Pros
Using it feels quick and easy for me and I find the range of question types for polling very useful. I also appreciate the anonymous mode because it encourages more honest responses especially for sensitive topics.
Cons

Back in college, I used this all the time and I found it consistently did exactly what it was supposed to do. I also enjoyed how it made class participation more engaging for everyone.
Cons
Every now and then, it had trouble registering clicks properly and getting the iClicker set up in the beginning was a little confusing.

There really aren't any major downsides that come to mind.
