“Optimizes outreach and polished interface
Pros
Reply really helps me optimize outreach campaigns. Also it's easy to use and the interface looks very polished.
Cons
My main gripe is that I cannot track multiple links or clicks within a single email which feels like a limiting omission.

Reply's best-in-class tools and analytics have consistently boosted my business results and I really value its simplicity and great support.
Cons
I find the main drawback is the price, particularly once I add over three email accounts but I think it's worth it.

This tool feels lightweight and simple to operate. Its adaptable nature has let me apply it across numerous scenarios and I have noticed nearly instant payback on what we invested in our workflows and teams overall
Cons
I still wish the product included a few more capabilities we need within the app. That said, we've enrolled in the beta preview and I am excited to see the broader feature set roll out for our team soon!

Automating the day-to-day communication for our salespeople has really simplified my life and I now have significantly more time to concentrate on other important tasks and priorities.
Cons
I find each contact's activity profile somewhat hard to read. it feels overcrowded and cluttered and because that part is not very user-friendly I often end up missing several important details I actually need.

Getting used to Reply was much easier than I expected. Once I logged in, everything felt simple and made sense quickly. When I had an issue, I found helpful articles in the Support Center and there is even a bot that connects me to a real person. Support usually replies within about four minutes, often with screenshots and advice that fixes the problem. They also follow up on anything I have reported. I also really like how it uses AI to help me write smooth emails and lets me personalize messages with custom fields so I do not have to edit each one by hand. The platform saves all campaign data and I can turn it into custom reports to see if my outreach is working. It is also very handy that it stores email replies in one place, so I can find them quickly without searching my inbox.
Cons
One thing I'd like to see is an option in Reply's reports to view opens and reply rates as percentages so I can track growth over time. Right now the reports only display the raw counts of opens and replies which makes it harder to spot trends. It would also be great if email steps had an autosave feature. sometimes the page reloads unexpectedly and all the text disappears if I haven't clicked the Save button which is really frustrating.

It takes care of an enormous amount of the outreach grind when I am chasing cold prospects. It's a great email-sequence tool that also supports multiple channels like email, calls, LinkedIn messages, connection requests and more so I can mix approaches. I particularly appreciate the suggestion engine because it helps me craft emails and messages that are more likely to get a reply. Best of all, they offer a free trial, so I can try everything out myself before committing to buy.
Cons
What frustrates me is that the LinkedIn automation capability is tucked behind a paywall, so I cannot use it unless I upgrade. As a result, I end up handling all LinkedIn actions manually which becomes really tedious and inefficient when I am working at scale with lots of prospects.

We were able to spin up campaigns quickly with Reply thanks to its streamlined setup and it gives us plenty of features to pull actionable insights from our data. It really elevated our sales automation to a whole new level. Our team managed to boost capacity by five times after adopting Reply. We're now seeing a higher volume of warm leads coming from the campaigns we run through the platform. Overall, it's a fantastic piece of software.
Cons
I have found Reply's customer support to be outstanding. whenever something in the application is unclear, they are quick to jump in and guide me. They consistently help resolve any problems I encounter with our marketing campaigns.

“Email setup keeps out of spam
Pros
I have found Reply's automation tools for running sales campaigns to be incredibly useful. Also, I really value their help getting email accounts properly set up so they don't trip every spam filter under the sun that service has been priceless to me.
Cons
One annoyance I have is that certain billing features like HubSpot integration cost extra which I find a little frustrating. On top of that, being charged for the whole year up front instead of paying monthly really bothers me.

The customer support and overall service have been excellent. When I have questions, the team always answers quickly through chat.
Cons
I do wish some of the search features would surface more matches and make sorting results easier. For instance, I often have to type an exact name to find someone Jon won't show up if I search John which is frustrating. Also, it would be much more useful if I could sort my contacts by email domain rather than only alphabetically, so I could group everyone from @google.com together.
