon because it's otherwise such a strong solution.
