“Pipeline alerts that deliver”
Pros
Plenty of parts of this tool work really well but the standout for me is how the pipeline is structured especially the aging notices and other opportunity warnings. The most valuable feature by far is the simple alert that tells you when nothing is scheduled for an opportunity, meaning there are no next steps, reminders or follow-up actions planned. That kind of thing can easily slip through the cracks if you're not paying close attention and anyone who has managed a pipeline knows exactly how that happens. It's that classic moment of realizing too late that you forgot to follow up. With this system, that's much less likely to happen and that alone makes it incredibly worthwhile. On top of that, the reports are clean, polished and still very capable. Excellent overall.
Cons
The click-to-call feature and some of the other integrations aren't as strong as they should be. That ended up being the reason I moved to another tool.

“Easy setup and helpful guidance”
Pros
Getting this CRM up and running was easy and the interface feels quite simple. The built-in guidance feature also helps a lot making the overall experience simple to follow and use.
Cons
Considering the price and what other tools in the same category offer, the functionality could definitely be stronger.

“Better sales pipeline visibility”
Pros
Using this gives your work a more professional perspective and helps the whole team stay aligned around the same goals. It lets you organize business opportunities by customer, by pipeline stage and even by product which makes everything much clearer. You can quickly view the amounts tied to each client and every sales opportunity and the automated daily email notifications are very useful once they've been set up.
Cons
To get the best results, sales reps need to understand the terminology and follow the sales process defined by the company.

“Flexible customer targeting”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how clearly it separates customers from prospects. I can also apply whatever filters I need around different customer or prospect types which makes targeting much more relevant. The deal stage names can be customized and the software is very editable overall so it fits my own business development process really well.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into anything negative while using the software so I don't have any complaints to mention at this point.

“Simple pipeline management”
Pros
It was easy to use from the start, with no real learning curve to deal with. Moving leads from one stage to another is simple and works a lot like Trello's drag-and-drop style which makes the whole process feel natural.
Cons
The integrations still need improvement. For instance, it doesn't connect with Xero and I'd really like to link invoices back to my clients. On top of that, the Silver package feels quite limited.

“costly plans”
Pros
For a small company, this CRM did a decent job and worked well enough for our needs but it never really felt worth the cost especially with so many free options available.
Cons
Pricing was the biggest downside. There just wasn't enough added value to justify paying for it when tools like HubSpot or Zoho offer similar benefits for less or even free.

“well-integrated tool”
Pros
Getting started with this software is fairly easy and using it feels comfortable and dependable. Everything works together really well which makes the platform feel well integrated. It's also convenient to use and stays consistent in how it performs.
Cons
One thing that feels unnecessary is that every reminder gets sent by email. It would also be much better if there were a dashboard for the pipeline along with a graphical view.

“Clean design”
Pros
Using this software has been a really enjoyable experience. The design looks polished and the overall usability is excellent. It's also very easy for new users to pick up and learn without much effort.
Cons
It is a little on the expensive side although I do think it justifies the cost. I'd also love to have a few more customization options but overall I really don't have anything major to complain about.

“Fast setup”
Pros
Within the first 20 to 30 minutes, I was already seeing value. It's easy enough to keep using regularly even though it isn't my main role. The integrations are well thought out and it fits naturally into a business development pipeline. I also appreciate how quickly I can scan the dashboard and pull out the key takeaways.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any real complaints about the software. If the data isn't kept up to date, that comes down to me not staying on top of entry. Unless it eventually uses AI and large data sources to handle that part for me, I have nothing to criticize.

“Simple deal tracking”
Pros
As details come in, it's simple to keep building everything out. When I add a contact, I can keep adding more information later. If I need to link that person to a company, I just do that. When a deal starts moving, I enter it and keep attaching the contact, company and activities along the way. Compared with other tools that feel like they were built mainly for managers, this one has a more easy, practical approach that fits how you actually work through a deal or manage a contact while collecting information over time.
Cons
A few things do have little tricks to learn but support is quick to guide you through them in a simple way. Other than that, the system feels very simple.

“Flexible funnels”
Pros
Clean interface, easy integration and managing products, customers and accounts is very manageable. The personalized funnels can also be adjusted to match specific requirements which adds useful flexibility.
Cons
Its focus is quite limited since it mainly handles opportunity management. Because we needed a CRM with more advanced features, this wasn't ultimately the option we chose.

“Custom fields”
Pros
The customizable columns, editable fields and drag-and-drop setup for contact fields are a big plus. It makes organizing information feel much more practical and customized to the way I work.
Cons
One thing that still feels limited is email linking since the only option is basically copying and pasting emails into the system. Follow-up scheduling can also get a bit confusing and because of that some items tend to slip through the cracks.

“Clear business tracking”
Pros
Keeping track of my businesses and the activities tied to them is much more organized with this tool so it's harder to overlook anything important. It also connects with a lot of other apps which makes it possible to do some really useful things without replacing the tools I'm already using. On top of that, the customer support team is incredibly responsive and genuinely helpful.
Cons
The only real drawback is that it's a paid tool but considering how much value it offers, the benefits are far bigger than what I've seen from many other tools on the market.

“Simple yet powerful”
Pros
It manages to be simple to use while still offering a lot of capability which is honestly a rare mix. Even though I'm not the main person using it, it still gives me exactly what I need when I need it.
Cons
At times, the mobile app navigation feels a bit confusing and it's not always obvious where I am within the application.

“Customizable CRM”
Pros
Getting this CRM up and running took hardly any time at all. It was probably the simplest setup process I've had with any CRM and the level of customization is something I really appreciate too.
Cons
One thing I'd still want improved is the reporting feature. It could be more powerful and a lot more user-friendly since it doesn't feel as simple as I expected.

“Sales pipeline done right”
Pros
Keeping sales organized is a lot less of a hassle with this tool. It's very easy to use and handles its core job extremely well. A lot of companies lose opportunities because follow-ups get missed and notes end up scattered everywhere but this makes tracking and improving the sales pipeline something that takes only a few minutes. The integrations with scheduling tools and email marketing apps are also really great so it fits nicely into an existing setup without much effort.
Cons
There's honestly not much to criticize here. It's simple and delivers exactly what it's built for and it does that really well. If anything, I'd only say it could be a bit better when it comes to sharing information between users but that's a pretty minor issue.

“Big boost for customer engagement”
Pros
This platform has completely changed how we run the business. Our admin and customer relations team now has a lot more time to be proactive because they no longer have to manually track customer interactions or log where each client is in the engagement process. The time savings have been huge and I really can't recommend it highly enough.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is a little more functionality. As our company grows, we do have some concerns about how well it would work for a large corporation compared with other options out there. It feels like a very strong fit for small to mid-sized businesses but we're not fully confident yet in how well it can scale with us.

“Reliable for any business size”
Pros
It does exactly what it's supposed to do. Whether you're working in a small business or a larger company, this software handles the basics really well and performs reliably.
Cons
There's still room for more creativity in some of the features. The mailing tool included with the Gold subscription is useful but it doesn't support variable text like a mail merge so automating personalized emails isn't really possible. The filters are also a little confusing because of how they're labeled. It would help if they took inspiration from Airtable and used clearer filter wording.

“Always improving and easy to use”
Pros
Right from the start, it feels very simple to use. New features keep coming out which makes the product better and better over time. It also connects with a wide range of other services so there's a lot of flexibility.
Cons
Because it's still a newer product compared to some of the bigger, more established platforms in this space, a few integrations with other services aren't built in natively. That said, there are still plenty of integrations available, along with great workarounds.

“Clear donor pipeline tracking”
Pros
It's really improved how our organization sees the prospective donor pipeline. The team appreciates how easy it is to use and being able to follow prospects through each stage of the sales process has been very helpful.
Cons
One issue we've run into is that new contacts, deals, leads and similar records don't always update in real time. There can be a delay and sometimes we have to refresh the page several times before a new entry appears.
