“Clear customer care tool”
Pros
Right away, this software feels clear, practical and essential for anyone who really wants to take care of customers. It's simple to use, covers all the important needs and the customer service has been very good whenever help is needed. I also appreciate how well it connects with other apps because it brings together everything people need to manage customer relationships properly.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is having more ways to connect events with accounts and the other way around. The Android app is also less convenient to use than the website and using the site on a tablet is not very user-friendly either.

“Easy pipeline tracking”
Pros
Everything feels simple and it really helps keep sales pipelines, contacts, follow-ups, negotiation stages and similar tasks under control.
Cons
The reporting side wasn't very strong so we didn't get a clear overall view. That may have changed by now.

“Powerful analytics”
Pros
Coming to this as an alternative to Salesforce, I've only recently started using it but the data and analytics have already been a standout. I especially appreciate being able to track exactly where deals are being lost in the pipeline and assign reasons for why that's happening. The amount of functionality included at the Gold level feels impressive for the price, particularly when you compare it with other platforms like Salesforce.
Cons
A few features we rely on in Salesforce aren't available here and there is some concern that we may outgrow the platform over time. At the moment though, it still fits our needs really well.

“Affordable bulk sending”
Pros
Running high-volume campaigns with this ESP has been a really positive experience. It offers a great range of features, the support team is helpful and the staff is genuinely pleasant to work with. The pricing is especially attractive for senders like us who manage large volumes.
Cons
The biggest frustration is its limited integration options compared to larger platforms. Because it's a smaller provider, it doesn't connect as widely with the WordPress plugins we rely on. For things like signup forms, whenever we want to use tools such as Sumo or OptinMonster, we usually have to contact their IT team to see whether it can be supported, get custom code written or move users from Mailchimp over to this tool manually.

“Fast pipeline setup”
Pros
Setting up the pipeline we needed was quick and customizing it to fit our workflow was just as easy. The platform feels fast and simple to use.
Cons
Honestly, it's been an excellent project and I've had a hard time finding any real downsides. That said, I'm not a very experienced CRM user so I may not be the best person to judge the limitations.

“great lead tracking and reports”
Pros
Keeping sales leads organized with this tool has been really helpful and it does a very good job of tracking progress toward goals through its reporting features.
Cons
As a full 360-degree customer relationship management platform, it falls short a bit. That side of the software isn't very simple to use.

“Powerful sales tracking”
Pros
The analytical side of this software has been the biggest advantage for me. Being able to monitor how sales are progressing with each client and generate sales funnel reports has been especially useful. I also rely heavily on the Google Calendar integration and the deal follow-up feature. With the huge volume of email communication we handle, those tools have helped keep everything far more organized and manageable. Another feature I really appreciate is the option to save notes from previous client meetings. It makes a real difference because clients notice when I remember past conversations and they genuinely value that.
Cons
One downside is that customer support is quite slow. We had to wait on the web chat for a long time before a specialist became available.

“Simple setup and great integrations”
Pros
This CRM was refreshingly easy to use. It's one of the most user-friendly CRMs I've worked with and it's far simpler to set up, manage and use than Salesforce. The app and integration options are excellent too, with just about every tool you'd want available to connect and sync with your CRM.
Cons
Its biggest strength also ends up being its only downside, the simplicity. At times it feels a little too stripped down and I'd like to have more customization options in certain areas.

“Better sales team organization”
Pros
Keeping the sales team organized has been much better with this platform. We used a smaller system before and switching to this one has helped us stay on top of everything more effectively.
Cons
Customer support hasn't been as helpful as what we've seen with other platforms. A lot of the time, it feels like we end up explaining things to them instead of getting the guidance we need.

“CRM finally clicks”
Pros
After five years of jumping from one CRM to another, this is the one that finally stuck for us. Our Dev team had no trouble connecting to the API and our Sales team picked it up even faster. Reporting is easy, tracking ongoing work is simple and the whole system has been a really great fit. I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
Since the initial setup, we really haven't run into any major problems. The only thing I'd still like to see is a round-robin assignment option for leads that come in unassigned.

“Fantastic value and easy use”
Pros
Right from the start, this software was simple to use and easy for the whole team to pick up. Everyone knows how to work with it, the features are excellent and the price really makes it hard to beat. Honestly, I'd rate it a 10 out of 10 because the learning curve is almost nonexistent.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about since it does what we need it to do. The only thing that might have made the experience even better would have been a welcome call at the beginning but overall it's still an excellent product.

“Handy nearby feature”
Pros
Keeping contacts organized with this software is pretty easy and it works really well for simple contact management. The "nearby" feature is especially useful when I'm out visiting clients in a certain area since it helps me see who is close by and plan stops more efficiently.
Cons
The contact import process can be a bit confusing especially when trying to match each category to the correct header. If details like city and state are not imported correctly, the system tends to assign them on its own which can end up placing accounts in the wrong city or state.

“Startup-friendly funnel support”
Pros
Running a startup or small business gets a lot more manageable with this tool especially when it comes to building a process and turning new leads into customers. Big-name platforms like Salesforce or Zoho are out there but this one delivers some of the most useful features with support that feels much more suited to smaller businesses, all at a price that makes sense.
Cons
One area that still feels limited is automation since there are not many integrations available within the system yet. It also seems like the platform still has room to grow when it comes to adopting newer technology.

“Red alerts help close deals”
Pros
One feature that really helped was being able to set important alerts and they show up as red banners inside the funnel. That makes it much easier to identify the people who need special attention so you can stay on top of them and improve your chances of closing the business.
Cons
Missing feature is a built-in marketing platform for uploading documents and creating CTA buttons to attract and capture new visitors on your website.

“Powerful cloud sales forecasting”
Pros
Having everything in the cloud makes this application really practical because I can access it anytime and keep my sales records updated without depending on one device. It also helps a lot with decision-making since I can create sales projections, generate business forecasts and review detailed sales reports whenever I need them. The platform is organized into useful sections, Business lets me monitor each opportunity, see what is still in progress and understand the related costs, Mail gives me the assigned email account and lets me manage sent and received messages, Activities helps track calls, meetings, times, places and other business tasks and Statistics provides reporting based on company, staff and other business figures.
Cons
The only real downside I can point out is that it does not integrate with Outlook which is still an essential tool for business communication and contact management.

“Perfect sales team fit”
Pros
Coming from a smaller company, we worried this software wouldn't adapt well to our specific business model but it's actually worked out really well. It fits our sales approach, helps us stay focused on growing the business and makes reporting incredibly fast. The functionality is easy enough that everyone on our team was able to get comfortable with it quickly. We're really happy we decided to switch.
Cons
There's definitely not a lot of flexibility when it comes to customization and we also can't download files directly to the desktop.

“Better lead tracking and forecasting”
Pros
After moving to this platform a little over two years ago, our sales workflow has become much more effective. We have seen clear improvement in both lead generation and lead management and it has helped us keep track of every stage of our sales activities much more efficiently. The system feels simple to use and the customer support team has been very reliable whenever we have needed help. One feature I especially appreciate is the sales forecast tool because it has helped us make our pricing more dynamic by allowing the team to adjust offers to customers based on the predictive data it provides.
Cons
One issue I have run into is uploading spreadsheets since the process can take far too long before the upload is completed successfully.

“Flexible fields”
Pros
Right away, the platform felt simple to work with. Everything is well laid out, simple to navigate and organized in a way that makes day-to-day use really convenient. The calendar, activity tools, notifications and overall interface are all standout features and the UI honestly feels better than a lot of competing products. One feature that has been especially valuable is the option to create custom fields. Another big advantage for us is being able to add a contact without filling in required fields. We previously used HubSpot and Cloze and both required an email, phone number or social profile just to create a contact. Since a lot of our leads come from community forums where that information is not available at first, this has made entering new leads dramatically easier.
Cons
Every now and then, the system can feel a little slow especially when sending emails. Another minor frustration is that when I create a Contact and then create a Deal, any notes or emails logged under the Contact do not carry over to the Deal. That means I have to make sure everything is entered again under the Deal itself. One other small issue is with email tracking, it shows that an email was opened but if the message was sent to two people, it does not tell you which recipient actually opened it.

“All-in-one value”
Pros
After comparing a lot of options, this was the one that finally checked all the boxes for our business. We needed a true all-in-one system that could handle project management, time tracking, payments, file and image uploads, sales tracking, client emails and more and this platform does all of that really well. It also connects with other tools we already rely on, like CompanyCam, Gmail and MailChimp which made the transition even better. A lot of the other programs we looked at were far more expensive and much more complicated than what we wanted. We were looking for something customizable, packed with useful features, affordable and still simple enough for every team member to learn without a struggle. This software works well for both beginners and more experienced users. Even though it's built as a CRM, it can be customized to fit other workflows too. On top of that, the customer service, online resources and helpful tips have been excellent. It really ended up being exactly what our company needed and we've been very happy with it.
Cons
There isn't much to complain about. The only adjustment was that contact sorting is currently done by first name only, while I usually look up jobs by last name. It took a little time to get used to but I've been told that's something they plan to update.

“Fantastic all-in-one CRM”
Pros
The way it connects with external calendars, contacts, email and even Google Maps makes it incredibly practical. The reports come out clean and genuinely useful and the interface feels friendly, simple and easy from the start. It's also affordable and simple to migrate to if you're switching over from another CRM system.
Cons
There really aren't many negatives to mention. A few extra features would be welcome but it already covers all the essentials very well. It can pull information from Outlook though it doesn't send data back into it so small additions like that would make it even better. Even with that limitation, it works very well as a one-stop CRM solution.
