Pros

I like the customer support for the software. The customer representatives are very supportive and understanding. I am a person who has no prior background in technology. As a result, I get worried and anxious before I use any software. Therefore, I always need a little help in the beginning phases. Luckily, the software representatives understood this problem and helped me get my hands on the software, even though my questions might be a little vague. Kudos to the software, and cheers to their customer support representatives!

Cons

As mentioned, although the customer representatives were very supportive, the application is a little difficult to start with. I believe that the application was hard to understand the first few times. I have had experience with applications where the user interface was simpler than CyCHART software. Although others might find it easy to use the application, for tech noobs like me, it is a little harder. Thus, I would like it if the upcoming versions of the software could solve this issue.

Pros

The best part about the application is its features. The reporting functionality of the system is very accurate and free of errors. At least, I have not experienced any mistakes with the reports generated by the CyCHART software. Furthermore, the software allows you to customize the reports in a variety of formats. Thus, this makes it very easy to cater to the differing requirements of the managers depending on the reports that I am working on. Besides, the best part about the software is that it is very easy and simple to use. This is a huge deal for a person like me who does not know anything about technology. Thus, I highly recommend it to others!

Cons

There is one major flaw with the software. I noticed that the software hangs frequently. Initially, I thought that it might be just a one- or two-time thing. However, I was a little annoyed when the software started getting stuck more often. The worst part is that you have to restart the system when this happens.

Pros

After the organization’s data was compromised while we were using another software, initially I was pretty hesitant to risk using another EHR software. However, I started using the CyChart software upon the consistent encouragement of a colleague, and I am glad that I made this move. CyChart is a very reliable software. Not only me, but my entire department is happy with the system as it provides data security and backup to the users. Thereby, I would highly recommend others to try out this application, especially those organizations that have sensitive data to deal with.

Cons

The softwares pricing strategies, in my opinion, are the only thing lacking. I think that the software is a little pricey. Although it does cover the data security aspect perfectly, even then, the application’s costs are a little higher. Thus, this makes an application unaffordable, especially for the smaller companies and start-ups, as they are already on a tight schedule.
