great web app value

Pros

Being web-based is a big plus, the pricing feels fair and the integrations are great without being hard to use.

Cons

There do seem to be some conflicts with mail controls. We've run into issues between Chrome, the Gmail integration and the desktop setup that we still haven't been able to sort out. The WordPress plugins for connecting fields through Gravity Forms can get a bit complicated although they work well once you understand them. There's also some overlap with activities and the calendar if you're already committed to using other tools for those.

Feature-packed CRM workflow

Pros

Right out of the gate, this CRM covers pretty much everything I need and asks for very little information to get a lead started. Moving leads through the pipeline with drag-and-drop is really convenient. The email tool is also well done, you just click the link, a message window opens and the email gets automatically attached to the lead. I also appreciate being able to customize which fields appear when creating a new lead. Since each piece of information is treated as its own entity, the system links people to leads nicely so opening a person's profile lets you see every lead connected to them.

Cons

The way information is laid out still feels a bit cluttered, with too much showing on the main lead screen at once. It can take a while to locate the specific detail you need. Adding more information after a lead is created also is not especially simple. Because the platform uses structured fields for everything, you end up clicking through several places to enter the right type of detail, like a new contact, phone number or email. I tend to prefer CRM tools that allow more freeform note-taking instead of forcing each kind of information into its own separate field.

Clean interface

Pros

Interface felt clean, modern and simple to work with. There are plenty of tools available and the team does a really good job of adding new features while paying attention to what customers actually need. Support has been excellent and the newsletters are packed with useful training tips and practical advice.

Cons

There really is not any major flaw that stands out. The only slight downside is that the platform is built quite heavily around sales so for our company it was a bit less useful since we were using it more for project tracking. Because of that, it was not a perfect fit for us but that is more about how we used it than any real issue with the software itself.

Smart tab organization

Pros

Being able to rearrange and organize the tabs however I want around my daily workflow has been a huge plus. It keeps everything aligned and I can move a contact from a Lead all the way through to a completed sale without any hassle. It really feels revolutionary.

Cons

Definitely recommend it. For the price, I really can't complain and I honestly love how much simpler it has made my day-to-day work.

excellent tool

Pros

Among the CRM tools available today, this is one of the better ones. It helps our business make more objective decisions and stay on track with the goals we've set across the organization. On top of that, the app feels user-friendly and is simple to manage.

Cons

One small concern is the success rate when editing in the software. Hopefully, that gets improved soon and updates become more simple.

Powerful email automation

Pros

One thing that really stands out is how feature-rich it is. It includes email and SMS marketing, supports A/B split testing and the email automation is easily one of its strongest points, it really feels innovative in that area. The pricing plans are flexible too which makes it even more appealing.

Cons

The weaker side is that it's not especially advanced when it comes to insights into customer behavior and adding a spam check would definitely bring extra value to the software as it stands.

Activity tab saves time

Pros

The activity tab has been the standout part for me because I can handle almost everything there in just a few clicks. Setting up a deal and attaching contacts to it only takes a couple of minutes. The built-in contact fetching option that comes with the Gold plan is another reason I'm planning to upgrade soon. It also connects to my email client without any hassle and now I send emails directly through the platform. On top of that, it automatically notifies the related email address whenever an activity is coming up. Even after the 14-day free trial, the pricing still feels very affordable.

Cons

One thing I still haven't been able to get working is the feature for viewing incoming messages inside the CRM. If that were available on my setup, it would make it much easier to configure an auto-response feature too. I've tried several times to make it work and even reached out to support but the solution they provided didn't fix the issue either.

handy email integration

Pros

For the past 3 years, I've been using it every day and after trying several CRM tools, this one has felt the most comfortable to work with. The whole system is easy and the ability to connect it with any email service provider makes sending emails feel like just a single click.

Cons

Every now and then, it doesn't load the way it should and when that happens, it can take more than 15 minutes before things are back to normal. The iPhone app is also pretty limited and doesn't offer even half the features available in the web version.

Boosts customers and revenue

Pros

Running my business has been much better with this because it helps me stay on top of my customers. That has made it easier to grow my income and even set new goals for my life and business.

Cons

Every now and then, I want to connect it with websites or platforms like RD Station but that doesn't always work. It still doesn't accept certain things or some automations which can be limiting.

Good starter for small teams

Pros

It worked well as a starting tool for handling projects. The layout was simple to follow and it didn't take long to understand how to use it.

Cons

There are stronger options available for managing projects overall. It works fine for a small number of users but it has its limits.

Ideal CRM for small teams

Pros

After using CRMs like Salesforce, Asana and HubSpot quite often, this one feels purpose-built for small teams that want to keep sales moving forward. It helps make strategies more effective and the results have been positive. It's also convenient to use and flexible enough to move through each step without much trouble.

Cons

One downside is that it pushes users away from email, communication and messages in order to keep the process moving. It could definitely be a little less stubborn about that.

Powerful automation and integrations

Pros

Workflow automation has been incredibly useful for us. When a deal moves, it can automatically add an activity and when we create a new contact, it can trigger a new deal as well. I can send emails right from the platform and still have them appear in Gmail and it also connects with my Gmail calendar. The analytics are one of the strongest parts. I can track deals won by month, day or year, see the value of won deals, average deal size and the average time it takes to close. It even lets me dig deeper into which products make up those won deals, like term, perm or CI. On the lost side, I can review deals lost by stage, over time, by reason and by reason over time which really helps pinpoint where the pipeline is breaking down. The won vs lost reporting is also very useful because it shows conversion percentages to the next stage, first-stage conversion, losses from each stage and conversion to won so I can follow the win/loss ratio and the likelihood of moving a deal forward. Forecasting revenue is another big plus. I can see current revenue, expected future wins, update close dates from month to month, review what has already closed and adjust the projected closing month for open deals using the visible stage bar. There is also a delivery date option which is helpful when a deal is marked won at underwriting but revenue is not actually received until a few weeks later. Other features that stand out are deal conversion tracking, deals won, deals lost and revenue forecasting on the Platinum plan. A won deal can also trigger an email reminder for a future admin person to send a thank-you card which is a nice touch. On integrations, it covers a lot. It works with Mailchimp, Slack, Trello, Aircall, analytics tools and marketing software. The customer success team can also help after the client is opened and there does not seem to be a time limit on that support. Intercom does not connect natively but it can still be tied in through automation tools. For example, you can create a note on the client profile in the CRM when a message is sent or received, sync Intercom and CRM contacts two ways through PieSync and create deals for new Intercom users through Zapier. Overall, it has more integration options available than most platforms I have seen.

Cons

Interface is not as polished or clean as Fresh Sales and there is no built-in platform for email messaging so you have to connect it with Mailchimp instead.

useful integrations

Pros

Keeping track of opportunities across different pipeline stages is very easy and the stages can be customized to match the way the team works. The reporting features are great too. It also comes with a good range of integrations which adds a lot of value by connecting well with other tools used upstream and downstream. It feels especially well suited for medium-sized teams.

Cons

There are not many downsides to mention. One improvement that would make it even better is adding a rules engine to automate some of the manual tasks.

Clean dashboard

Pros

A minimal design was a big plus for me. It feels refreshing and gives the impression that you can get started quickly which mattered a lot because narrowing down the right CRM for our team has already been a challenge. The interface is simple and uncomplicated and I actually appreciate that it keeps customization menus and extra options to a minimum. A few features really stand out to me, the Statistics tab with its live dashboard and filters is excellent for tracking team performance, activity summaries and deal values. It also helps prevent double bookings by showing existing appointments in the calendar. When opening a deal, it's very convenient to see related activities and timelines at a glance. The option to assign colours and symbols makes information much easier to visualize and the email templates, signatures and inbox sync are genuinely useful. Having all emails connected to a contact available directly from the CRM entry is a big advantage.

Cons

One area that could be handled better is the split between leads and contacts since the system tends to create a new contact when a person is linked to a deal even though not every lead should be treated as a potential customer. There is a workaround by adding a lead field to the contact form but it doesn't feel fully convenient. That said, it's a reasonably priced CRM with a very attractive interface. I'm looking for something that brings every part of the business together in one place, while this one really seems to shine most on the sales pipeline side.

Motivating CRM workflow

Pros

After trying a handful of CRM tools, this one ended up being the right match for both my business and the way I stay motivated. The feature I appreciate most is the prompt to schedule the next step as soon as I mark an activity complete. That little reminder keeps me advancing with potential clients and it fits perfectly with my need to stay on top of my daily tasks. It really helps me keep the momentum going every single day and I'd definitely recommend giving it a try to see if it clicks for you too.

Cons

In my opinion the one area that could use some refinement is the mobile app interface. I really enjoy using the desktop version and I do use the mobile app too but it feels like the mobile experience could be better polished. I also use Trello on both laptop and phone and I like how clean and simple those interfaces feel across devices. If the mobile version here were a bit cleaner and easier to navigate, that would really make it complete.

Quick setup

Pros

Getting started with it is very easy and hassle-free. It doesn't take long to get everything organized and other people can become familiar with the interface pretty quickly too.

Cons

The pricing feels a bit steep especially when you factor in the limits around certain customizations. For a small business, particularly one that doesn't have fixed inventory, that flexibility matters a lot.

Analytics Challenges

Pros

Running hiring for a small team, with only around 12 to 15 hires a year, this platform feels like the right fit. We are not dealing with huge volumes of applications so it works really well for our needs. The layout is easy, the system is simple to use and it gives me exactly what I need, one place to keep candidates organized and track where they are in the hiring pipeline. The Zapier integration is also very helpful since applications can be uploaded automatically. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience.

Cons

For a company handling a much larger number of applicants, I do not think this would be the best option. The analytics are also not my favorite part of the platform. I can still use them and pull out some useful trends and data but they are a little confusing and not especially simple to navigate or fully understand.

Campaign data disaster

Pros

The platform is simple for sales reps to work with and the mobile version performs really well.

Cons

They wiped out all of my campaigns and after two weeks of back-and-forth and countless excuses, they still couldn't resolve it. It's hard to understand how a data management tool can erase such critical information.
