Pros
Switching to a new practice management system is never something people get excited about especially after 15+ years in the field so I knew it would take work. Even so their entire team was consistently there for me and my staff throughout the transition. I've heard plenty of nightmare stories (and dealt with some myself) with bigger practice management vendors so the level of support given to my small but growing team by them was a huge reason I went with this software. They really back their product and the software is capable of some impressive things from an analytics standpoint.

It's definitely more advanced than the system I was moving away from so getting comfortable with it took some time.
