“Boosted capacity five times
Pros
We were able to spin up campaigns quickly with Reply thanks to its streamlined setup and it gives us plenty of features to pull actionable insights from our data. It really elevated our sales automation to a whole new level. Our team managed to boost capacity by five times after adopting Reply. We're now seeing a higher volume of warm leads coming from the campaigns we run through the platform. Overall, it's a fantastic piece of software.
Cons
I have found Reply's customer support to be outstanding. whenever something in the application is unclear, they are quick to jump in and guide me. They consistently help resolve any problems I encounter with our marketing campaigns.

“Email setup keeps out of spam
Pros
I have found Reply's automation tools for running sales campaigns to be incredibly useful. Also, I really value their help getting email accounts properly set up so they don't trip every spam filter under the sun that service has been priceless to me.
Cons
One annoyance I have is that certain billing features like HubSpot integration cost extra which I find a little frustrating. On top of that, being charged for the whole year up front instead of paying monthly really bothers me.

“Quick chat answers always
Pros
The customer support and overall service have been excellent. When I have questions, the team always answers quickly through chat.
Cons
I do wish some of the search features would surface more matches and make sorting results easier. For instance, I often have to type an exact name to find someone Jon won't show up if I search John which is frustrating. Also, it would be much more useful if I could sort my contacts by email domain rather than only alphabetically, so I could group everyone from @google.com together.

“Saves hours after setup is complete
Pros
Once I got past the somewhat tricky set-up process, Reply became an incredibly helpful tool for anyone involved in enterprise sales. I can run custom email campaigns much faster than I ever could through Outlook or GMail and the pricing is considerably more reasonable compared with competing solutions like those from Salesforce. After the initial configuration is finished, this tool consistently saves me hours of work every week, so once it's up and running it's a real time-saver for salespeople.
Cons
Getting through the set-up process was tough for me as a new user and I didn't get access to a live customer success representative from the company to help until I actually started paying for the platform. The app can be a bit finicky sometimes in ways that aren't mission-critical. for example, my email signature will occasionally vanish from the preview tab in my sequences and I have to re-paste it before sending emails. The LinkedIn automation looks promising but still feels unpolished I struggle with things like custom LinkedIn InMail messages which remain difficult to manage.

“Built-in safeguards, personalized hubspot help
Pros
One thing I value most is how easy it is to build sequences, set up automations and connect everything to HubSpot. And A/B testing is also simple to run. Customer support has been outstanding too. Even though we are a small account by typical SaaS standards, they treated us like a much bigger client. We got hands-on, personalized help with setup, not just instructions on a website. I also appreciate the built-in safeguards that help keep our domains from being marked as spam.
Cons
We've noticed there are more extra fees than I'd prefer which is a bit annoying. To enable calling features on our account we have to keep a minimum balance in the platform wallet and that requirement feels unnecessary. It's a minor gripe overall and I expect it will become irrelevant once we're fully operational and established.

“provide self-learning resources
Pros
Having tested a number of cheaper outbound tools, we were genuinely excited when we found it. It has a great interface while packing plenty of helpful capabilities. I also appreciated the excellent self-learning resources and whenever we reached out for support the team responded promptly and helpfully.
Cons
Right now the LinkedIn integration feels pretty glitchy. Because of those issues, I have reverted to using a separate LinkedIn-focused tool until it's more reliable, so that part of my workflow isn't depending on Reply at the moment.

“love the dashboards
Pros
I am a big fan of the interface it's clean and the dashboards make it easy for me to keep an eye on all my metrics. Customer support is also excellent. they respond quickly and on average I get a reply in about four minutes!
Cons
One thing I have noticed is that the automated texting could use some improvements it's connected through a third-party provider Twilio which means I cannot track those messaging metrics directly on the dashboard.

“works the best
Pros
As a small team, we rely on Reply to help us compete beyond our size when it comes to outreach. It's freed up so many hours each week that we've been able to refine our hiring forecasts and planning.
Cons
In our experience, the LinkedIn email finder is useful but doesn't always locate or provide accurate addresses. It also sometimes mislabels replies as interested or not, so we end up monitoring and fixing those manually.

I'd like it to allow a higher daily sending limit 200 emails per address feels too restrictive for my needs.

“Warm-up service changed everything
Pros
That email warm-up service completely changed things for us! We managed to begin outreach with far greater confidence we'd actually land in recipients inboxes.
