Pros:
Growlabs just needs us to enter the pre-existing information about clients and sales performance, and the rest is done automatically! Due to the fast pace of e-commerce today, tried and true sales pitches no longer work. We can develop unique sales pitches thanks to Growlabs. Any message being sent out by the software is indistinguishable from one sent by a real person, which helps us automate chat responses. And the software itself uses machine learning to extract the best possible ways a campaign can be effective. All of this adds up to an efficient resource for the sales and marketing teams to use.
Cons:
Adding new leads so that the software can track them and generate results can be quite cumbersome. It is totally possible to do that; I just needed to learn how rate results can be quite cumbersome. It is totally possible to do that; I just needed to learn how. Also, the email schedule is not as straightforward as everything else. Figuring out when the emails will be sent according to the different time zones of your audience is a nightmare. The support team has been really helpful for me in this regard. might as well improve in other areas too.

Pros:
Growlab is properly optimized for outbound sales and combines the best of the marketing and sales worlds to offer a complete one-stop solution to all your needs. I think it's especially geared towards small businesses due to its low price and the way customer service caters to our needs. Which notification we want to receive can easily be selected, and the users can then be notified when they've had a high-value lead open recently. Growlab offers advanced automation and lead creation, but in the simplest way possible. And I don't personally have to keep an eye on the performance of my sales team; I can just download a report that contains all the metrics I use to judge them.
Cons:
It doesn't have a "tips" feature that would help me from time to time instead of contacting the customer service team, which I personally find daunting. It used to happen in the beginning, but I had difficulty adding new leads and wasted a lot of time trying to figure it out on my own. Also, the auto-emailing cannot be easily scheduled so that our clients may find our emails in their inboxes at the right time without us thinking twice about it.
