“Just want your money don’t care if you succeed
Pros
Fixed cost with estimates
Cons
Tried the lmn software out got sold on it at the business builders expo. On boarding takes awhile with scheduled zoom meetings, have it a try for a couple months spent around 4k maybe more. Didn’t like the software it does not fit the way we operate, it’s a glorified estimating software with a calendar and billing. We use QuickBooks and vehicle trackers with a company apple calendar and it’s more affective plus way cheaper than $700/month. Told them I wanted to cancel after 5 months of use and they told me I was obligated to a 1 year contract. I canceled the payments with American Express and that was that… so I thought 8 months later I’m getting harassed and threatened with collections for not paying. And now they are trying to charge my card 2-4 times per day. Beware if you want to try it I don’t know what they offer now but they will want your money even if you’re not happy with the software.

“frustrating billing and support
Pros
The platform itself isn't terrible and once you've gone through the training it's fairly simple to use. Other than that I honestly don't have much positive to mention.
Cons
The biggest problems were the cost and customer service. They require you to sign a contract which I didn't see with other companies. I was hesitant to agree but I was talked into it and ended up regretting it after the year was over. Even after my contract ended and I canceled by email with confirmation, I'm still dealing with nearly $800 in fraudulent charges.

“Fantastic onboarding and team alignment
Pros
Even though we've only been using SingleOps for a short time the onboarding has been outstanding. From the first phone call to figure out whether it was the right fit for our business to the hands-on training sessions, the whole process has been really well handled. I especially appreciated how clear she was about expectations during every meeting and she always followed up with an email that recapped what we covered and included helpful links in case I needed extra support. She also gave me "homework" before the next session which was honestly very useful. It has really helped improve our overall operations and communication between the office, estimators and crew. I also love that most of us can access the same job and client information all in one place instead of jumping between several different apps.
Cons
Only downside for me is that the overall interface feels a little busy and overwhelming at times although I'm gradually getting more comfortable with it. I also wish there were a better report available for tracking employee time for the bookkeeper.
