“Powerful integrations”
Pros
One thing that really worked well for us was the number of integrations this tool offers. Getting both myself and my team up and running was easy and we were able to create great automations that helped us keep important contacts in our network top of mind.
Cons
It feels a lot like Trello which helped make the learning curve pretty low but it also made the product feel less distinctive. Much of what it offers could already be handled with Trello.

“Deep CRM customization”
Pros
Right away, this CRM feels simple to work with and simple to navigate while still being customizable enough to fit just about any need. It's the most versatile CRM I've used so far. If you can imagine a workflow or setup, chances are you can build it here.
Cons
One area that could definitely be better is the search function. It doesn't do a good job of finding duplicates so I have to look for them one by one using the same criteria each time. The Android app also needs work because it doesn't function properly for me and I can't really use it at all. Because of that, I stick to the browser version.

“Webforms and pipelines”
Pros
The webforms are a standout for me especially when someone actually submits one. Having every lead gathered in one place and organized into clean, tidy pipelines makes a big difference and the sales forecast view really helps us stay on top of our week-to-week activity planning.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is some kind of built-in AI that could help prioritize which deals deserve attention first.

“Unified lead management”
Pros
Compared with the many CRM options out there, this one stands out because its features are tightly connected and work well together. It gives you a clear, consistent way to manage leads and deals which was a nice surprise. A lot of CRMs, like Salesforce, can feel overly complicated in how they organize information but this one feels much more easy. The API is also quite powerful so connecting it with almost any other software you already use is very doable. It is on the pricier side but they are fairly relaxed about shared user logins which helps a lot if you have several occasional users.
Cons
At times, I've come across some odd integration limits and a few quirks when logging and tracking deals. The backend could also use some cleanup. It costs a bit more than I'd prefer although it can still feel worth paying for if the platform suits your needs.

“Accurate data management”
Pros
The way the data fields work together has clearly been planned really well so the information stays accurate the whole time.
Cons
Because of how well it's been customized, there's been barely anything to complain about with the service so far.

“Email sync and custom fields”
Pros
Email integration stood out to me. If you use Outlook or Gmail, your emails flow straight into the system. Other platforms may let you bring emails in too but usually there's an extra step involved and sometimes it's pretty tedious. With this one, I just open the browser app and my Gmail messages are already there, ready to be assigned to a deal. That's the single most important CRM feature I look for. Another big plus is the custom data support. I originally started with Insightly, where you can create a custom field and import data from a spreadsheet but you can't update that same data later with another spreadsheet. Here, updating custom fields through a spreadsheet is possible which makes a real difference.
Cons
The mobile app could be better since it's not as simple to use as the web version.

“Affordable sales growth”
Pros
Getting away from spreadsheets with this was a smart move. For about the price of three coffees a month per user, you can get up and running quickly. Pair it with a strong sales strategy and it gives you a clear way to track progress and support business growth.
Cons
A few tracking features I needed weren't there at first although they were added later. The next big improvement I'd want to see is VoIP integration.

“Sales tracking that works”
Pros
It keeps our business on track for everything related to sales. We use it for daily activities and tasks, maintaining email records, managing sales pipelines and the full process toward closing a sale, plus reviewing statistics that help us measure performance and improve.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about. If I had to suggest one thing, it would be adding a search filter to quickly find a specific email or note within each deal.

“Valuable sales insights”
Pros
One thing this CRM does really well is stay focused on the financial side. Every opportunity added shows the potential gains and losses for the company which is genuinely useful. It's also simple enough for anyone on the commercial team to get up and running with it quickly and generating reports online is very easy.
Cons
It doesn't feel like a fully rounded platform when it comes to bringing marketing and sales together. It's really limited to handling sales-related demands only.

“Passwords always available”
Pros
As a professional, this has been a huge time saver in my day-to-day work. I visit a lot of different websites throughout the day and having all my passwords stored in one place gives me so much of that time back. When I open the sites I use regularly, my username and password are already there and ready for sign-in. I honestly wouldn't want to go a single day without it.
Cons
One thing I'd still like is for the master password sign-in to be required only once a month.

“Helpful planning tools”
Pros
Starting each day with scheduled activities and a ready-made to-do list has been really useful. The forecasting feature is also something I rely on because it helps me stay aligned with targets and keep an eye on progress.
Cons
I wish there were better filtering because setting up filters feels a bit more complicated than it should be. It would be really helpful to filter by things like priority or qualified leads. At times, my pipeline gets crowded with leads that probably will not close and they end up cluttering a column. Because of that, our company pulls the deals we believe will close into a spreadsheet which works fine but I would rather be able to manage all of that directly in the platform.

“Great team sales tracking”
Pros
Keeping track of opportunities with my team has become very easy with this platform. It has helped my company overall and my sales team especially, stay organized and disciplined. Following up on my team's activities is simple and overall it has been an amazing platform for us. I've even recommended it to our sister company and they subscribed to it and are using it now as well.
Cons
The mobile app is really impressive too although there's still some room for improvement.

“Customizable but weak reporting”
Pros
Getting the core functionality up and running is pretty easy and it's simple to use once configured. It also allows for a fair amount of customization even though there are obvious limits to how far you can take it.
Cons
Reporting features are lacking and the goal-setting process feels dull. On top of that, the permission and access settings aren't explained very clearly.

“Sleek design and Kanban boards”
Pros
Right away, the fluent, distinctive design stood out and the kanban board view makes it quick to pull up any deals, contacts or emails. Bringing existing data into the platform is also very easy, you just fill out the pre-made spreadsheet and upload it to your account.
Cons
One thing that feels lacking is the limited number of subscription options. The Silver, Gold and Platinum plans could really be split into a few more tiers which would make it easier for more users to find a plan that fits their needs.
