“Modern crm for sales teams
Pros
As a sales user, this modern CRM is a real game changer for the way we work. It has genuinely transformed daily life for our sales team and helped me manage my pipeline in a much better way. Plus is current, practical and much more aligned with what salespeople actually need to stay organized and productive.
Cons
The only downside I have noticed is that the system updates can be a bit complicated to handle. At times I feel like the update process is not as easy as I would like and it can take some extra effort to keep everything current. Still, that hasn't taken away too much from my overall positive experience.

“clear pipeline visibility
Pros
Pipedrive is simple to use in daily sales work. Also I can move contacts from lead to customer without confusion which keeps everything organized. The flow also feels user friendly and helps me keep momentum as deals move forward.
Cons
Honestly I have not run into any real drawbacks so far. What stands out to me is that it gives me clear visibility into each client's status so I always know where things stand and what needs attention next.

“Limited beyond basic info
Pros
It works as a place to collect basic information and I can use it for simple data gathering when that is all I need.
Cons
What frustrates me is that it's not built for complex data entry. Also anything beyond plain text feels very limited and I have not found a way to use formulas to calculate dates or values automatically. Instead everything has to be entered manually.

“User friendly pipeline tracking win
Pros
Pipedrive is really the best for keeping our sales pipeline under control. From the start, its layout felt user friendly so bringing new sales reps up to speed hasn't been a hassle for me. Also I have had no real issues when it comes to tracking deals, staying on top of opportunities and keeping everything neatly organized. On top of that the reporting tools have been quite useful for checking performance and monitoring progress.
Cons
It doesn't offer quite as many features as some of the other CRM platforms I have worked with. I'd personally like to see more built-in marketing automation options because that side feels a little limited right now. The mobile app could also use some improvement since it's not quite as polished as I'd want. Aside from those points I really don't have many complaints.

“Frustrating support and billing issues
Pros
I like that I get a clear view of the sales funnel as everything I need is on one screen. That overview makes it easy to track deals and see where each opportunity stands, without jumping between pages.
Cons
When the software stops working, I feel completely stuck. I can only reach support through chat and replies often take hours or even days and when they do respond, it's usually just an apology, not a real fix. Right now for example I have not been able to send invoices from Pipedrive for 14 days. If I were running a serious business that depends on reliable systems, I honestly would not want to work with this company.

“sales tracking made simple
Pros
It is a user friendly tool that's very easy to use. Also the visual interface makes it simple to track sales activity without getting lost so staying on top of deals feels much more efficient. I have also found the automation features very helpful as they save time on repetitive tasks. And the integrations with tools like Gmail and Slack keep everything in one place which is incredibly convenient for daily work.
Cons
One downside I have noticed is that some of the more advanced features are a bit expensive especially if I want access to more powerful functionality. Also I feel that the mobile app is still somewhat limited when it comes to handling more complex tasks so I cannot always rely on it when I am away from my computer.

The interface is pretty user friendly and simple to understand so getting around the system never felt confusing. I also liked having the mobile app because it came in handy whenever I needed to check things on the go.
Cons
The thing that disappointed me was the customer support. As I had to pay for a higher-tier plan just to get access to it and even after that, the support I received was still very poor and not helpful at all.

I could track deals much more effectively by moving them through the different pipeline stages and that really helped me close sales more quickly.
Cons
To me the reporting side feels a bit limited as there are not many ways to customize reports.

What I like most about it is how user friendly it is, while still keeping my sales process well organized. The interface is also clean, simple and easy to navigate so I never feel lost when managing deals or contacts. I even find the customization options very useful especially for automation, workflows, email, tracking and reporting. Plus it covers all the core sales needs well without feeling overwhelming.
Cons
The main things missing are support for more complex sequences, advanced automation and detailed customer segmentation. I can still get a lot done with the current features but when I need more advanced options, the platform starts to feel limited.

Pipedrive CRM has become my go to lead management tool and I keep coming back to it because the visual pipeline layout really stands out to me. What I love most is how clearly the whole program presents my deals and leads so I can stay organized without feeling lost in the process. To me that pipeline design is the real highlight and it makes managing day to day sales work feel much more user friendly and practical.
Cons
The only thing I feel is missing is a bit more flexibility for customization. Overall the system works well for what I need but I'd personally like a few more options to tailor it more closely to how I prefer to work.

This program is great because of how much information I can store in it. In our business, we track a lot of notes and details so having one place for everything makes a huge difference. I can also separate leads from deals, track where a client came from, note why they reached out, link them to their company and store all contact info like addresses and phone numbers for both. I can also add activities, notes and even mark how interested a lead is be it cold, warm or hot. Moreover the level of organization feels almost unlimited and it's incredibly valuable because it helps my whole team stay updated on every important detail about a lead or client.
Cons
It takes some time to really learn everything. Though the interface is friendly but because it can do so much, I was not able to learn all the features right away. Yes it took me a while to understand all the options and how everything fits together. So while it is approachable, there is still a bit of a learning curve just because there is so much packed into it.

Cons
Sometimes I run into a few bugs and some activities can be slow to update properly. Though it does not happen all the time but I have noticed it often enough to mention.

It is very user friendly but still offers a lot of flexibility. Also the interface is nice to work with and the overall design makes daily use feel natural. At the same time, there are plenty of features and add-ons so I can adapt it to different sales needs without feeling limited.
Cons
My biggest issue is the pricing as it honestly feels poorly designed. When I used it at a larger company, the cost made more sense. But now that I am in a small startup, it's much harder to justify. So I was okay with the basic �14 plan but then I found out that even simple Outlook integration is only available in the next tier at �34 per month. For someone like me who just needs basic integration and a simple lead table, that jump feels too steep. So the packaging feels frustrating and unnecessarily limiting.

Everything felt simple from the start. I really liked the design as it made the platform easy and approachable to use. As someone who is not very technical, I was able to set everything up without much effort which made the whole experience much more enjoyable.
Cons
An area that felt a bit lacking for me was reporting. As the options seemed limited in terms of what I could actually analyze. Some metrics were only available in a this month view which made it frustrating when I wanted a broader picture. I also notice that not every data point could be shown on a timeline so tracking performance over time was not as flexible as I'd hoped.

Pros
Its newly integrated AI and automation system is something I like as it really sets it apart from many other tools I have tried. I find it to be a very capable customer relationship management platform and it feels genuinely powerful for keeping sales and client interactions organized. Another thing I appreciate is that I can access it from pretty much anywhere and on different devices without feeling limited. Also the interface is clear, understandable and well laid out so I can navigate it without confusion and get things done efficiently.
Cons
From a functionality standpoint I personally haven't noticed any real shortcomings with this tool so far. What I do feel could be improved is the subscription pricing because with a better discount, it would be within reach for many more users who truly need this kind of software. As it stands the value is there for me but a more affordable pricing option would make it much more accessible to a wider audience.

This is an excellent tool for helping me boost sales without a lot of hassle. What I really like is the cloud-based setup because it feels very well designed and lets me work efficiently wherever I am.
Cons
The paid plans are a little on the expensive side. That said I still feel the quality of the platform is undeniably high so the pricing is at least backed by what it delivers.

Pipedrive CRM is very user friendly and once I got familiar with the basic features and the terminology, it became a really practical tool for managing my work. After that initial learning curve, I felt like I could move through the system confidently and actually get a lot done without much confusion.
Cons
only thing that still slows me down is the activity workflow. Because it feel very efficient as I have to open many tabs and jump back and forth between tasks and objects which makes the process more tedious than it should be.

Its calendar sync works well with both Google and Microsoft 365. That integration has helped me keep everything aligned without constantly switching between tools. Plus the email template feature is really useful since it lets me create reusable messages and save time when I am reaching out to contacts.
Cons
There is a fairly steep learning curve at the beginning so it took me a while to feel fully comfortable using everything. That said I have been able to rely on the support website and the chat service whenever I got stuck and both have been genuinely helpful.
