Great customer support

Pros

The system is undoubtedly easy to use. Moreover, their customer support is fantastic. Whenever I encounter any issues, I can contact them via email, and they respond quickly. This level of support makes the software the best and reliable for me.

Cons

One aspect that I somewhat dislike is that every time there is a software update, it causes issues. It is their only downside because the software updates are never seamless. They often come with glitches and it takes a few days for the system to adjust to them.
