“Handy email timeline”
Pros
Having emails automatically added to a deal's timeline through the BCC feature has been really useful. It cuts out the need to copy and paste conversations manually which saves a lot of time.
Cons
The interface isn't especially simple or visually appealing. Other similar platforms I've used just feel more polished and nicer to work in.

“Organized customer follow-up”
Pros
Managing customer records across different countries has been really convenient with this. It helps us keep track of contact details and purchase history without much hassle. Whenever a new customer signs a contract with us, our marketing team which handles a separate IT campaign, simply passes the deal over and we just save it in the database, where it gets linked to the existing customer list automatically. From there, we create activities on the deal so we can keep the relationship active at every stage. For example, we schedule a feedback request after one week and if feedback comes in, we set another activity for the feedback team to respond to the email. That process keeps everything organized, from the first lead all the way to inviting customers back to use our service again. Using Pipedrive has helped us maintain a good post-sale experience and our customers seem genuinely pleased with how we continue to engage with them after the sale is closed.
Cons
One thing that is missing is an autoresponder option when someone replies to our feedback request. Also, the web version can freeze at times and in some cases it takes over 10 minutes before it starts working properly again.

“Clear customer journey”
Pros
With 50 different things happening at once, it's hard to stay on top of what still needs to be done or how many follow-ups have already happened. This software makes it really simple to see exactly where people are in the customer journey. Being able to intentionally move them through each stage toward a sale is so important and this takes a lot of the guesswork out of that process. The revenue and performance metrics are also very valuable. Data may not be the most exciting part but paying attention to activity levels and the results they produce is essential for making better decisions going forward. It's also quite user-friendly and you don't need to be technical to work with it.
Cons
I honestly don't have anything negative to say about the software.

“Clear funnel”
Pros
Using it gave us a much simpler way to keep track of sales leads, mainly because the visual sales funnel makes everything easier to follow and manage.
Cons
It doesn't offer the same level of features and integrations as some other tools on the market and we did run into a few problems when uploading our email list. That said, the pricing is very affordable and the missing features aren't a priority for our needs.

“Affordable tool”
Pros
The sales pipeline is strong and the integration options with other programs and apps are a really nice bonus. It didn't take long to learn and the pricing is excellent.
Cons
Complete email integration is only available on the premium plan although it's still fairly priced compared with other CRM platforms.

“Real-time sales visibility”
Pros
After a couple of years using this software, our sales team has become much more organized. It gives them one place to view all of their sales and it also lets the owners track both current sales and potential opportunities in real time.
Cons
The software does exactly what it is meant to do so we really do not have any complaints about the product or the company behind it.

“great tool”
Pros
Compared with Salesforce and other pricey sales platforms, this tool delivers a very similar level of value at about half the cost. The setup and integration side is also reasonably affordable and we've had it connected with our calling software, Crazy Call, without any issues. That combination has worked incredibly well for us.
Cons
Honestly, there's not much to complain about. It was one more system to set up and it did take some time to get comfortable with at first but the product itself is very well built and easy to use. It also gives complete visibility into the health of the pipeline and the volume of potential deals likely to close.

“Friendly lead tracking”
Pros
The platform feels very user-friendly and easy to work with. It makes it simple to search for leads, assign them and add notes or events without any hassle. Moving leads between categories based on how warm they are is also very convenient. I also appreciate that events like calls and meetings can be shared easily with both potential clients and coworkers.
Cons
One downside is that some other products on the market offer more advanced and detailed search capabilities.

Pros
Right from the start, the interface feels very simple so anyone can begin using it within seconds. It gives you a clear view of the sales pipeline at a glance and getting up and running with the software is very easy.
Cons
Reporting feature still needs work. We'd really like to see improvements in how reports are generated, filtered and printed.

“Useful mail tracking”
Pros
Mail integration and email tracking work well when everything is functioning properly.
Cons
There are still problems with the mail and tracking integration. If unwanted emails come through, you have to manually add each one to the "ignore email" list in the settings which is both frustrating and time-consuming. It would be much better to have a simple one-click junk option or something similar. Calendar sync can also be difficult at times and in some cases you need to enter multiple contact details for the same person.

“Automation saves hours”
Pros
Two years in and I still feel like there's plenty more to discover. The features I've been using have been huge time-savers. When I first tested it about a year ago, I was handling emails and logging activities manually. After a successful year with it, I've now started automating those tasks in just a couple of clicks. I can go straight to the activities page and manage everything there without opening each individual record. I'm really pleased with this CRM and even though I haven't explored many parts of the dashboard yet, I'm pretty sure those tools will be useful for me later on.
Cons
Getting to the point where you can use it effectively does take a fair amount of time. I was disappointed that I didn't make use of all the features during my first four months because learning the system properly required a lot of effort. There's also an issue when adding a new contact to an existing deal, if that same name is already attached to the deal, the system doesn't give any warning.

“Promising growth ahead”
Pros
We used this platform across our team for close to a year and it worked well during that time. As our company expanded though, we eventually moved over to HubSpot because we needed something that could handle more advanced requirements.
Cons
The company has raised $50 million in funding so it will be interesting to watch how it develops and whether it starts competing more directly in areas currently dominated by its rivals.

“Customizable sales visibility”
Pros
Across our whole company, this serves as the sales dashboard everyone relies on. The visual layout is clear, it's highly customizable and it keeps the entire team aligned and on the same page.
Cons
Nothing major to complain about. It connects with Proposable and email really well and performs exactly how we need it to. The only minor issue is that email syncing can occasionally be a little slow.

Pros
Everything feels very visual and easy to use. I'm able to connect my lead generation tools through Zapier and automate CRM entries which saves a lot of time ,)

“Feature-packed platform”
Pros
In my opinion everything feels well organized, quick to use and packed with the kind of features sales teams of any size can actually benefit from. The pricing is reasonable and the software does its job really well.
Cons
Biggest thing missing is an invoicing or billing plugin or at least an integration for it. It would be even better with built-in Auth.net support and inventory tracking.

“Powerful drag-and-drop workflow”
Pros
Right from the start, this has been very user-friendly and makes it simple to pull in data from other sources. The drag-and-drop functionality is excellent and the workflow supports the whole process from identifying potential clients all the way to closing a contract. It also integrates nicely with tools like Mail Chimp which makes it very practical to use your business development list for email campaigns.
Cons
Price increase definitely made me step back and think about the overall value. Even so, it still felt worth it despite the higher cost.

“Better mobile and deal tracking”
Pros
Compared with tools like GetBase and Nutshell, this one felt like a stronger option. Uploading data and putting together a sales funnel happens quickly which saves time. The mobile app is better than others I've used and the email connection works really well too. The DEALS view is one of its biggest strengths and the phone call tracking is excellent for keeping remote teams organized and staying on top of call results.
Cons
Email templates can be a little wonky now and then and there are small details, like the "Mark-As-Done" step, that can make it a bit harder to manage a team's day-to-day performance when something gets overlooked.

“Helpful tutorials”
Pros
Our team and leadership can enter, update, review, export and track sales opportunities and the pipeline in one place. The tutorials are clear, brief and easy to follow which helps team members figure things out on their own without needing much hand-holding. It also connects well with other programs which makes it more useful for extending and working with customer pursuit data.
Cons
It does not seem like it was really built with professional services firms in mind especially those handling multiple services and different deliverables that may be discussed, proposed and sold together or at different times. One gap is the lack of interim-stage options for situations where a customer purchasing decision or another Go/No-Go decision, gets postponed, pushed into the future or tied to a softer deadline. It is also not quite as simple as first-time executive users of sales management software might expect. Professional services firms need to use it carefully and adjust workflows or functions where possible to better match client behavior and the way non-sales staff operate.
