It gets the job done

Pros

It effectively handles EMR services, including demographics, eligibility checks, and billing. I appreciate the ability to create and print payment receipts attached to charts and generate work/school absence letters.

Cons

Isnt always extremely user friendly. I think that it could be more high tech. The biggest thing for my clinic is the fact that Quest Quanum cannot be integrated with the system to automatically upload our urine drug screen results so we have to manually load them.
