“Simple follow-up tracking”
Pros
Keeping things simple is one of the best parts of this tool. It pushes me to set up new follow-ups consistently which helps me stay on top of things and it works really well with Gmail.
Cons
The downside is that it doesn't fully integrate with Mixmax so I still end up writing my emails directly in Gmail.

“Helpful visuals and features”
Pros
It is easy to use and the features are genuinely useful once you understand how to make the most of them. It also lets you view graphical representations of your sales or project performance with just a click which is really helpful.
Cons
Customer support can be a bit slow to respond at times. Other than that, I haven't had any major issues since I began using it.

“Great for global teams”
Pros
Working with employees across different parts of the world has been incredibly helpful for our business and the platform's flexibility makes collaboration fit our needs really well.
Cons
Honestly, there's nothing negative to point out at this stage. Our company has been using this software for more than two years and it has continued to be a very great product for us.

“Sales tracking and integrations”
Pros
Getting started with this software was incredibly easy and it offers exactly the functionality we need for how we use it. Everyone picked it up in a single sitting and it has made tracking all of our sales much more manageable. Another big plus is the excellent built-in connection to our business website, with forms that automatically generate follow-ups for our sales reps. It also integrates with our company's G-Suite email so all the details tied to each sale are visible right away in one place.
Cons
We'd really like to see is a built-in integration for Facebook Ads lead forms. At this point, we still haven't found a reliable third-party connector between the software and Facebook so we're continuing to collect leads manually from our Facebook marketing efforts.

“Web access with email sync”
Pros
It's very user-friendly and does the job well. The email integration is useful and being web-based means I can log in and access it from anywhere.
Cons
One small thing is that I don't get the celebration GIF every time I close a deal.

“Slack-ready workflow”
Pros
Using it on the web feels very easy and there are plenty of premium features available when you need more advanced functionality. It also works really well with Slack through Zapier which makes workflows much more convenient.
Cons
The premium features can get a bit pricey and the mobile experience is slightly less practical compared with using it on the web.

“Powerful editor”
Pros
Using the visual editor feels very easy and the reporting along with the rest of the features is really great. There's also a lot of depth in what the platform can do. For instance, I once needed to put together a survey form and initially started with Google Forms but then I thought Mailigen might have something for it. Sure enough, it did and it worked really well too.
Cons
At times, the visual editor behaves a little strangely when working with more advanced layouts and color schemes.

“Flexible workflow”
Pros
Once the initial setup and structure are done properly, especially the pipeline configuration which really matters on this platform, it becomes a pleasure to use. The biggest strengths for me are the usability, the interface and overall UX and the flexibility it gives you.
Cons
This is not really a downside but if the pipeline is not kept organized and updated, it becomes confusing pretty quickly. I also don't think this tool is the right fit for large organizations handling many leads every day.

“Gmail integration for sales”
Pros
The Gmail contact integration is really helpful and the platform is simple to work with. It keeps prospects and potential customers organized so nothing gets overlooked. It's a very great fit for sales teams.
Cons
Customization is somewhat limited especially when it comes to user permissions and action options. The filtering results can also be a bit confusing at times.

“Color-coded CRM”
Pros
Getting this CRM up and running was probably the quickest of any I've used and using it day to day felt very easy. It's packed with useful functionality and I genuinely liked the color-coding system. It made priorities obvious at a glance, green showed what needed attention that day, red flagged outstanding items and so on.
Cons
I'm not sure whether this came down to the plan we were on but the reporting tools felt pretty underwhelming. That created a big data gap which made managing the sales team a lot harder. It also doesn't offer much customization especially compared with what I had been used to in SFDC.

“Friendly design”
Pros
After trying the application for a few days, I really appreciated that it's available in Spanish. The interface feels very user-friendly, the color scheme is well chosen and having a section to track your progress is something I really enjoyed.
Cons
Getting started with a task can be a little confusing at first and I think the way events are set up could be improved. The first-time user wizard could also be better developed to make the initial experience clearer.

Pros
From my use of this software, managing sales and emails has been quite practical. It lets you track individual deals with clients and also keeps an eye on overall sales performance which is very useful.
Cons

“Great management”
Pros
Working through the sales process in this software feels incredibly easy. Moving clients and leads from one stage to another is about as user-friendly as it gets compared with other tools I've used. The drag-and-drop function is simple and satisfying, the interface is clean and well laid out and getting comfortable with the platform takes very little time. On top of that, the support team is quite thorough and usually responds pretty quickly. Creating new pipelines is also very simple and it integrates with a lot of useful apps.
Cons
Notifications and reminders are the area that really needs more attention. Sales reps rely heavily on follow-up reminders and there should be a better way to leave notes on how a task went, what came out of it and what the next steps should be. Also, when a team member updates a lead, having more mobile detail around those changes would be very helpful.

“Visual funnel tracking”
Pros
Seeing the conversion funnel laid out visually, along with all the key data, has been incredibly useful for spotting what's working and exactly where customers are dropping off. That's the standout feature for us. On top of that since we were already using other software, the integrations were a big plus too, there's a wide selection available, I believe more than 100 which made it fit nicely into our existing setup.
Cons
Other than needing a bit of time to learn how to use it efficiently, which the onboarding does a good job of supporting, I really haven't come across any major drawbacks with this tool.

“Limited tool”
Pros
It does a really good job with basic pipeline management and helps keep new deals and sales activities organized and on track.
Cons
The drawback is that it mainly centers on the sales funnel or pipeline so it becomes a little less useful as a CRM once those leads turn into customers.
