It has an excellent support and billing team. They respond quickly and their pricing is hard to beat.
Cons
I'd like to see better integration with payroll software like Gusto, along with more options to customize report templates.

Pros
The website and data collection app have a clean layout and are simple to move through. Support responds quickly and handles issues efficiently. Company leadership is also accessible and willing to step in whenever something comes up. On top of that, the billing team meets with us every other week to go over outstanding claims, claim errors and related items.
Cons
Typing in raw data takes quite a bit of time although I was recently told they're working on a better way to handle that. The billing system also has a few limitations and we've had to create workarounds but our team stays on top of it and we're always able to get past those obstacles.
