was easy to set up

Pros

I found Pipedrive CRM really simple to get up and running and it didn't take me long to feel comfortable using it. The interface feels well designed and I have liked using it to keep track of both my business activities and prospective clients in one place.

Cons

What stood out to me on the downside is that the interface can feel a bit overloaded with a lot of information and text showing on the screen.

Solid CRM tool well-integrated with the apps ecosystem

Pros

This CRM is highly intuitive and I really its strong integrations with other apps through Zapier.

Cons

The license is not cheap and migrating data seamlessly from one Pipedrive account to another is not simple task as I thought initially.

My Pipedrive Experience

Pros

I love how intuitive and visual the interface is. Also it is very user-friendly which allows me to see my entire sales pipeline at a glance. It feels like a chessboard where each piece represents a sales opportunity and I can easily move them between stages. The task automation is a real time-saver, eliminating repetitive tasks. Real-time reports are fantastic for tracking my sales performance without needing complex calculations. Overall it simplifies managing sales and makes it even a bit fun.

Cons

It is very very expensive. While I generally like the interface, it can feel overwhelming with all the available options and settings. It takes some time to set everything up just the way I want it. Also, the mobile app is not as robust as the desktop version which makes management on the app quite frustrating.

Organized sales and stronger relationships

Pros

Using Pipedrive CRM has really helped me fix the issue of having a scattered and unorganized sales process. I can now manage deals and leads in a much clearer, more structured way and that has made a noticeable difference in how I work. On top of that, I have seen an improvement in the way I handle customer relationships which has been a big plus for my team.

Cons

Pipedrive CRM is very user friendly and simple to navigate. I haven't come across anything I dislike about it so far.

A dream to work with as an admin/IT

Pros

For me and my company, the API is very important. We have a fluctuating target group and update our leads every month, which used to be a hassle. Now, the API makes it easy. With the API, automation and filters, our sales team can focus on selling instead of managing leads and making decisions. They can just work through the prepared list and make calls.

Cons

From an admin perspective, the only downside I see is the 10,000 leads per day rate limit, which requires us to be cautious when updating due to the volume of our leads.

Pipedrive's User-Friendly / CRM Tool

Pros

Pipedrive provides a unique dashboard that nicely tracks tasks and projects across a diverse range of clients.

Cons

From a reporting standpoint, the capabilities are limited if I am looking for advanced methods to review data, especially for a large organization on a smaller plan.

great crm for marketing

Pros

Pipedrive is a really great CRM and marketing tool overall and from my experience it feels very user friendly and easy to use. For managing customer relationships and handling marketing activities, I think it does a very good job and feels well organized in day to day use.

Cons

One thing I'd keep in mind is that there's also a paid plan so that may be something to consider depending on the budget and the features needed.

PipeDrive makes tracking sales easy

Pros

Salespeople are not usually tech savvy but PipeDrive makes tracking and following up on sales easy. Plus, PipeDrive has its own marketplace where I can install a wide range of applications to improve tracking and follow-ups.

Cons

Initially, setting everything up was quite difficult, but once its all up and running, the experience is smooth sailing.

Great Starter CRM for New Users

Pros

Entering new contacts into the system or performing a bulk import is very simple. Searching for contacts using custom fields is easy and I can select multiple contacts at once to edit their information. Creating custom columns to organize the information I need is also a hassle free task now.

Cons

Its not great at automatically organizing tasks or checking for overlaps. It lacks a lead generation tool and does not have email marketing integration like more modern real estate CRMs.
