“horrible experience”
Pros
Honestly there isn't one thing about this tool that I can say I like. It hasn't helped us in any way and has only created more work for our team.
Cons
Pretty much everything has been a problem. Having to pay for this while also wasting HOURS on hold just to reach support is incredibly frustrating and completely unproductive.

“fantastic customer support”
Pros
Right away, the customer support and overall usability stood out to me. It works really well for vendor management, reporting and handling payments. When new companies want to work with us, getting them added to the database is quick and simple. I also really appreciate that we are not exposed to unnecessary risk since the risk management team reaches out directly about any insurance or billing issues.
Cons
I do not have anything negative to say. It has been very easy to use and I have really enjoyed working with it.
