  • Once logged in to the MD Admins software, you will be directed to the main dashboard. The dashboard displays different options and functionalities available to you. 
  • Set up your practice or clinic by adding patients, providers, and locations. Click on the "Settings" button on the top right corner of the dashboard and select "Practice Settings." 
  • To add a patient, click the "Patients" tab in the navigation bar and select "Add Patient." You will be prompted to enter the patient's information, such as their name, date of birth, and contact details. 
  • Add a provider or staff member by clicking on the "Providers" or "Staff" tab in the navigation bar and then selecting "Add Provider" or "Add Staff." 
  • Once you have added patients, providers, and locations, you can start scheduling appointments by clicking on the "Schedule" tab in the navigation bar. You can also select the provider or location and then choose a date and time for the appointment. 
  • To manage to bill, click the "Billing" tab in the navigation bar and then select "Manage Claims." Here, you can create and submit claims to insurance companies and track the status of each claim. 
  • Generate reports and view analytics by clicking the "Reports" tab in the navigation bar. Select different types of reports, such as financial reports or patient reports, to help you gain insights into your practice's performance.
