“Powerful deal visibility”
Pros
Being able to search through everything quickly is a big plus and it really helps to have a clear view of every deal our sales team is working on, along with how far each client has progressed through onboarding.
Cons
The sections for notes, emails and attachments could use a cleaner layout and it would be even better if they had more expandable space.

“Helpful CRM for sales teams”
Pros
Getting started with this CRM feels very easy. If you're beginning to build a sales process, it really helps simplify those first steps and makes the sales workflow easier to manage.
Cons
At times, it feels a bit too basic and doesn't offer enough flexibility to support more complex sales processes.

“poor mobile sync”
Pros
Watching leads progress all the way into closed deals is a useful feature and something I appreciate about the software.
Cons
Getting comfortable with the system was really hard because it's not very simple to understand or use and the mobile app never synced properly with the desktop version.

“Reliable lead tracking for years”
Pros
Managing leads and following their progress through the sales cycle is very easy with this software. We've relied on it for many years now and it continues to work well enough that we have no intention of switching to a different system.
Cons
One limitation is that it doesn't let us oversee every communication from within the platform. For bulk email campaigns and engagement tracking, we still depend on MailChimp to handle sends and monitor the email metrics.

“Flexible deal tracking”
Pros
This software has been very user-friendly while still giving plenty of flexibility and customization. It provides a clear overview and there are lots of options for adjusting and updating deals as needed. The reminders are helpful and the support team has also been very reliable.
Cons
Setting up a search with multiple parameters could be more easy.

“Clean interface”
Pros
Interface felt clean and the overall design was simple which made the product easy to use and quick to adapt to. Our team has been genuinely happy working with it.
Cons
At first, we were unsure about paying for it although in the end it turned out to be worth the cost. Even so, I still believe a freemium version with fewer features would help more people give it a try.

“Affordable and user-friendly CRM”
Pros
Right from the start, this software felt very user-friendly and simple to work with. It's affordable, doesn't take long to learn and I was able to get comfortable with it in less than 3 to 4 days. The help center covers just about everything you might need and the customer support team is fast, helpful and always ready to assist.
Cons
One thing it still lacks is a few features that would be useful after closing a deal especially for creating email marketing campaigns for contacts and following up on the next steps in the process.

“Powerful features”
Pros
Getting started was quick, the setup felt simple and the customer support team was excellent. It's a powerful platform at an affordable starting price and it still includes plenty of features without feeling stripped down.
Cons
UX takes a little time to get used to at first but it's manageable to learn and the customer support is very helpful whenever you run into issues.

“missing features”
Pros
Works really well for small businesses that want to keep their operations and sales process more organized.
Cons
It's missing some of the more advanced email automation features that the bigger players in this space offer but the overall value is still far better than the price.

“Sales pipeline boost”
Pros
This software has been really useful for bringing in new sales opportunities and keeping those leads organized and manageable. It helps simplify the marketing and sales workflow without making things complicated and the compatibility with many other apps is definitely a big advantage.
Cons
One frustrating part is the limited personalization. There is not much flexibility to customize things so you are pretty restricted when it comes to making changes.

“Flexible cloud CRM for teams”
Pros
It fits really well into existing workflows and is flexible enough to adapt without much hassle. Since it's cloud-based, different teams and departments can use it to keep business tasks moving more efficiently. It also works very well alongside other tools especially Google apps and email platforms.
Cons
There really aren't any big issues but the cost can get a little high depending on how much you use it. It also comes with a lot of features so it may take some time to learn everything though the support team and website resources are very helpful.

“Shared CRM boosts teamwork”
Pros
Our social media team uses it regularly to pass along the qualified leads coming in from our online campaigns to the sales team. Having a single place where everyone can contribute and keep the CRM organized has been really valuable for the business as we continue to grow. It's very user-friendly and the experience has been positive across all the teams involved especially the sales team which has been especially pleased with it.
Cons
One feature I'd still love to see is the ability to organize or map activities by customer location, such as city or county so we can better identify which areas deserve more attention in our social media campaigns. At the moment, we have to rely on a third-party app for that and having it built directly into the software would definitely make our workflow more efficient.

“highly customizable”
Pros
It feels welcoming and simple to work with. It's one of the few tools that genuinely seems designed by salespeople instead of purely technical teams and that really shows in the thoughtful details that make it stand out. Another big plus is how customizable it is which makes it much more comfortable to use day to day.
Cons
It has helped our team become more productive and honestly I haven't come across anything I truly dislike about it yet. If I had to mention one thing, it would be worth improving how complex tasks are handled so they feel a little more easy.

“Powerful integrations”
Pros
Right from the start, one thing I appreciated about Pipedrive was the 14-day trial that includes the Gold plan. Getting everything set up and ready to use was very easy and it didn't take long to start working with it. Another big plus is how well it connects with a wide range of marketing tools which makes it much simpler to manage different processes without making things feel overly complicated.
Cons
I don't have many complaints about it. If I had to point out anything, it would be that the pricing could feel a bit high for some people and the tools for tracking customer lifetime value are not as strong as they could be.

“Great Gmail CRM companion”
Pros
One of the biggest wins with this tool is how naturally it fits with Google Apps and Gmail. It's by far the most convenient and easy way I've used to keep track of email conversations inside a CRM and the interface looks polished and well designed too.
Cons
It doesn't offer quite as many features as some other CRM options out there. That said, I'd still choose this without hesitation over Salesforce even if it comes with a few minor drawbacks that are easy enough to live with.

“organized tool”
Pros
what I really appreciate is how customizable this software is. It also includes features you don't realize you need until you start using them. It does an excellent job of keeping deals and potential customers organized and moving in the right direction.
Cons
Now and then, the system does have some downtime and since I depend on it so much, that can be pretty frustrating. Aside from that, the program is outstanding.

“Flexible setup”
Pros
Flexibility has been the biggest win for our firm. We can add the data fields that matter to us and customize the platform to fit the way we work which makes the overall experience much more customizable.
Cons
One limitation is that it still has limited adoption in the market. That is especially noticeable in financial services, where many complementary systems offer integrations with other CRMs but not with Pipedrive. Even with that downside, the reasonable pricing and flexibility help make up for it.

“Pipeline visibility keeps us motivated”
Pros
Our team only recently started using it and we've really enjoyed being able to see how much business we've already closed compared with what's currently sitting in the pipeline. That visibility keeps everyone motivated and pushing ahead.
Cons
Nothing to complain about at this point. Our Sales Director rolled it out a little over a month ago and we've been very happy with the features and overall functionality.

“Tracking helps but poor integration”
Pros
It was useful for tracking certain items and the reminder feature helped the company stay on top of some tasks. That said, a lot of the apps we rely on just didn't work well with the program.
Cons
We weren't able to connect the phone system to record calls for internal purposes and adding the email list was also a challenge. Because of that, keeping track of everything in one place became difficult.
