“Forecasting and Gmail sync”
Pros
Right away, the Gmail integration has been one of the strongest parts of this tool for us since it lets us send emails directly from the platform. We can also clearly see why deals were lost which has been really useful for understanding where things went wrong. It gives detailed conversion rates and even shows the likelihood of a deal moving into the next stage so it has been a big help with forecasting. Another feature I really enjoy is the automatic thank-you card that gets sent when a deal is won. On top of that, it connects with tools like Slack and Trello which fits nicely into our workflow. The app doesn't need much training to get started and we're able to customize it to match our needs without much trouble. Overall, it works especially well for sales reps and smaller businesses or startups like ours.
Cons
One part that gets a bit frustrating is that even though the setup steps are fairly easy, customizing things still involves going through a lot of repetitive actions. The customer support team can also be quite slow to respond which is disappointing when help is needed quickly. Another major downside is the lack of LinkedIn integration and that feels like a significant gap.

“Powerful automation”
Pros
Getting this CRM up and running was very easy. The API is really simple which makes it possible to automate a lot of tasks especially around lead generation. It also comes with plenty of built-in options for connecting with automation tools like Zapier. For example, leads can be pulled in directly from Facebook Ads without having to build custom code and then routed straight into a specific funnel stage. It also supports integration with corporate email accounts, lets you define both personal and company-wide goals and gives flexible permission settings for users and admins so leads are less likely to be deleted by mistake.
Cons
One thing that's missing is a ready-made integration with call-tracking services or virtual PBX systems. If you need that, you'll have to build the integration yourself.

“Sales forecasting dashboard”
Pros
Compared with Salesforce, this program is turning out to be better in quite a few ways. The dashboard comes with a broad range of features, including the ability to forecast sales and the installation process was very quick and easy.
Cons
As a new user, I honestly don't have any complaints at this point.

“Simple workflow and integrations”
Pros
Getting started with it is very easy and anyone with basic skills can use it without much trouble. One of the biggest advantages is the strong potential for integrating it with other systems as well.
Cons
Handling new leads and customers is very simple and clear but right now we're still figuring out the best way to use it for people who are already existing customers.

“Organized and customizable”
Pros
Everything feels very well organized and customizable. It connects with a lot of other sales tools which makes it possible to automate the workflow. It also helps me send campaigns and keep track of how they're performing.
Cons
There isn't anything I dislike. The only thing I'd still want is a few additional features, like billing for example but aside from that everything has been excellent.

“Flexible client tracking”
Pros
Selling products to customers feels very easy with this because it's simple to use, lets me organize everything the way I prefer and helps me stay on top of all kinds of clients.
Cons
One annoyance is when I make calls on my cellphone, it asks whether the call was related to a specific deal.

“Great for teams”
Pros
Very easy to use and it's also simple to walk a new team member through it.
Cons
Honestly, nothing comes to mind. I know that probably sounds hard to believe but for our team this tool is truly essential. We rely on it heavily and we wouldn't swap it out even for a free alternative.

“Good integrations with dull setup”
Pros
One thing that works well is how it connects with a lot of the other tools we already rely on, like Mailchimp, Slack and similar programs.
Cons
Platform isn't very simple to navigate. You really have to tag every contact correctly from the start, otherwise pulling the right lists later becomes difficult.

“Brilliant pipeline tracking”
Pros
When all you need is a really simple way to move people through your pipeline, this tool does the job perfectly. It connects with email, phone and other essentials and the drag-and-drop pipeline makes it incredibly convenient to move prospects along and manage contacts without any hassle.
Cons
The only thing I wish they offered is a lifetime subscription option. Other than that, I honestly can't think of anything else to complain about.

“Flexible visual workflow”
Pros
The visual setup makes this really simple to work with and the customization options are a big plus. Importing and exporting data is easy, I can access it from anywhere and the iPhone app works well. Email integration is also great though the Android app feels a bit sluggish.
Cons
Analytics feel too limited at the Gold level and I really don't think those features should be locked behind Platinum in general. Another downside is that there's no way to create activities in bulk unless you import them.

“Clean interface and email sync”
Pros
Getting started with it was very easy. The interface feels user-friendly and looks polished and the email integration is especially useful because it lets you stay in one place and keep your focus instead of constantly jumping around the screen.
Cons
A couple of things still feel missing though. It would be helpful to have better tracking and analysis for specific data and an "undo" button would make a big difference in case something goes wrong while filtering deals.

“Organized client scheduling”
Pros
Every day, I rely on it to manage my book of 70 clients. Sorting activities by date, time and all the other custom fields I've set up makes staying organized really convenient.
Cons
One thing that's been frustrating lately is that I used to be able to batch-move activities to the next day and delete ones I no longer needed but that option seems to have disappeared. I'm not sure whether it changed because of the software itself or if my employer's admins adjusted our access permissions.

“Affordable tool for small teams”
Pros
For a small business that needs a CRM, this feels almost essential because the pricing is very affordable. It makes managing sales and team operations simple and the fact that it integrates with many different products adds a lot of value.
Cons
One downside is that there isn't a desktop version available. It would also be better if it offered more reporting options and improved the quality of the reports it can generate.

“Customizable platform”
Pros
One thing that really works well here is the simplicity. It keeps sales teams focused on the essentials, managing accounts, tracking deals and most importantly, pushing the right next actions to move opportunities through the pipeline and get them closed. The customization is also well balanced. There's enough flexibility to adjust field types and add the fields a business needs but it doesn't go so far that it becomes overly complex for users. The user experience is another strong point. The interface is clean and easy which is refreshing since a lot of CRMs tend to overdo it. This one feels simple, easy to understand and quick to train people on. Cross-platform performance has also been great especially on mobile with offline access. That matters a lot for sales reps and professionals who are constantly traveling. Being able to capture notes, add tasks from a phone or tablet and still work while on a plane before syncing later is a big plus. Reporting and export features are also simple to use and get the job done well.
Cons
There are still a few areas where I'd like to see improvements. One is the ability to distribute meeting notes more effectively to both IT and non-IT users. Another is search. The platform could really benefit from a stronger, more advanced search function. Right now, there seem to be limitations, for example, when trying to search titles versus the body of meeting notes. As more content builds up over time, including notes and attachments, having a more powerful search experience will become increasingly important.

“Follow-ups in one place”
Pros
Having this support my sales process has been a huge win. It connects with my Google email and calendar so I'm not stuck copying and pasting emails or appointments into a deal or organization just to keep records updated. That alone saves me a ton of time and it makes it much easier to view the full context of a client or deal in one place. The notes I add are also far more action-oriented now, I'm not just logging what already happened, I'm focusing on what needs to happen next, when it needs to happen and what the client is expecting. Deal tracking and activity scheduling are very easy too which helps me stay on top of everything and avoid missing tasks I've set weeks or even months ahead, including those "call me in 3 months" reminders. Because of that, clients regularly comment on how strong my follow-up is and that really helps build trust and credibility.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any real complaints. I use the parts that help me most and make me effective. There are plenty of features I haven't started using yet, like sales targets but that's not a fault of the software.
