During my undergraduate studies, I relied on it to track attendance and manage in-class participation and I never ran into technical issues with it. In my experience, it stands out as one of the best classroom polling tools available and I would confidently recommend it to any instructor considering this kind of technology.

Cons

There really aren't any major downsides that come to mind. The only minor issue is that when several professors are using the platform, students need to be on the correct channel or their participation won't be recorded. Still, that's very simple to verify and correct if someone ends up in the wrong place.
