Flexible setup with room to grow

Pros

I really like how I can customize workflows and assign tasks to each user. As it adapts to how my team works instead of forcing us into a complex process. I also appreciate that I can grow with the platform as upgrading to higher plans unlocks more advanced tools as my needs expand.

Cons

Having so many customization choices can also make the setup harder because I have to spend more time figuring out the best way to roll everything out across the company. Another downside is that the base plan limits access to some features that would be really valuable for a small startup especially things like automated cadence emails so I felt those restrictions pretty quickly.

solid lead tracking end to end

Pros

My favorite thing is that I can follow a lead through the entire process, starting from the initial opportunity all the way to project completion. To me that full visibility makes it much easier to stay organized and keep track of where every deal or project stands.

Cons

Getting the best value out of it usually means adding a few extra services. I don't think the additional cost is excessive but I'd definitely say it's something to expect if I want access to more functionality and plan to do more with the platform.

clear interface and useful features

Pros

What I like most about Pipedrive is how user friendly it is in daily use. I can move through the platform without getting lost as the layout is clear and well organized. Plus it offers many helpful features without feeling crowded. The interface is also very easy to use so finding the right section or tool is never confusing.

Cons

Overall I am genuinely very satisfied with it and I really don't have any major complaints. But if I had to point out one limitation, it would be that integrations with some other software tools are not always available when there isn't a predefined interface. In those cases, it can feel like you need to be using one of the biggest CRM providers to get broader compatibility. Still I am hopeful that as Pipedrive continues to grow, more built-in integrations will be added over time.

support that never helps

Pros

Without a doubt, it's one of the most affordable CRM options out there. It is also practical and convenient for daily use. I was able to organize contacts and lists by creating custom labels, fields and filters which made the system feel more tailored to how I work. I also appreciated how clearly I could track activities since staying on top of follow-ups and tasks is important for me. Overall the platform includes several really useful features.

Cons

What completely ruined the experience for me was the customer support. When I actually needed help, their support team was basically useless. Every time I explained the issue, they just asked more questions instead of offering a real solution. Plus they kept asking for screenshots and more details but the actual problem never got fixed. I reached out several times asking for direct help but that never happened. It was extremely frustrating dealing with a support team that dragged things out without solving anything.

packed with features

Pros

Pipedrive is pretty easy to use as most of the interface is self-explanatory. As I was able to find my way around without much effort so getting started felt natural and comfortable.

Cons

I have noticed that I still do not know all the features not even close. There is a lot in the system I have not explored yet so I am probably not using its full potential at this point.

sales-focused and user-friendly

Pros

From the start, it was easy to use as I did not have to spend much time reading documentation just to understand how things work. They also offer helpful tutorials which I have found useful whenever I have questions or need a bit of guidance. Overall it is a great choice when I want something affordable that still includes the features my team actually needs. With the tools available, I can track emails, leads and every stage of the pipeline from one dashboard which makes daily work much more organized. As someone on a small team, I really appreciate that Pipedrive is clearly built with salespeople in mind. I have also noticed that the reporting and management features keep getting better over time. But the main reason I value it is still how convenient and user friendly it is for everyday sales use.

Cons

Well I am not thrilled about some custom fields in reporting that cost extra and the pricing can feel pretty steep. If I want access to all the advanced features, the fees add up quickly which is definitely a drawback.

Flexible workflow with customization

Pros

It gives me a very easy workflow to follow, while still letting me customize a lot of things to match how I work. I have also found that balance really useful because it keeps the system simple without making it feel limited.

Cons

The area where I feel it falls behind is email. As the email functionality is not as strong as what some competing tools offer especially when I compare the overall feature set in that area.

Helpful for team collaboration

Pros

As someone who was new to using a CRM, I found it very approachable which has been a big plus for our growing team. Plus we have been able to share prospects and notes with one another and that has really helped us learn from each other and stay more aligned in how we work.

Cons

Some integrations with outside software feel a bit clunky at times. We have tested a few Zapier connections and direct API links with other tools and while they do expand what the platform can do, the setup and overall experience have not always felt as polished as I'd like.

Fast client sorting wins

Pros

Pipedrive CRM is really helpful for quickly and efficiently organizing both my current clients and new prospects. Plus it makes it much easier to keep track of who is who without wasting time digging through clutter and that has been a big plus in my daily workflow.

Cons

One thing I have noticed is that duplicate clients are not flagged automatically. In the fitness industry, where I deal with a lot of client records, that kind of feature would save me a lot of time and cut down on manual checking.

Love building funnels here

Pros

What I really love about Pipedrive is how it lets me build a sales funnel completely from scratch. I can set things up the way I want and that makes the whole sales process feel much more organized and practical for me.

Cons

At this point I honestly have not come across anything I dislike about this product. So far it has worked really well for what I need.

Valuable for tracking client history

Pros

I rely on Pipedrive CRM a lot for keeping up with clients and remembering the last conversations, emails and interactions I have had with them. For my day to day work, it has become one of those core business tools I genuinely find important because it keeps everything organized and makes follow-ups feel much more manageable.

Cons

The thing that still throws me off is that company contact details cannot really be added on their own. From what I have seen, the only workaround is linking a person to the company but there are times when I just want to save a general phone number or shared email address for the business itself. Also I feel like the pricing is on the higher side when I compare it with similar competitors.

Flexible funnels for every customer

Pros

The I like is that I can separate different types of customers into their own funnels and tailor each one to match how I prefer to track deals. That level of customization makes the whole process feel much more organized for me and I can manage my pipeline in a way that actually fits how I work.

Cons

Some integrations are trickier to set up than I expected. As it's not always as easy as I'd like so it can take a bit more effort to get everything working

modern ux that I like

Pros

My fav part about Pipedrive CRM is the user experience. Also the interface is very user friendly and I can get around the platform without any confusion. Moreover it is easy to use which makes managing my work much more enjoyable.

Cons

The only limitation I have noticed is in the dashboard as I don't have as much flexibility as I'd like when it comes to customizing and working with the data there.

Helpful collaboration for sales

Pros

It supported collaboration well. As the team was able to work together effectively throughout the sales conversion process and that made it much easier for us to stay aligned and keep deals moving forward.

Cons

Some important features felt less user friendly than I expected. For example when we needed to email prospects, the process wasn't very easy which made that part of the workflow a bit frustrating.

simple workflow and clean contact management

Pros

Pipedrive CRM is very easy to use and it made day to day work feel much more manageable. What I especially liked was how simple it was for me to merge records and remove duplicates without wasting time cleaning up contacts manually.

Cons

I noticed that some features require an upgrade and it was not always completely clear which tools were included versus locked behind a higher plan.

Fast setup with useful insights

Pros

The two things that immediately stood out to me about Pipedrive CRM are how quick it was for me to get everything up and running. I also appreciate the range of analysis and reporting tools it provides because they give me a much clearer view of the sales process and help me understand what is happening at each stage.

Cons

the pricing can feel pretty high and updates sometimes take longer than I would like. I'd also say the platform would be even better for me if the onboarding experience were improved.

constant refreshes and no help

Pros

I honestly found it incredibly frustrating that the system seemed to need a page refresh after almost every single action. even trying to contact support through live chat turned into a long wait of around 90 minutes or more which made the whole situation even worse. I felt like the product was absolutely not worth the money and to me it came across as a complete rip-off.

Cons

I personally couldn't find any real upside to using it. What stood out most to me was how poorly the platform felt designed and I was especially disappointed by the lack of flexibility when it came to customizing the default fields.

sales-focused and user-friendly

Pros

Where Pipedrive CRM truly shines for me is how strongly it is built around sales workflows which really helps me stay focused on moving deals forward. The interface also feels very customer-friendly to me so I can get around the platform without feeling overwhelmed and keep things organized with less effort.

Cons

From my perspective the biggest drawback is the pricing because it does feel a little expensive when I compare it with some other alternatives on the market.

clear deal view, steeper learning curve

Pros

What I liked most about Pipedrive CRM is how clearly the deals are displayed. the layout made a lot of sense right away and I felt comfortable getting started after only about a 10-minute walkthrough. For basic day to day work, I could quickly understand where things were and begin using the system without much confusion.

Cons

At the same time, I found that doing more advanced tasks in the platform was more complicated than I expected. Once I tried to go beyond the basics, it took me a while to understand how everything worked. In my case, it definitely required extra time and patience to get fully used to the deeper features.

Pipeline visibility that delivers

Pros

It helps me organize my prospects and keep all my data entry more streamlined. it makes the whole process feel more manageable and I am able to stay on top of leads without things getting messy or overlooked.

Cons

One issue I have run into from time to time is that I have come across inaccurate information when owners or managers have left a company. In those cases some of the details end up being outdated or misleading which can create a bit of confusion while I am working through my contacts.
