“seamless onboarding and great support”
Pros
Onboarding was super easy and I picked it up quickly. The helpful user guides and excellent support made it even easier to resolve any issues I encountered.
Cons
One thing I like to see is a slightly improved preview during the campaign creation process. Additionally more detailed and streamlined analytics breakdowns would be helpful.

Pros
I love how easy the site is to use. Also it is simple to navigate and use each individual feature.
Cons
Sometimes the site encounters issues with suppression lists resulting in emails being sent to people on those lists. The update process also takes a long time and we occasionally face delays in loading segments.

Pros
What stands out the most is the exceptional quality of the team and the outstanding support they offer. Whether we are implementing their gamification features or working on a custom campaign, the XtremePush team is always professional, responsive and collaborative. They treat us like an extension of their business which makes managing complex, multi-channel projects much easier.
Cons
Only downside is that we don't meet up more frequently to celebrate our successes. While we do have the chance to meet once a year at their incredible London Summit, I would love to have more events like this to further strengthen our partnership and celebrate our joint achievements.
