“extremely flexible hierarchy model”
Pros
With our setup, we needed a project management platform that could handle a pretty complicated property structure: a corporate office managing multiple sites, with several buildings under each one. After looking at a number of tools, this platform really separated itself because of how flexible its hierarchy model is. It lets us organize, manage and report on the full portfolio in a way that actually makes sense for our business, while still keeping track of milestones down at the individual building level. Another huge benefit has been how much of the platform we can configure on our own without constantly depending on vendor support. That freedom has made it possible to shape workflows, forms and reports around the way we actually operate instead of having to adjust our processes to fit the software. We've also been able to connect it with several of our other business systems which has helped create a much more unified and efficient operation overall. The longer we use it, the more features and functionality we uncover that improve efficiency and give us better visibility across projects. And honestly, the customer support deserves special mention. Their team has played a major role in helping us succeed with the platform. I can almost always get a same day meeting with our customer service rep whenever I need help understanding a feature, troubleshooting something or figuring out how to customize a workflow we want to try. They don't just answer the immediate question either, they really take time to understand what we're trying to accomplish and then advise us on the best way to set the platform up for our needs. That kind of responsiveness and expertise has made it much easier to adopt new features and get real value from the system. It's not often you come across software with a support team that is this knowledgeable, available and genuinely committed to customer success. From our perspective, customer service is absolutely 5 stars.
Cons
Because the platform is so customizable, getting started was a little harder than it needed to be since there wasn't much online training available to walk new users through navigation, pages and the different options. I'd really like to see some general how to videos covering Scoop's features so I don't have to lean on our rep quite so often even though he's always incredibly helpful and never makes it feel like a bother.

“reliable support team”
Pros
Having responsive support for the whole team has been a huge plus. They're always available and quick to respond. There's definitely a learning curve because of how many tools are built in but once you get comfortable applying them to your own workflow, the platform becomes incredibly valuable.
Cons
We do run into occasional syncing problems between mobile devices which can be frustrating. A few features we'd consider standard still aren't included and updates to add them tend to come out very slowly.

“Easy to modify”
Pros
One of the best parts is how we can modify this to fit our company's current needs while also setting it up with future growth in mind.
Cons
At the beginning the complexity made it hard to understand how to build conditions and rules but with time it's starting to feel a bit more manageable.
