“User-friendly and easy to learn”
Pros
This software was very easy to use and teaching other people how to use it has been just as simple. The platform feels extremely user friendly and doesn't take much time to learn.
Cons
Honestly, I can't point to any real downsides with this software. The platform is genuinely simple to use and quick to learn.

“Quick setup and helpful reminders”
Pros
Getting started took far less time than I expected. I assumed setup and learning the system would take at least an hour or two but within about 20 minutes I was already seeing how useful it could be. The automatic email reminders are really helpful and I appreciated being able to try it out with the free trial.
Cons
One thing that bothers me is seeing the page covered in red arrows when I'm behind on my activities. It definitely makes it obvious that I've got work piling up and there's really no way to hide it.

“Great lead tracking companion”
Pros
Keeping track of deals and lead relationships is much more manageable with this tool. It's very user-friendly too, once you set up your stages, you can simply drag and drop users from one step to the next. It also lets you add custom fields and store details for each potential lead which is really useful. On top of that, the notes and follow-up reminders make it much easier to stay on top of every opportunity.
Cons
Don't have any complaints about this tool. It's been excellent overall, the customer support is outstanding and they continue to release new updates and features regularly.

“smart integrations”
Pros
From day one, the lead management CRM felt simple organized and flexible enough to fit just about any company size. It has made a huge difference in aligning our sales process. I'd absolutely recommend starting with the free trial since it gives you the full thirty days to explore the plans, see how everything works and figure out which option actually fits your team. The Silver plan is priced very fairly and includes the core CRM features most small to midsize businesses need. Sales can get chaotic fast but this platform removes a lot of that stress. Setting up custom pipelines for individual users is easy and moving or viewing deals across pipelines is really convenient. Being able to run two separate pipelines side by side has been especially useful for testing and refining our sales strategy and outreach efforts. Another big plus is sending emails directly from inside the CRM which saves time and makes it easier to stay on top of follow-ups and next steps like discovery calls, presentations and proposals. It also connects with more than 100 apps and integrations. We linked it with Lead Liaison, our lead generation tracking tool so new leads and prospects flow in without manual entry between systems. If you do not want to rely on integrations, spreadsheet imports are also available and you can assign deals and prospects to specific owners during the process. One of the strongest features is the ability to import contacts and merge them with existing records which helps prevent duplicate entries. It also works really well for teams that need access on the go. Custom reports can be emailed out for updates on activities, calls and emails and the mobile app lets you stay connected to your pipeline, clients and sales team from anywhere.
Cons
The biggest limitation for us is with the Silver plan compared with Gold. Silver does not include some of the more advanced features such as two-way email syncing, a call scheduler and email tracking. At the same time, moving everyone to Gold does not make sense because only a small number of users would actually need those added tools. It would be much better if there were a way to upgrade only certain users to Gold while keeping everyone else on Silver. We also use the Slack integration to alert our team when deals are identified, won or lost. Right now though, more detailed notifications require a third-party tool like Zapier and I have not been able to get that setup working properly for us. I have already contacted support on both sides and still have not found a fix so there is definitely a chance you may run into integration issues without getting much useful support from either platform.

“Strong CRM”
Pros
Built with end users in mind, this works really well for businesses that manage a lot of products for sale especially because of the integrations it offers. For a small business, it feels very great thanks to the third-party connections available. The CRM does an excellent job of keeping the sales picture clear and the interface is very interactive with useful drag-and-drop functionality. It also helps that product statuses can be tracked remotely, whether from a phone or from the office desktop.
Cons
One thing that needs improvement is the contact lists which should refresh automatically. It would also be much better if notes could be created in bulk and arranged more effectively so older and newer notes are easier to read through.

“Simple setup and flexible workflow”
Pros
Right away, the simple layout and aligned dashboard made the system very easy to understand. Since our schedules are packed, it was a big plus that we could fully set up our sales activities and import customers in less than an hour. We did have one question during setup so we sent it through the chat box and got a reply within just a couple of minutes which gave us a very positive impression of the support team. The platform is fully customizable so once we mapped out the process each client follows from first contact to sale and follow-up, adding our workflow tasks was pretty simple. The calendar feature also helped us assign dates to every task and having all notes automatically date-stamped turned out to be really useful. Another feature we appreciated was how current tasks are automatically pushed to the top of the list, along with color coding that clearly shows what is upcoming, due now or overdue. We're also using the Zapier integration to connect with MailChimp for customer email communication and it's good to see there are plenty of other integrations available if we want to expand later. After testing a few much more expensive options, my clients were especially happy with the free trial and even the paid upgrade is priced quite reasonably.
Cons
The one thing that gives me pause is that support is only available during weekday office hours, Monday through Friday although they do offer a fairly large library of tutorials.

“Helpful seller support”
Pros
Built with sellers in mind, this product has been a real help in my day-to-day work. It's pleasant to use and I can clearly see how much it improves and simplifies my workflow.
Cons
I'd still add a few more options for applying discounts especially so they can be used during negotiations. It would also be useful to have more functions available on mobile. For the Spanish version, the search tool should recognize accented characters as well.

Compared with other sales forecasting tools on the market, this one feels much less complicated to manage which makes day-to-day use more easy.

A few of the more basic functions still need work especially things like detecting duplicate organizations and contacts.

“Great CRM for small teams”
Pros
Running this CRM in a small business has been really easy. It's very simple to use and the integrations with our project management board and Zapier have helped automate a big portion of our workflow.
Cons
As the system grows some tasks become a bit tough and take quite a bit of time especially when cleaning thousands of contacts or companies or making changes to older fields.

“Powerful sales team coordination”
Pros
One thing this software really delivers is a strong set of core features that help us organize our processes and standardize the way our structure is set up across the team. It has been very effective for managing all of our sales activities especially with a remote sales team working across different geographic locations.
Cons
It works best when you already have your own workflows established although that becomes less of a problem because the support team is available and willing to help when needed.

“Easy workflow for everyone”
Pros
Everything about it feels simple and easy. It just clicks and I can show it to pretty much anyone on the team and they're able to understand our process and start contributing right away.
Cons
Nothing major comes to mind. It handles what we need really well though having stronger analytics and forecasting capabilities would be a nice addition.

Pros
It's a well-structured, focused business tool that keeps daily operations organized and under control. Very practical for managing everyday activity.

“Simple sharing and customization”
Pros
Using it has been really simple and sharing things with others is just as easy. The interface feels very simple and it's easy to navigate and customize to fit what I need.
Cons
This is more of a feature wish than an actual downside but it would be really helpful to have a way to export a deal along with its notes and contacts. Other than that, I really haven't run into any real cons.

“Fully customizable”
Pros
Everything runs online and the app support is complete which makes it really convenient to use. The system can also be customized in detail to match specific requirements, including the option to add your own reference numbers.
Cons
New users may need a basic understanding of how CRM software works before getting started although the available guides do help with that. Like any CRM, its value really depends on the quality of the information that gets entered.

“Powerful front-line performance boost”
Pros
This platform is a really strong fit for companies that are ready to move away from the other tools they've been relying on. It works best when you're open to adjusting the rest of your stack to align with it because if you need it to bend around every existing tool, it probably won't be the right choice. Our only real downside on the positive side was that the reporting felt a bit limited compared with Salesforce. That said, we chose it to strengthen front-line workflows and team performance, not to closely monitor every little thing the team does.
Cons
There are still some odd bugs and glitches that pop up from time to time and they definitely take away from the overall experience. The platform also feels fairly slow at points so I'd really like to see more effort put into improving speed and making the experience faster overall.

“Low-impact sales tool win”
Pros
After a couple of years using it, this has been a very user-friendly, low-impact tool from a VP of Sales standpoint. Compared with other products in this category, it doesn't force reps to spend hours and hours keeping everything updated. Getting started is quick and the learning curve is short.
Cons
The admin side could be stronger and the filtering options still have room to grow. I also wish it connected directly with Zoho Mail.

“Customizable pipeline that delivers”
Pros
Being able to customize the sales pipeline along with the fields for contacts and opportunities made this the ideal fit for our team. We're a relatively small sales group with around six different engagement types to handle and it keeps everything organized while making sure we don't miss any step in the sales process. That has definitely improved how effective we are and how quickly we respond. At this point, I can't imagine working without it.
Cons
At the beginning, it wasn't completely clear during onboarding how to set the system up in the most effective way for our needs. Still, it was flexible enough to let us adjust as we learned and reorganize our data along the way. After that, we really haven't had any issues.

“Simple sales oversight”
Pros
Since rolling this out, our sales team has everything they need to handle calls and stay on top of their daily activities. Because it's web-based, keeping an eye on what everyone is doing and managing the team overall is very easy. We've also been really happy with how simple the software feels.
Cons
There really aren't many downsides with this software but the biggest challenge for us is moving or merging sales contacts and leads to another salesperson. That becomes an issue whenever territories get reassigned or we have changes within the sales team.

“fast onboarding”
Pros
Getting started with this platform was surprisingly quick. Training our sales team and account managers barely takes any time so they can jump right back into their work without much interruption. Adjusting the workflow to fit our company was also very easy and it offers a lot more functionality than many of the cheaper or free CRM and pipeline tools we looked at.
Cons
It is definitely a bit expensive although it really does feel like one of those cases where you get what you pay for. There are plenty of other CRM and pipeline options that cost much less or are even free but the level of quality here really stands out.

“Full lead visibility boost”
Pros
Productivity has gone up a lot and it's much easier to measure results. For every lead in the system, you can work together with co-workers, follow where they are in the sales cycle and see their potential value and profitability. The Outlook integration, along with the option to send and track emails, gives a complete picture of each lead.
Cons
One limitation is with mail merges sent through Word/Outlook since those emails aren't tracked automatically. To have them recorded properly, each email has to be sent one by one.
