“Great workflow and automation”
Pros
Switching over from Salesforce has been a big improvement. The workflow feels much better, access to information is more easy and I really appreciate the automation features along with the Aircall integration. Overall, it's been an awesome experience, our team is working more efficiently and the day-to-day tasks are actually more enjoyable now.
Cons
One thing that would be nice for our SaaS setup, where there's usually only one deal per organization, is the ability to reassign the org, person and deal to another sales rep in a single click instead of having to do it in three steps. It's not a major issue, just a nice feature to have.

“Flexible partnership pipelines”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths here is how adaptable the platform is. We can customize it to fit whatever type of partnership we're working on and the ability to customize pipelines around our own milestones and goals has been especially useful. We tested a few other tools before choosing this one and it really feels like we made the right decision.
Cons
There are just a handful of small interface quirks that get annoying. For instance, adding notes to a task after finishing it is more complicated than it should be since the system seems more focused on pushing you to the next task than letting you document the one you just wrapped up. A few of the default settings also feel a bit odd but overall it's still been very helpful.

“All-in-one sales visibility”
Pros
It helps sales teams stay on top of their highest-priority tasks, see exactly where things stand at any given moment and understand what needs to happen next. Having communication and updates all in one place makes collaboration really convenient.
Cons
It's worth taking advantage of the free trial before committing to the service. The pricing is competitive for what the solution offers.

“Friendly support”
Pros
Using this CRM has been very easy and the pricing feels quite reasonable for what it offers. On top of that, the customer service team responds quickly and is genuinely friendly.
Cons
Selection of integrations is still somewhat limited at the moment although it's worth noting that they've been adding more quite rapidly over the past few weeks.

“Helpful free trial”
Pros
One thing that really sold me was the 14-day free trial. It gave me enough time to really explore the software and figure out whether it was the right fit before committing. I prefer knowing upfront if something is actually going to work for me and that trial period took away a lot of the uncertainty.
Cons
Feature that frustrates me most is never knowing how hard it will be to reach customer support. Every now and then I run into issues with the software and when I call for help, I usually end up waiting on hold for around 20 to 30 minutes. That means I have to carve time out of an already busy day just to sit there and wait.

“Sales tracking that delivers”
Pros
From first contact to closing, this software gives sales teams a easy way to track customer relationships and follow the entire sales process end to end. It also gives management a great view into sales forecasts and relationship progress through some really useful and impressive tools.
Cons
The platform is fairly simple and while that makes it very useful, it may feel a bit limited for users who need something more advanced or are looking for additional functionality.

“Simple setup”
Pros
Getting started with it is refreshingly easy and the platform stays focused on activities. Even with the extra complexities that have been added over time, the full setup and ramp-up can still be done within a day or within a week if you really take your time. Overall, I genuinely enjoy using it and it feels like an ideal fit for companies with around 11 to 50 employees.
Cons
One thing still missing is automation. That said, the team continues to roll out new features, including ones related to automation.

“Helpful visual sales tracking”
Pros
We used it on a sales-focused project and it was especially useful for keeping a clear visual overview of what was happening with larger clients.
Cons
It tends to make the most sense when your customer base isn't especially large although that's more about the use case than any real flaw in the software.

“Pipeline management done right”
Pros
Hands down, this is the best pipeline management tool I've used. It saves a huge amount of time by keeping everything easy and once the system is set up, it just works. There's really no complexity in getting things done, whether that's creating tasks or checking the status of the pipeline at a glance. Moving an account from one stage to another is just as simple. The email integration works beautifully too and a lot of the time I don't even need to create separate tasks because of it. No matter how much I try to describe it, the simplicity and capability of this tool are hard to fully capture. If any software feels close to being built perfectly, this is it.
Cons
This tool handles everything I expect it to handle and I honestly haven't run into anything missing. The combination of simplicity and capability makes it stand out and I really think it's the best.

“Easy setup”
Pros
Everything about it feels easy which I really appreciate because I'm not distracted by a bunch of extra features I'll never use. Getting started was simple and using it day to day is even more effortless. I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
Honestly, I don't really have any complaints. It's a great system and since I'm not a particularly heavy user, I'm not sure any criticism from me would be all that useful anyway.

“Simple web lead tracking”
Pros
Compared with a lot of other popular CRMs, this one feels much simpler to use and being fully web-based is a big plus. It lets you set up plenty of customizable filters to sort and organize leads and the whole system is pretty simple overall.
Cons
It does fall short in a few areas feature-wise and it doesn't really scale or expand for a business the way some of the bigger, more established CRMs can.

“Centralized customer records”
Pros
It cleared out the mess of running a paper-based office, no more stacks of printed documents in plastic folders with post-it notes stuck everywhere. Now all my customer interactions are kept in one central place which makes everything much more organized.
Cons
One thing that could be better is removing linked contacts from a deal. It takes quite a few steps right now which makes the process a bit confusing.

“Fantastic pipeline and task tracking”
Pros
Running our pipeline through this tool has been really convenient. Uploading files is easy, deal tracking feels much more organized and adding tasks and follow-ups is simple to manage. The ASANA integration for task management is also a big plus and fits nicely into our workflow.
Cons
The only real downside for our business is that it doesn't natively connect with Highrise. There is still a workaround through Zapier but having a direct integration would be much better. For the Philippine market as well, the pricing is a bit on the expensive side.

“Useful filters but poor support”
Pros
One feature that has been genuinely useful is the map view since it lets you see your contacts laid out on a map and that comes in really handy. The filter setup is also very flexible and being able to customize filters for almost any field and save them makes the system practical to use. Search is another strong point because it looks across everything, including
Cons
Customer service on live chat was excellent during the free trial but once we became paying users the reply time seemed to shift from minutes to hours or even days. Maybe that is just coincidence but the fast support was a big reason we signed up in the first place. We have also had a lot of trouble with imports and it still has not been resolved. In Australia there seems to be only one person who can help and it feels like this is only a secondary part of his work. I would have gladly paid for proper support. It also handles people poorly when an email address is missing. By default it creates a brand new person which leads to lots of duplicates and strange names being generated from email addresses. The other option is to turn that feature off by request but then it does nothing at all. Our previous CRM had an unassigned email area where messages would sit until you either created a new contact or matched them to an existing one and that was actually our main way of adding contacts. Not having that here is a real issue. We will probably need to come up with a tagging workaround for existing contacts, then review untagged ones every week and clean them up manually. It is manageable but annoying for something that feels like a very common scenario. Also, when you click an activity from the activity list, it opens a pop-up to edit that activity and only shows details about that item, not the company. It works better if you start from the company page and open the activity there but n

Pros

“Handy modules”
Pros
This system wins me over with how easy it is to use. I really appreciate that the modules come as cards so they can be enabled, disabled or adjusted anytime from the control panel. It includes everything needed for productive work too, like detailed reports, analytics tools, a sales funnel and more.
Cons
There's no free version of the software although the trial period makes that less of an issue. The bigger downside is that the technical support team isn't very quick to respond.

Pros
Keeping track of my clients' contact information is much more manageable with this. Being able to handle everything from one place is a big plus since I don't have to keep jumping between email and other apps.

“flexible setup”
Pros
From day-to-day use, this CRM has been a dependable tool for scheduling tasks, uploading files and following sales from start to finish. It also offers a lot of room for customization and the search function works better than most other platforms I've used even Salesforce.
Cons
One area that feels a bit weaker is reporting especially when compared with other CRMs like Salesforce. It handles most reporting needs but it doesn't seem to offer quite as many options in the cleanest layout. You can still enter whatever data you need though the presentation and organization could definitely be more polished.

“Excellent Kanban and support”
Pros
The kanban view is really where this app shines. It's honestly the best version of that style I've come across. I also liked how it works with the standard Google Maps address format and it handles that really well. That part of the setup is thoughtfully done and something other products could definitely take notes from. On top of that, the support team was very great too.
Cons
It doesn't feel as powerful as some of the other options out there unless you pack it with APIs and that brings its own issues. Once you go that route, there's a bigger risk of broken connections and messy data. Because of that, it doesn't quite feel dependable enough if you want to run your whole business from one place.
